1. An actuating mechanism for an air deflection assembly of an air conditioner, said actuating mechanism comprising:
a mounting part (3) for mounting on a main body of the air conditioner;
the transmission part (2) is movably arranged on the mounting part (3) along a preset track and is connected with the air deflector of the air deflector assembly so as to drive the air deflector to move;
the limiting piece (4) is arranged on the mounting portion (3), a limiting groove (21) arranged along a preset track of the transmission piece (2) is formed in the transmission piece (2), and one part of the limiting piece (4) is located in the limiting groove (21) so as to guide and limit the movement of the transmission piece (2);
the mounting portion (3) is provided with a mounting groove (31) used for accommodating the limiting piece (4), and the other part of the limiting piece (4) is placed in the mounting groove (31) and is in running fit with the mounting groove (31).
2. The drive mechanism as recited in claim 1,
the limiting part (4) is a spherical rolling body, and the mounting groove (31) is a semi-spherical groove for accommodating the limiting part (4).
3. The drive mechanism as recited in claim 2,
the diameter of the limiting part (4) ranges from 8.8mm to 9 mm; and/or
The diameter of the mounting groove (31) ranges from 9.2mm to 9.4 mm; and/or
The value range of the clearance between the wall surface of the mounting groove (31) and the outer surface of the limiting piece (4) is 0.2mm to 0.6 mm.
4. The drive mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the number of the limiting pieces (4) is multiple, and the limiting pieces (4) are sequentially arranged at intervals along the preset track; wherein, along the distribution direction of the plurality of limiting members (4), the ratio of the distance L1 between the first limiting member (4) and the last limiting member (4) to the total length L2 of the limiting groove (21) ranges from 0.5 to 0.75.
5. The drive mechanism as recited in claim 1,
the installation part (3) is provided with a buffering stopping part used for buffering and stopping the movement of the transmission part (2), and the buffering stopping part is arranged on one side, away from the air deflector, of the transmission part (2) so as to avoid the direct impact of the transmission part (2) on the installation part (3) during return.
6. The drive mechanism as recited in claim 5,
along the preset track, the distance between the buffer stop part and one end, far away from the air deflector, of the transmission piece (2) ranges from 50mm to 150 mm.
7. The drive mechanism as recited in claim 1,
the installation part (3) is a box body, one end of the transmission part (2) is located in the box body, and the other end of the transmission part (2) extends out of the box body to be connected with the air guide plate.
8. The drive mechanism as recited in claim 7,
the box body comprises a first box body (301) and a second box body (302) which are connected, and the first box body (301) and the second box body (302) are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the transmission part (2);
the limiting piece (4) is arranged on one side, close to the transmission piece (2), of the first box body (301), and the limiting groove (21) comprises a first limiting groove (211) which is arranged on one side, close to the first box body (301), of the transmission piece (2); and/or
One side of the second box body (302) close to the transmission piece (2) is provided with the limiting piece (4), and the limiting groove (21) comprises a second limiting groove (212) arranged on one side of the transmission piece (2) close to the second box body (302).
9. The drive mechanism as recited in claim 7, further comprising:
the gear (1) is rotatably arranged in the box body;
the transmission piece (2) is a rack meshed with the gear (1) so as to drive the transmission piece (2) to move through the rotation of the gear (1).
10. An air deflection assembly, comprising:
an air deflector;
the drive mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein one end of the drive member of the drive mechanism is adapted to be connected to the air deflection plate to drive the air deflection plate to move.
11. An air conditioner, comprising an indoor unit, characterized in that the indoor unit includes:
the air deflection assembly of claim 10, wherein the mechanism for driving the air deflection assembly is mounted to the main body of the indoor unit to rotate the air deflection plate of the air deflection assembly relative to the main body of the indoor unit to change the air deflection direction of the air deflection plate.
