Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present invention provides a technical solution: a polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-35 parts of polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, 3-5 parts of slow release agent, 0.6-0.8 part of high-performance viscosity modifier, 0.6-0.8 part of anti-mud agent, 0.1-0.3 part of air entraining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of anti-freezing agent, 0.3-0.5 part of water-retaining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent and 20-40 parts of water. The slow release agent consists of sodium gluconate and white sugar, the mass ratio of the sodium gluconate to the white sugar is 1:1, the initial setting time and the final setting time of the concrete are delayed through the slow release agent, and the hydration speed of the concrete is inhibited. The defoaming agent is one of emulsified silicone oil, polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether and polydimethylsiloxane, and is used for eliminating foam in concrete and preventing foam from forming. The high-performance viscosity modifier is one or a composition of more of cellulose ether, xanthan gum and citric gum, and the rheological property of the concrete is changed through the high-performance viscosity modifier, so that the problem of blockage is reduced. The air entraining agent is polyether air entraining agent, and can improve the slump, the flowability and the plasticity of the concrete and improve the homogeneity and the breaking strength of the concrete. The water-retaining agent is a composition of two or three of polyoxyethylene, sodium alginate and calcium alginate, and the water-retaining agent has a water-retaining function and can reduce the water loss of concrete.
The polycarboxylic acid mother liquor comprises water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor and slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, the solid content of the polycarboxylic acid mother liquor is 35-40%, the water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor comprises allyl polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitol, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, hydrogen peroxide, vitamin C, thioglycollic acid and deionized water, and the slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor comprises methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether polyoxypropylene ether, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, hydrogen peroxide, vitamin C, thioglycollic acid and deionized water. The super-long slump retaining of the concrete is realized through the water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor and the slump retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, and the possibility is provided for long pumping of a construction site or a pumping pipeline.
The invention also provides a production process of the polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor:
s101, adding deionized water, sorbitol and allyl polyoxyethylene ether into a reaction kettle, and stirring at the temperature of 70-75 ℃ to dissolve the allyl polyoxyethylene ether and the sorbitol into water;
s102, adding hydrogen peroxide into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 8-12 minutes;
s103, respectively dripping vitamin C, thioglycollic acid, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and hydroxypropyl acrylate, and controlling to be dripped into the reaction kettle within 4-4.5 hours;
s104, keeping the temperature for 1-3 hours in the reaction, and cooling to below 40 ℃;
s105, adjusting the pH value to 5-6 by using ion membrane alkali, and adjusting the solid content by using deionized water to obtain water-reduced polycarboxylic acid mother liquor with the solid content of 35%;
s2, preparing slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor:
s201, adding deionized water and methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether polyoxypropylene ether into a reaction kettle, and stirring at the temperature of 65-70 ℃ to dissolve the methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether polyoxypropylene ether into water;
s202, adding hydrogen peroxide into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 5-10 minutes;
s203, respectively dripping vitamin C, thioglycollic acid, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and hydroxypropyl acrylate, and controlling to be dripped into the reaction kettle within 4-4.5 hours;
s204, keeping the temperature for 1-3 hours, and cooling to below 40 ℃;
s205, adjusting the pH value to 5-6 by using ionic membrane alkali, and adjusting the solid content by using deionized water to obtain slump retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor with the solid content of 40%;
s3, preparing an air entraining agent solution:
adding an air entraining agent and 1% of water into a container, and stirring to dissolve the air entraining agent in the water to obtain an air entraining agent solution;
s4, preparing a mixture:
s401, uniformly mixing a slow release agent, a high-performance viscosity modifier, an anti-mud agent, an antifreezing agent and a water-retaining agent on a flat plate;
s402, starting a stirring device of the compounding tank, adding the uniformly mixed slow release agent, high-performance viscosity modifier, anti-mud agent, anti-freezing agent and water-retaining agent into the compounding tank, and adding the remaining 99% of water into the compounding tank;
s403, after the slow release agent, the high-performance viscosity modifier, the anti-mud agent, the antifreezing agent and the water retention agent are completely dissolved in water, injecting the water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor prepared in the step S1, the slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor prepared in the step S2 and a defoaming agent;
s404, uniformly mixing a slow release agent, a high-performance viscosity modifier, an anti-mud agent, an antifreezing agent, a water-retaining agent, a water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother solution, a slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid mother solution and a defoaming agent in a tank to be compounded to obtain a mixture;
s5, preparing a polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent:
and (4) adding the air-entraining agent solution prepared in the step (S3) into the compounding tank, uniformly mixing the air-entraining agent solution and the mixture prepared in the step (S4), and finally stopping a stirring device of the compounding tank to obtain the polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid.
The invention also provides a preparation device of the polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent, which comprises a reaction kettle 100 and a compound tank 200 fixed at the bottom of the reaction kettle 100, wherein the reaction kettle 100 comprises an inner tank 101 and an outer tank 102, the outer surface of the inner tank 101 is spirally wound with a heating cavity 103 and a cooling cavity 104, a heating pipe 1031 is fixed in the heating cavity 103 and is filled with heat conduction oil 1032, one end of the cooling cavity 104 is provided with a water inlet 1041 and the other end is provided with a water outlet 1042, the bottom of the inner tank 101 is provided with an aeration valve 105 and a temperature sensor 106, one side of the outer tank 102 is provided with a control device 107, one side of the top of the reaction kettle 100 is fixed with a filling pipe 108, the top of the filling pipe 108 is fixed with a storage hopper 1081, the middle part of the filling pipe is provided with a flow valve 1082, the other side of the top of the reaction kettle 100 is fixed with an alarm device 109, the center of the top of the reaction kettle 100 is provided with a heat dissipation hole 110, the heat dissipation hole 110, the top of reation kettle 100 is fixed with cooling fan 111 with the heat dissipation hole 110 department of correspondence, reation kettle 100's bottom in proper order through-connection and first mother liquor jar 112, second mother liquor jar 113 and solution tank 114, the inlet department of first mother liquor jar 112, second mother liquor jar 113 and solution tank 114 all is equipped with the solenoid valve, the bottom of first mother liquor jar 112, second mother liquor jar 113 and solution tank 114 is connected with the tank 200 of reassembling through connecting pipe 115 respectively, the top center department of the tank 200 of reassembling is fixed with transmission 201, be equipped with the agitating unit 202 who is connected with transmission 201 pivot in the tank 200 of reassembling, top one side of the tank 200 of reassembling is equipped with feed inlet 203, and the center department of bottom is equipped with discharge gate 204.
Specifically, a touch display screen 1071 is disposed on the surface of the control device 107, and the control device 107 is electrically connected to the heating pipe 1031, the aeration valve 105, the temperature sensor 106, the flow valve 1082, the alarm device 109, the cooling fan 111, and the transmission device 201, respectively.
In conclusion, compared with the prior art, the polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid provided by the invention has the advantages that the components have synergistic effect, so that the prepared polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid has good flowing property, good pumping effect and good water-reducing and slow-setting properties, can effectively control the slump loss of concrete, is high in durability, stable in quality and environment-friendly in product, and overcomes the defects that the existing concrete pumping aid sold on the market is poor in adaptability, poor in fluidity, extremely unstable in quality, rapid in slump loss and seriously affects various projects of concrete; the production process of the polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid provided by the invention is simple, convenient to construct, low in preparation cost, high in production efficiency and high in popularization and application value, and special equipment is not required.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. A polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid, characterized in that: the material comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-35 parts of polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, 3-5 parts of slow release agent, 0.6-0.8 part of high-performance viscosity modifier, 0.6-0.8 part of anti-mud agent, 0.1-0.3 part of air entraining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of anti-freezing agent, 0.3-0.5 part of water-retaining agent, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent and 20-40 parts of water;
the polycarboxylic acid mother liquor comprises water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor and slump retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor, the water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor comprises allyl polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitol, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, hydrogen peroxide, vitamin C, thioglycolic acid and deionized water, and the slump retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor comprises methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether polyoxypropylene ether, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, hydrogen peroxide, vitamin C, thioglycolic acid and deionized water.
2. The polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid according to claim 1, wherein: the solid content of the polycarboxylic acid mother liquor is 35-40%.
3. The polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid according to claim 1, wherein: the slow release agent is composed of sodium gluconate and white sugar, and the mass ratio of the sodium gluconate to the white sugar is 1: 1.
4. The polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid according to claim 1, wherein: the defoaming agent is one of emulsified silicone oil, polyoxyethylene glyceryl ether and polydimethylsiloxane.
5. The polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid according to claim 1, wherein: the high-performance viscosity modifier is one or a composition of more of cellulose ether, xanthan gum and citric gum.
6. The polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid according to claim 1, wherein: the air entraining agent is polyether air entraining agent.
7. The polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid according to claim 1, wherein: the water-retaining agent is a composition of two or three of polyoxyethylene, sodium alginate and calcium alginate.
8. A process for producing a polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor:
s101, adding deionized water, sorbitol and allyl polyoxyethylene ether into a reaction kettle, and stirring at the temperature of 70-75 ℃ to dissolve the allyl polyoxyethylene ether and the sorbitol into water;
s102, adding hydrogen peroxide into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 8-12 minutes;
s103, respectively dripping vitamin C, thioglycollic acid, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and hydroxypropyl acrylate, and controlling to be dripped into the reaction kettle within 4-4.5 hours;
s104, keeping the temperature for 1-3 hours in the reaction, and cooling to below 40 ℃;
s105, adjusting the pH value to 5-6 by using ion membrane alkali, and adjusting the solid content by using deionized water to obtain water-reduced polycarboxylic acid mother liquor with the solid content of 35%;
s2, preparing slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor:
s201, adding deionized water and methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether polyoxypropylene ether into a reaction kettle, and stirring at the temperature of 65-70 ℃ to dissolve the methyl alkenyl polyoxyethylene ether polyoxypropylene ether into water;
s202, adding hydrogen peroxide into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 5-10 minutes;
s203, respectively dripping vitamin C, thioglycollic acid, acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and hydroxypropyl acrylate, and controlling to be dripped into the reaction kettle within 4-4.5 hours;
s204, keeping the temperature for 1-3 hours, and cooling to below 40 ℃;
s205, adjusting the pH value to 5-6 by using ionic membrane alkali, and adjusting the solid content by using deionized water to obtain slump retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor with the solid content of 40%;
s3, preparing an air entraining agent solution:
adding an air entraining agent and 1% of water into a container, and stirring to dissolve the air entraining agent in the water to obtain an air entraining agent solution;
s4, preparing a mixture:
s401, uniformly mixing a slow release agent, a high-performance viscosity modifier, an anti-mud agent, an antifreezing agent and a water-retaining agent on a flat plate;
s402, starting a stirring device of the compounding tank, adding the uniformly mixed slow release agent, high-performance viscosity modifier, anti-mud agent, anti-freezing agent and water-retaining agent into the compounding tank, and adding the remaining 99% of water into the compounding tank;
s403, after the slow release agent, the high-performance viscosity modifier, the anti-mud agent, the antifreezing agent and the water retention agent are completely dissolved in water, injecting the water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother liquor prepared in the step S1, the slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid mother liquor prepared in the step S2 and a defoaming agent;
s404, uniformly mixing a slow release agent, a high-performance viscosity modifier, an anti-mud agent, an antifreezing agent, a water-retaining agent, a water-reducing polycarboxylic acid mother solution, a slump-retaining polycarboxylic acid mother solution and a defoaming agent in a tank to be compounded to obtain a mixture;
s5, preparing a polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping agent:
and (4) adding the air-entraining agent solution prepared in the step (S3) into the compounding tank, uniformly mixing the air-entraining agent solution and the mixture prepared in the step (S4), and finally stopping a stirring device of the compounding tank to obtain the polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid.

A device for preparing a polycarboxylic acid high-performance pumping aid according to claim 1, wherein: comprises a reaction kettle (100) and a compound tank (200) fixed at the bottom of the reaction kettle (100), wherein the reaction kettle (100) comprises an inner tank (101) and an outer tank (102), the outer surface of the inner tank (101) is spirally wound with a heating cavity (103) and a cooling cavity (104), the heating cavity (103) is internally fixed with a heating pipe (1031) and is filled with heat-conducting oil (1032), one end of the cooling cavity (104) is provided with a water inlet (1041) and the other end is provided with a water outlet (1042), the bottom of the inner tank (101) is provided with an aeration valve (105) and a temperature sensor (106), one side of the outer tank (102) is provided with a control device (107), one side of the top of the reaction kettle (100) is fixed with a filling pipe (108), the top of the reaction kettle (108) is fixed with a storage hopper (1081), the middle part of the reaction kettle is provided with a flow valve (1082), and the other side of the top of the reaction kettle (100) is fixed with an alarm device (109), the reaction kettle (100) is provided with a heat dissipation hole (110) in the center of the top, the heat dissipation hole (110) is provided with a cooling fan (111) at the position corresponding to the heat dissipation hole (110) at the top of the reaction kettle (100), the bottom of the reaction kettle (100) is sequentially connected with a first mother liquor tank (112), a second mother liquor tank (113) and a solution tank (114) in a through manner, electromagnetic valves are arranged at liquid inlets of the first mother liquor tank (112), the second mother liquor tank (113) and the solution tank (114), the bottoms of the first mother liquor tank (112), the second mother liquor tank (113) and the solution tank (114) are respectively connected with a re-distribution tank (200) through connecting pipes (115), a transmission device (201) is fixed at the center of the top of the re-distribution tank (200), a stirring device (202) connected with a rotating shaft of the transmission device (201) is arranged in the re-distribution tank (200), and a feeding hole (203) is arranged on one side of the top of the re-distribution tank (200), and a discharge hole (204) is arranged at the center of the bottom.
