显示模块可以由液晶显示器(liquid crystal display)、有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode)、柔性显示器(flexible display)等构成。
其中,柔性显示器(flexible display)具有外观能够随意变形的优点,因此对其的研究目前积极进行。因此,实际情况是:对于柔性显示器用于移动终端时的其使用形态及其保护方法的描述必要性正在抬头。

图10是图示根据本发明的设置柔性显示面板的内折叠型铰链结构在完全展开状态下抽取中央关节和一侧主体的截面图。图11是图10的中央关节部分的放大截面图。
参照图10至图11,本发明的中央关节50及旋转支撑台52能够防止左右主体部10、12超出预设范围而旋转。
图12是图示根据本发明的一侧主体部在折叠过程中中央关节部分的截断的模样的截面图。图13是图示根据本发明的一侧主体部在完全折叠的情况下中央关节部分的截断的模样的截面图。
参照图12及图13,本发明的左右主体部10、12在以中央关节50为中心旋转的过程中,与铆钉54结合的作为旋转部13的旋转引导部的铆钉固定部17及主体部10、12沿旋转支撑台52的作为旋转引导部的引导槽53旋转。
以上使用特定术语对本发明的优选实施例进行了描述,但是该描述仅用于说明,在不脱离权利要求书的技术思想及范围的情况下能够进行各种变更及变化。这样变形的实施例不应脱离本发明的思想及范围而单独理解,而应视为属于本发明的权利要求范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种设置柔性显示面板的内折叠式铰链结构,其特征在于,包括:
中央关节(50);
旋转支撑台(52),在所述中央关节(50)的上部面的左右分别构成,包括构成为曲面的旋转支撑面(152);
旋转部(13),相接于所述旋转支撑台(52)的所述旋转支撑面(152),构成有曲面的接合面(15),所述接合面(15)以与所述旋转支撑台(52)的所述旋转支撑面(152)相接的方式旋转;以及
一对主体部(10、12),在下表面分别构成有所述旋转部(13),并且所述一对主体部(10、12)彼此对称地面对,
其中,在所述一对主体部(10、12)旋转而使所述一对主体部(10、12)的上部面平坦地展开成彼此构成180度的状态下,
在所述主体部(10、12)的下部面构成的所述旋转部(13)的所述接合面(15)构成为朝下方凸出地突出,
所述构成为朝下方凸出地突出的所述旋转部(13)的接合面(15)构成为相接于朝下方凹陷地形成的所述旋转支撑台(52)的所述旋转支撑面(152)。
2.如权利要求1所述的设置柔性显示面板的内折叠式铰链结构,其特征在于,
所述旋转支撑台(52)以与所述中央关节(50)连接的部分为中心旋转。
3.如权利要求1所述的设置柔性显示面板的内折叠式铰链结构,其特征在于,
所述旋转部(13)以所述接合面(15)接触于所述旋转支撑台(52)的旋转支撑面(152)的状态下进行圆运动。
4.如权利要求1所述的设置柔性显示面板的内折叠式铰链结构,其特征在于,
所述旋转部(13)包括旋转引导部,
所述旋转支撑台(52)包括旋转引导部,
所述旋转部(13)的旋转引导部沿所述旋转支撑台(52)的旋转引导部旋转。
5.如权利要求1所述的设置柔性显示面板的内折叠式铰链结构,其特征在于,
在所述主体部(10、12)完全展开的状态下,
所述旋转支撑台(52)与所述主体部(10、12)的内侧表面接触并停止所述主体部(10、12)的旋转。
