Referring to fig. 1 to 14, the present embodiment provides a solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor, including a water pump main body 1, a first water inlet pipe 2, a first water outlet pipe 3, and a capacitor main body 9, wherein an upper end of the water pump main body 1 is provided with an installation mechanism 4, an upper end of the installation mechanism 4 is provided with a protection device 5, an interior of the protection device 5 is provided with a cooling device 6, a front end of the interior cooling device 6 of the protection device 5 is provided with a fixing device 7, one side of the interior fixing device 7 of the protection device 5 is provided with two sets of wire rewinding devices 8, and a front end of the capacitor main body 9 is provided with two wires 10;

the cooling device 6 comprises a second protection box 61, a cooling pipe 62 is arranged on the outer side surface of the second protection box 61, one end of the cooling pipe 62 is connected with a second water inlet pipe 63, the other end of the cooling pipe 62 is connected with a second water outlet pipe 64, and the rear end of the second protection box 61 is fixedly connected with a fixing column 65;
fixing device 7 includes external thread circle 71, internal thread circle 72 is installed in external thread circle 71's the outside, be provided with first limiting plate 73 on the outside of external thread circle 71 near the position of front end, bayonet 74 has been seted up in external thread circle 71's the outside, the third has been seted up to bayonet 74's inside both sides and has been changeed hole 75, bayonet 74's inside rotation is connected with clamping device 76, clamping device 76 is including changeing board 761, the inside through connection who changes board 761 has second pivot 762, spacing ring 763 is installed to the lower extreme that changes board 761, the outside of changeing board 761's inside second pivot 762 is connected with second torsion spring 764.
The take-up device 8 comprises a protective ring 81, a spring 82 is mounted inside the protective ring 81, a first iron core 83 is mounted inside the spring 82, the front end of the first iron core 83 is connected with a connecting ring 85, the front end of the inside of the connecting ring 85 is connected with a second iron core 84, and a wire clamping device 87 is arranged outside the connecting ring 85.
In operation, the first protection box 51 is mounted on the upper end of the mounting plate 41 to make the rear end of the first protection box 51 closely contact with the fixing rod 42, then the pressing plate 443 is rotated to drive the clamping ring 444 to deform, the first torsion spring 447 is rotated by the hook at one end of the clamping ring 444 to make the upper end of the clamping ring 444 clamped inside the clamping hook 442, then the pressing plate 443 is loosened, the first torsion spring 447 will rotate and drive the pressing plate 443 to rotate downwards and pull the clamping ring 444 downwards to make the clamping ring 444 press against the clamping hook 442 to fix the first protection box 51, then the second protection box 61 is mounted inside the first protection box 51 through the mounting opening inside the baffle 56 and the fixing post 65 is mounted inside the mounting ring 55, then the fixing screw 43 is screwed to make the fixing screw 43 pass through the first threaded hole 54 and the second threaded hole to fix the second protection box 61, and the capacitor body 9 is mounted inside the second protection box 61, then screwing the inner thread ring 72 to rotate the inner thread ring 72 on the outer thread ring 71 to enable the inner thread ring 72 to press down the rotating plate 761, fixing the capacitor body 9 through the limiting ring 763, pressing the capacitor body 9 through the limiting head 765 to prevent the capacitor body 9 from sliding out of the second protection box 61, then clamping the central part of the lead 10 into the clamping groove formed by the supporting column 871 and the limiting cover 872, fixing the second limiting plate 874 and the third limiting plate 875 through the limiting screw 876, winding one end of the lead 10 to the outer side of the first iron core 83, then winding the other end of the lead 10 to the outer side of the second iron core 84 in the opposite direction, penetrating the lead 10 through the first protection box 51 and into the clamping groove, covering the sealing door 52 to enable the magnet 53 to suck the second iron core 84, then connecting the second water inlet pipe 63 to the first water inlet pipe 2, connecting the second water outlet pipe 64 to the first water outlet pipe 3, the water in the first water inlet pipe 2 enters the cooling pipe 62 from the second water inlet pipe 63, then flows into the first water outlet pipe 3 from the second water outlet pipe 64, and the surface of the second protection box 61 can be cooled through the cooling pipe 62, so that the capacitor body 9 can be cooled.
As an embodiment of the present invention, one end of each of the two sets of wires 10 respectively penetrates through the sidewall of the first protection box 51, the outer sides of the two sets of wires 10 outside the first protection box 51 are connected with wire clamping grooves, the central portion of the baffle 56 is provided with an installation opening, and the mounting opening is matched with the second protection box 61, the second protection box 61 penetrates through the interior of the baffle 56 through the mounting opening, when in work, the capacitor main body 9 is directly exposed to the air and is easy to be damaged by collision, and the capacitor main body 9 is exposed to the air and is easy to be polluted by water vapor when the water pump main body 1 is used, the corrosion of the shell of the capacitor main body 9 is accelerated, can make first protection box 51 front end sealed through sealing door 52, can protect capacitor body 9 through first protection box 51, avoid capacitor body 9 direct and outside air contact, prevent that capacitor body 9 from weing the damage, can make things convenient for the installation of second protection box 61 through baffle 56 and installation circle 55.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting plate 41 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the water pump body 1, the fixing rod 42 is L-shaped, the first fixing plate 441 is welded to both sides of the first protection case 51, the second fixing plate 445 is fixedly mounted to both sides of the mounting plate 41, the pressing plate 443 is rotatably connected to the second fixing plate 445 through the first rotating shaft 446, the pressing plate 443 is rotatably connected to the snap ring 444 through the second rotating hole 449, the snap ring 444 is square with an open lower end, one end of the first torsion spring 447 is provided with a hook, the hook is hung at one end of the lower portion of the snap ring 444, the other end of the first torsion spring 447 extends out of the outer side of the pressing plate 443 and is attached to the upper portion of the inner wall of the pressing plate 443, during operation, the first protection case 51 is troublesome to install and detach, which is inconvenient to replace the capacitor body 9, and the capacitor body 9 vibrates with the water pump body 1, and the pressing plate 443 can be rotated to compress the first torsion spring 447, the compression of first torsion spring 447 can drive the snap ring 444 and rotate, can make things convenient for the inside of snap ring 444 joint to trip 442, loosen the first torsion spring 447 of clamp plate 443 and can drive the clamp plate 443 and return the normal position, and pulling the snap ring 444 downwards makes and compress tightly trip 442, make things convenient for the fixed of first protection box 51 and dismantle, can couple together dead lever 42 with first protection box 51, second protection box 61 through set screw 43, make the fixed of first protection box 51, second protection box 61 more firm, can reduce the vibration of capacitor main body 9.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing post 65 is fitted with the mounting ring 55, a second threaded hole is formed in a central portion of a rear end of the fixing post 65, the second threaded hole is aligned with the first threaded hole 54, the cooling pipe 62 is spiral, the second water inlet pipe 63 and the second water outlet pipe 64 respectively penetrate through a side wall of the first protection box 51 and are connected to the first water inlet pipe 2 and the first water outlet pipe 3, when the water pump main body 1 works, the capacitor main body 9 radiates heat during working, and temperature is not easy to radiate, when the water pump main body 1 works, water in the first water inlet pipe 2 enters the cooling pipe 62 from the second water inlet pipe 63 and then flows into the first water outlet pipe 3 from the second water outlet pipe 64, and the surface of the second protection box 61 can be cooled through the cooling pipe 62, so that the capacitor main body 9 can be cooled, and the capacitor main body 9 is prevented from being damaged due to an excessively high temperature.

As an embodiment of the invention, the wire clamping device 87 includes a supporting column 871, the upper end of the supporting column 871 is connected with a limiting cover 872, one side of the joint of the supporting column 871 and the limiting cover 872 is provided with a third rotating shaft 873, the supporting column 871 and the limiting cover 872 are rotatably connected through the third rotating shaft 873, one side of the supporting column 871 far away from the third rotating shaft 873 is provided with a third limiting plate 875, one side of the limiting cover 872 is connected with a second limiting plate 874 above the third limiting plate 875, the same limiting screw 876 is arranged inside the second limiting plate 874 and the third limiting plate 875, one side of the surface of the baffle 56 near the mounting opening is provided with two fourth rotating holes 86, the rear end of the first iron core 83 is mounted inside the fourth rotating holes 86, the first iron core 83 is rotatably connected with the baffle 56, the front end of the first iron core 83 and the rear end of the second iron core 84 are both fixedly connected with the connecting ring 85, the connecting ring 85 is made of an insulating material, the lead 10 is wound on the outer sides of the first iron core 83 and the second iron core 84, the limiting cover 872 is in a circular arc shape, a clamping groove is formed between the supporting column 871 and the limiting cover 872, the central part of the lead 10 is clamped inside the clamping groove formed by the supporting column 871 and the limiting cover 872, the winding direction of the lead 10 on the surface of the first iron core 83 is opposite to that of the second iron core 84, the two groups of second iron cores 84 are respectively and magnetically connected with the two groups of magnets 53, when the capacitor body 9 works, the joint of the lead 10 is easy to rust and damage, a lead 10 with a certain length is usually required to be reserved, but the lead 10 is excessively long and disorderly connected between the water pump body 1 and the capacitor body 9, the storage is inconvenient, the central part of the lead 10 is clamped inside the clamping groove formed by the supporting column 871 and the limiting cover 872, the second limiting plate 874 and the third limiting plate 875 are fixed by the limiting screw 876, and one end of the lead 10 is wound on the outer side of the first iron core 83, then twine the outside of second iron core 84 with the other end of wire 10 in the opposite direction, pass wire 10 first protection box 51 and joint to the card wire casing in, thereby accomplish accomodating of wire 10, reduce the space that wire 10 took up, cover sealing door 52 and make magnet 53 catch second iron core 84, because wire 10 twines the outside formation coil of second iron core 84, produce magnetic force when wire 10 circular telegram, can firmly catch magnet 53, sealing door 52's fixed more firm, can not open along with the vibrations of water pump main part 1 in the use, when not using, the inside no electric current of wire 10, the magnetic force between magnet 53 and the second iron core 84 is relatively weak, easily open sealing door 52 and carry out the dismantlement maintenance to capacitor main part 9.
In operation, when in use, the first protection box 51 is placed on the upper end of the mounting plate 41 to make the rear end of the first protection box 51 closely attached to the fixing rod 42, then the pressing plate 443 is rotated to drive the clamping ring 444 to deform, the hook at one end of the clamping ring 444 drives the first torsion spring 447 to rotate, so that the upper end of the clamping ring 444 is clamped inside the clamping hook 442, then the pressing plate 443 is loosened, the first torsion spring 447 rotates to drive the pressing plate 443 to rotate downwards and pull the clamping ring 444 downwards to press the clamping hook 442 tightly, the first protection box 51 is fixed, then the second protection box 61 is installed inside the first protection box 51 through the installation opening inside the baffle 56, the fixing column 65 is installed inside the installation ring 55, then the fixing screw 43 is screwed to enable the fixing screw 43 to pass through the first threaded hole 54 and the second threaded hole, the second protection box 61 can be fixed, and then the capacitor body 9 is installed inside the second protection box 61, screwing the inner thread ring 72 on the outer thread ring 71 to rotate so that the inner thread ring 72 presses down the rotating plate 761, fixing the capacitor body 9 through the limiting ring 763, pressing the capacitor body 9 through the limiting head 765 to prevent the capacitor body 9 from sliding out of the second protection box 61, clamping the central part of the lead 10 into the clamping groove formed by the supporting column 871 and the limiting cover 872, fixing the second limiting plate 874 and the third limiting plate 875 through the limiting screw 876, winding one end of the lead 10 outside the first iron core 83, winding the other end of the lead 10 outside the second iron core 84 in the opposite direction, penetrating the lead 10 through the first protection box 51 and clamping into the clamping groove, covering the sealing door 52 to enable the magnet 53 to suck the second iron core 84, connecting the second water inlet pipe 63 to the first water inlet pipe 2, connecting the second water outlet pipe 64 to the first water outlet pipe 3, the water in the first water inlet pipe 2 enters the cooling pipe 62 from the second water inlet pipe 63, then flows into the first water outlet pipe 3 from the second water outlet pipe 64, and the surface of the second protection box 61 can be cooled through the cooling pipe 62, so that the capacitor body 9 can be cooled.

The solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (41) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the water pump body (1), the fixing rod (42) is L-shaped, the first fixing plate (441) is welded at two sides of the first protection box (51), the second fixing plate (445) is fixedly arranged at two sides of the mounting plate (41), the pressing plate (443) is rotatably connected with the second fixing plate (445) through a first rotating shaft (446), the pressing plate (443) is rotatably connected with the clamping ring (444) through a second rotating hole (449), the snap ring (444) is in a shape of a square with an opening at the lower end, one end of the first torsion spring (447) is provided with a hook, and the hook is hung at one end of the lower part of the clamping ring (444), and the other end of the first torsion spring (447) extends out of the outer side of the pressing plate (443) and is attached to the upper part of the inner wall of the pressing plate (443).

The solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor according to claim 1, wherein one end of each of the two groups of wires (10) respectively penetrates through a side wall of the first protection box (51), wire clamping grooves are connected to outer sides of the two groups of wires (10) on the outer side of the first protection box (51), a mounting opening is formed in the center of the baffle plate (56), the mounting opening is matched with the second protection box (61), and the second protection box (61) penetrates through the inside of the baffle plate (56) through the mounting opening.

The solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor according to claim 1, wherein the fixing column (65) is fitted with the mounting ring (55), a second threaded hole is formed in the center of the rear end of the fixing column (65), the second threaded hole is aligned with the first threaded hole (54), the cooling pipe (62) is spiral, and the second water inlet pipe (63) and the second water outlet pipe (64) respectively penetrate through the side wall of the first protection box (51) and are connected to the first water inlet pipe (2) and the first water outlet pipe (3).

The solid state aluminum electrolytic capacitor according to claim 1, wherein the external thread of the external thread turn (71) is engaged with the internal thread of the internal thread turn (72), the rotating plate (761) is rotatably connected with the external thread ring (71) through a second rotating shaft (762), one end of the second torsion spring (764) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the rotating plate (761), the other end of the second torsion spring (764) is fixedly connected with the inner lower end of the bayonet (74), the capacitor body (9) is arranged in the external thread ring (71), the limit ring (763) is arc-shaped, and the inner side surface of the arc of the limit ring (763) is attached to the outer surface of the capacitor body (9), the limiting head (765) is L-shaped, the limiting head (765) is rotationally connected with the rotating plate (761), and the limiting head (765) is clamped at the front end of the capacitor body (9).

The solid-state aluminum electrolytic capacitor according to claim 1, wherein the wire clamping device (87) comprises a supporting column (871), a limiting cover (872) is connected to the upper end of the supporting column (871), a third rotating shaft (873) is arranged on one side of the joint of the supporting column (871) and the limiting cover (872), the supporting column (871) and the limiting cover (872) are rotatably connected through the third rotating shaft (873), a third limiting plate (875) is installed on one side of the supporting column (871) far away from the third rotating shaft (873), a second limiting plate (874) is connected above the third limiting plate (875) on one side of the limiting cover (872), the same limiting screw (876) is arranged inside the second limiting plate (874) and the third limiting plate (875), two fourth rotating holes (86) are formed in one side of the surface of the baffle (56) close to the mounting opening, the rear end of the first iron core (83) is arranged in the fourth rotating hole (86), the first iron core (83) is rotatably connected with the baffle plate (56), the front end of the first iron core (83) and the rear end of the second iron core (84) are fixedly connected with a connecting ring (85), the connecting ring (85) is made of insulating materials, the lead (10) is wound on the outer sides of the first iron core (83) and the second iron core (84), the limiting cover (872) is arc-shaped, a clamping groove is formed between the supporting column (871) and the limiting cover (872), the central part of the lead (10) is clamped in a clamping groove formed by the supporting column (871) and the limiting cover (872), the winding direction of the conducting wire (10) on the surface of the first iron core (83) is opposite to the winding direction of the conducting wire on the surface of the second iron core (84), and the two groups of second iron cores (84) are respectively in magnetic connection with the two groups of magnets (53).
