Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, a limiting through groove 313 is formed on a surface of the tape block 31 near the base 1, and one end of the communicating direction of the limiting through groove 313 is communicated with the through hole 311, when the tape block 31 moves, the offset of the grating scale 11 perpendicular to the moving direction of the tape block 31 is limited by the limiting through groove 313, so that the adhering path of the grating scale 11 can be more consistent with the moving path of the tape block 31, and the error between the adhering path of the grating scale 11 and the moving path of the grating reading head 32 can be further reduced.
The implementation principle of the grating ruler 11 installation device in the embodiment of the application is as follows: by means of the way that the tape sticking block 31 and the grating reading head 32 move along the guide rail 2, errors of the sticking path of the grating ruler 11 and the moving path of the tape sticking block 31 are reduced, so that errors between the sticking path of the grating ruler 11 and the moving path of the grating reading head 32 are also reduced, the grating reading head 32 is not easy to read the grating ruler 11 during detection, and signal loss is not easy to occur.

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the upper surface of the second connecting end 62 is provided with two ends of the opening of the U-shaped rod 9,U, which are respectively hinged to the second connecting end 62, and the baffle 74 can be located in the inside of the bend of the U-shaped rod 9, in this embodiment, the end of the baffle 74, which is far from the connecting portion 732, includes a spherical abutment surface 741 and a planar baffle surface 742 for cooperation with the U-shaped rod 9, wherein the abutment surfaces 741 are provided with two, and the curvature center of the abutment surfaces 741 and the two hinges of the U-shaped rod 9 are on the same straight line; the blocking surface 742 is located between the two abutting surfaces 741, and when the inner side of the U-shaped rod 9 is abutted against the blocking surface 742, the restoring sliding of the push rod 73 is limited, so that the purpose of stably fixing the ruler block 31 on the second connecting frame 6 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the restriction on the push rod 73 is to be released, only the U-shaped rod 9 needs to be slightly swung, so that the bent inner side of the U-shaped rod 9 abuts against the abutment surface 741, then the second spring 8 can apply its own elastic force on the blocking block 74, then the blocking block 74 can apply a force to the U-shaped rod 9 in a direction away from the blocking surface 742 through the abutment surface 741, and finally the U-shaped rod 9 can fall onto the upper surface of the second connecting end 62 under the action of its own gravity and the blocking block 74, thereby achieving the purpose of quick unlocking.
The following is a grating ruler installation method, which comprises the following steps:
s1: mounting the first connecting frame 4 on the bearing plate 3;
s2: mounting the grinding member 5 on the first coupling frame 4;
s3: the bearing platform plate 3 slides along the guide rail 2, and the processing cutter 53 is kept to be abutted against the base 1, so that the degree of concavity and convexity of the surface of the base 1, on which the grating ruler 11 is stuck, is calculated;

s5: starting the spindle motor 52 to rotate the machining tool 53;
s6: the bearing platform plate 3 slides along the guide rail 2;
s7: after finishing polishing, the first connecting frame 4 is detached from the bearing platform plate 3;
s8: mounting the second connecting frame 6 on the bearing plate 3, and mounting the tape block 31 on the second connecting frame 6;
s9: one end of the grating ruler 11 is stuck on the connection starting position 12, and the other end of the grating ruler is penetrated out of the through hole 311 on the ruler sticking block 31 and is wound on the winding disc;
s10: the bearing platform plate 3 slides along the guide rail 2;
s11: when the platform plate 3 moves to the tail end of the length extending direction of the guide rail 2, the grating ruler 11 which is already stuck on the base 1 is separated from the non-stuck grating ruler 11.
