Abstract

本发明公开的一种鸭绒洗涤剂,包括二氯异氰尿酸钠、七水合硫酸锌、水。本发明的优点在于,原料廉价易得,生产成本低,去鸭绒油脂能力强,温和无刺激,不仅能有效的去除鸭绒上的污垢,杀菌作用强,对鸭绒有较好的调理、护理作用,不破坏鸭绒蛋白质纤维,不破坏鸭绒恢复原有的弹性和膨松状,保持原有的保暖性能,且无毒无残留。

一种鸭绒洗涤剂
技术领域
本发明属于洗涤剂技术领域,具体为一种鸭绒洗涤剂。
背景技术
据联合国粮农组织FAO报道,中国鸭的养殖量占全球74.2%,鹅的养殖量占全球93.2%。同时数据显示中国羽绒产业占70%以上的世界市场份额。羽绒是禽类皮肤的衍生物,是由“羽毛”和“绒朵”组成。其中羽毛即毛片,是鸭或鹅的背部和尾部的带羽杆的小羽毛,在羽绒中具有提高羽绒蓬松度和起到支撑的作用,能让羽绒迅速回弹;而绒朵则是羽绒的核心价值所在。绒朵是不含毛杆的立体球状,由一个绒核和放射出的许多绒丝组成的朵状结构,类似于蒲公英。绒丝是由成千上万微小的鳞片叠加而成,每个鳞片都是中空的。每一根绒丝上都有很多的菱节,这些菱节中饱含着不流动的空气。同时,绒丝之间和绒朵之间也会固定大量的空气。因此羽绒制品因其轻盈、柔软、保暖的优点受到广大消费者的喜爱。但是羽绒,尤其是鸭绒在存放一定时间后会产生令人不适的气味,直接影响了鸭绒产品的质量和市场。因此,如何快速高效去除鸭绒中的异味,同时又不会影响鸭绒固有的优良的物理特性,例如保暖、回弹、蓬松等特性成为影响鸭绒产业棘手的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中快速高效去除鸭绒中的异味,同时又不会影响羽绒固有的优良的物理特性的问题。本发明提供了一种鸭绒洗涤剂,其实现的目的为,快速高效地去除鸭绒异味,抑制返味现象,同时还不影响羽绒固有的物理性能和使用寿命。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:本发明的鸭绒洗涤剂成分包括二氯异氰尿酸钠、七水合硫酸锌、水。
进一步的,还包括柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
进一步的,还包括异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(E-1310)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠盐(MES)。
进一步的,所述洗涤剂中二氯异氰尿酸钠为0.8-1.2kg,七水合硫酸锌为0.4-0.6kg,柠檬酸为0.4-0.6kg,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.6-2.0kg,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(E-1310)为0.8-1.2kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为0.4-0.6kg,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠盐(MES)为0.1-0.2kg,水为1t。
采用上述洗涤剂清洗羽绒的方法为:
(1)鸭绒经鼓风分级后待用;
(2)将鸭绒80—100kg加入漂洗桶中;
(3)将上述洗涤剂混合加入漂洗桶中清洗1—2h;
(4)清洗后转入干燥箱中在120—140℃干燥30—50min;
(5)干燥后分级包装。
本发明采用上述技术方案,包括以下有益效果:本发明的这种鸭绒清洗剂原料廉价易得,生产成本低,去油污能力强,温和无刺激,不仅能有效的去除鸭绒上的污垢,杀菌作用强,对鸭绒有较好的调理、护理作用,不破坏鸭绒蛋白质纤维,不破坏鸭绒恢复原有的弹性和膨松状,保持原有的保暖性能,且无毒无残留。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。所用的原料或试剂都是市售可得。
实施例一:本发明提供的鸭绒洗涤剂,包括二氯异氰尿酸钠为0.8kg,七水合硫酸锌为0.4kg,柠檬酸为0.4kg,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.6kg,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(E-1310)为0.8kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为0.4kg,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠盐(MES)为0.1kg,水为1t。
制备方法为,在常温下混合使用即可。
实施例二:本发明提供的羽绒洗涤剂,包括二氯异氰尿酸钠为1.2kg,七水合硫酸锌为0.6kg,柠檬酸为0.6kg,乙二胺四乙酸二钠2.0kg,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(E-1310)为1.2kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为0.6kg,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠盐(MES)为0.26kg,水为1t。
制备方法为,在常温下混合使用即可。
使用洗涤剂清洗方法如下:
1.选取湛江市紫荆羽绒制品有限公司的白鸭绒,鼓风分级后待用。
2.将白鸭绒80-100kg加入漂洗桶中。
3.将本发明洗涤剂混合加入漂洗桶中清洗1—2h;
4.清洗后转入干燥箱中在120—140℃干燥30—50mi n;
5.干燥后分级包装。
6.通过GB/T 10288和GB/T 17685中的检测方法和质量要求,水洗鸭绒抽样三次检测,指标数据如下。
耗氧量:1.6±0.2mg/100g(国标:≤5.6mg/100g);
浊度:≥1000mm(国标:≥500mm);
残脂率:0.3±0.1%(国标:≤1.2%);
酸碱度:6.9±0.3;
蓬松度:≥25cm(国标:≥16.5cm);
气味:采用定温干式嗅辨法鉴定,无明显异味,放置1个月仍无异味。
合格(国标:合格与不合格);
微生物评价(菌落计数CFU/g):
嗜温性需氧菌:4.3×103 EN 1884、EN 12935(少于1.0×106);
粪链球菌:无检出EN 1884、EN 12935(少于1.0×102);
亚硫酸盐梭状芽胞杆菌:未检出EN 1884、EN 12935(少于1.0×102);
沙门氏菌:未检出EN 1884、EN 12935(无检出);
需要说明的是,在本发明洗涤剂中各成分用量范围内,经过多次平行试验,结果为可以快速高效地实现鸭绒异味的去除以及返味现象的抑制,且清洗后鸭绒的数据范围均在如下结果范围内,故为了节省不必要的重复,不再对各成分用量逐一举例并列举试验数据,研究结果显示经过洗涤后的鸭绒样品无异味、残脂率≤0.4%、耗氧量≤1.8mg/100g、浊度≥1000mm、蓬松度≥25cm、菌落计数均在国标范围内,均满足我国羽绒标准GB/T 10288和GB/T17685。

1.一种鸭绒洗涤剂,其特征在于,该洗涤剂包括二氯异氰尿酸钠、七水合硫酸锌、水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鸭绒洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂还包括柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鸭绒洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂还包括异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(E-1310)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠盐(MES)。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的鸭绒洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂中二氯异氰尿酸钠为0.8-1.2kg,七水合硫酸锌为0.4-0.6kg,柠檬酸为0.4-0.6kg,乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.6-2.0kg,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(E-1310)为0.8-1.2kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为0.4-0.6kg,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠盐(MES)为0.1-0.2kg,水为1t。
