本发明涉及火力发电技术领域,更具体涉及一种煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂。
背景技术
鉴于火力发电厂机械智能化的发展及广泛实施,采样机已经被广泛的应用。采样机相对比于人工采样,具有精密度高、速度快、工作效率高、可减少劳动力强度等优点,还可以最大程度上规避人工采样因受现场环境、采样工具、采样时间、人为主观性、随意性等因素引发较大误差的弊端,确保了采样时间、子样数目、子样质量均衡,杜绝采制样过程中可能产生的人为干预及安全等问题,大大提高所采取煤质样品代表性和准确度,具有较强的应用价值。
然而,因煤质粘附而堵塞采样机的采样头是目前煤质采样机面临的一个非常普遍的问题。经研究,粘附力是导致采样机堵塞的根本原因,由于粘附力的存在,煤料很容易粘结在螺旋工作表面的金属基体上,不仅很大程度上影响了所取得的样品的代表性和采样机的采样效率,大大增加了能耗;严重时,粘附的物料会堵塞传输器,从而影响采样工作的正常进行。因此,亟需一种煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是提供一种煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂,以解决因煤质粘附而堵塞采样器的问题,以减弱煤料与采样机的粘附。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下。

进一步优化技术方案,所述共聚物为聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)-b-聚甲基丙烯酸、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)-b-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的一种或两种的组合。
进一步优化技术方案,所述憎水剂为聚硅氧烷粉末。
进一步优化技术方案,所述脱水剂为甘油、正丁醇和叔丁醇中的一种或任意两种的组合。
进一步优化技术方案,所述的一种煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:有机润滑剂12.0~15.0份、表面活性剂4.5~6.0份、憎水剂1.0~1.5份、脱水剂4.0~5.0份、二级去离子水72.0~80.0份。
由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明所取得技术进步如下。
本发明提供的一种煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂,包括油性润滑剂、表面活性剂、憎水剂等成分,可有效规避传统的充注气体或液体法对接触面积大、处理效果不佳的局限,对当前行业内主流煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附力大、堵塞严重等情况具有明显的改观。本发明可有效降低煤料与采样头工作金属面的直接接触程度、减少粘附面积,并在减弱煤料粘附的同时,大大降低煤料与工作金属面间的摩擦力。本发明提供的一种煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂,不仅很大程度上提升了所采取煤质样品的代表性和采样机的工作效率,还大大降低了采样过程的能耗。

具体实施方式
一种煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂,包括以下重量份数的组分:有机润滑剂10.0~15.0份、表面活性剂4.0~6.0份、憎水剂1.0~2.0份、脱水剂3.0~5.0份、二级去离子水72.0~82.0份。
其中,有机润滑剂为石蜡乳浊液、硅酮或聚醚醚酮中的一种或任意两种的组合;表面活性剂为为聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)-b-聚甲基丙烯酸或聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)-b-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的一种或两种组合;憎水剂为聚硅氧烷粉末;脱水剂为甘油、正丁醇和叔丁醇中的一种或任意两种的组合。
本发明中的表面活性剂和有机润滑剂、憎水剂、脱水剂的混合物在水体中是充分相溶的,混合物水溶液为均相体系。在充分混合时,表面活性剂和有机润滑剂、憎水剂、脱水剂的混合物在水体中分为两层,一层主要含表面活性剂,一层主要含有机润滑剂、憎水剂、脱水剂的混合物。具体的见图1所示。表面活性剂和有机润滑剂、憎水剂、脱水剂的混合物线团的扩散双电层之间,由于同电荷的排斥作用而保持一个相互排斥区,成为热力学稳定溶液。在充分混合时由于压缩双电层,表面活性剂相互靠近,双电层重叠,聚合物线团趋于蜷缩,表面活性剂与组合混合物分子间排斥区减小,开始产生一个密集的二维分离的趋势。在电解质浓度增至一定值时,分离为明显的两相。
本发明的煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂的具体使用方法如下:
1)改良剂的配置:按照上述重量份数的比例混配煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂。
2)改良剂喷射前准备工作:将采样机采样头的外壳摘下,使用毛刷将采样头初步清扫干净。
3)改良剂喷射工作:将步骤1)配置的溶液装入适量容积的喷射器内,从上向下缓慢、均匀地喷在采样头表面,喷涂2-3次即可。

一种煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂,包括:石蜡乳浊液10.0份、聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)-b-聚甲基丙烯酸6.0份、聚硅氧烷粉末1.0份、甘油3.0~5.0份、二级去离子水72.0份。
在实际使用时,具体操作步骤如下:
1)改良剂的配置:按照上述重量份数的比例混配煤质机械化采样机采样头粘附性改良剂。
2)改良剂喷射前准备工作:将采样机采样头的外壳摘下,使用毛刷将采样头初步清扫干净。
