The invention discloses a heat-preservation water delivery hose which comprises a water hose inner layer and a water hose outer layer, wherein an electric heating layer is arranged outside the water hose inner layer, a sensor is arranged between the electric heating layer and the water hose inner layer, a heat preservation layer is arranged inside the water hose outer layer, the water hose inner layer, the electric heating layer, the heat preservation layer and the water hose outer layer sequentially form a plurality of sections of water delivery hose bodies, and the end parts of the water delivery hose bodies are respectively provided with a male plug head and a female plug head. The invention improves the working adaptability of the water delivery hose body and the use stability by arranging the electric heating layer and improving other layers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water delivery hoses, in particular to a heat-preservation water delivery hose.
Background
In the training and special missions of troops, a large number of special military installations are used, wherein vehicles modified for the missions provide great assistance for the rapid movement of personnel, in particular for the mission requirements in special weather conditions or the like, and are generally equipped with water hoses for personnel.

As a preferred embodiment of the invention, the inner layer and the outer layer of the water hose are both made of special materials for fire hoses, and the outer layer of the water hose is also mixed with flexible TPU materials with strong wear resistance and high tensile strength.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the electric heating layer is made of a flexible electric heating mesh fabric material with a reflective film, and the heat insulating layer is made of a flexible heat insulating material.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the male plug head and the female plug head are both made of stainless steel.

When in use: after the water delivery hose is electrified, a special graphene conductive heating wire on an electric heating layer 3 in a water delivery hose body 6 is electrified to heat to form a planar heating body, a heating insulation layer is uniformly formed, the heat released by the heating body is supplemented with heat loss in time in the whole water delivery process of a heat-tracing water delivery hose, a sensor 5 is arranged in the water delivery hose body 6, a temperature value required for ensuring that the water delivery hose body 6 is not frozen is preset, so that the whole water delivery process of the water delivery hose body 6 has a constant-temperature self-control function, a thermosensitive probe of the sensor 5 is arranged in the insulation layer 2 and is connected with a temperature limit switch, and the heating is automatically stopped and started after the temperature reaches or is lower than the set temperature.
