Abstract
The invention discloses a foam concrete basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent and an application method thereof. Filtering out the basalt fibers by using a screen, slightly washing the basalt fibers, cleaning foams on the basalt fibers until the surfaces of the basalt fibers have slight friction feeling. Stirring cement and mixing water to prepare cement paste, pouring the cleaned basalt fibers into the cement paste, stirring at a low speed, stirring at a high speed and standing. And filling foam prepared from the animal foaming liquid into the cement paste, uniformly mixing the foam and cement paste to prepare foam concrete paste with certain density, and pouring the foam concrete paste. The invention effectively solves the problem of dispersion of basalt fibers in the foam concrete and also solves the problems of low strength and poor quality of a foam concrete slurry matrix caused by the surfactant polymer material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fiber dispersing agent, in particular to a foam concrete basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent and an application method thereof.
Background
The basalt fiber has stable chemical property and strong acid and alkali resistance, the reinforced inorganic polymer cement concrete has more excellent fracture resistance, and the basalt fiber is distributed disorderly in a three-dimensional space, so that the structure of holes of the foam concrete is changed, and the mechanical property of the foam concrete is enhanced. Due to the geometric characteristic of large slenderness ratio of basalt fibers and the surface hydrophobicity of the basalt fibers, the basalt fibers tend to agglomerate and coagulate into fiber blocks under the action of mechanical stirring force, so that the mechanical property of the foam concrete is influenced.
In the process of manufacturing the foam concrete, foam is filled into cement paste, so that the cement paste has certain complexity. If the surfactant and the antistatic agent are directly added into the mixing water and cement to be stirred according to the conventional method, the quality of cement paste is deteriorated, and the charged foam cannot stably exist in the cement paste. Therefore, in conclusion, the invention provides the basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent for the foam concrete, which can effectively disperse basalt fibers in a cement matrix, does not reduce the quality of cement paste, effectively solves some problems in the manufacturing process of basalt fiber foam concrete, and improves the performance of a composite material.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the foam concrete basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent is characterized by comprising a suspension obtained by mixing a surfactant, an antistatic agent and water, wherein the surfactant, the antistatic agent and the water are mixed according to the ratio of (0.1-0.2): (0.04-0.08): 32, are mixed.

Further, the application method of the dispersing agent comprises the following steps:

Claims (4)
1. A foam concrete basalt chopped fiber dispersing agent is characterized by comprising a suspension obtained by mixing a surfactant, an antistatic agent and water, wherein the surfactant, the antistatic agent and the water are mixed according to the ratio of (0.1-0.2): (0.04-0.08): 32, are mixed.
2. The foamed concrete basalt chopped strand dispersant according to claim 1, wherein the surfactant is one of carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, carboxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium polyacrylate, or potassium polyacrylate.
3. The foamed concrete basalt chopped strand dispersant according to claim 1, wherein the antistatic agent is one of an antistatic agent SN, an antistatic agent TM or a PK-antistatic agent.
4. The method of using the dispersant of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
1) preparing the dispersion liquid according to claim 1, and stirring the mixed liquid for 2 to 3 minutes to prevent the suspension from showing obvious insoluble substances;
2) mixing basalt fibers and the dispersion liquid obtained in the step 1) according to a mass ratio of 5:33, and slowly stirring the mixture for 30s by using a glass rod;
3) dispersing the mixture of the fibers and the dispersion liquid obtained in the step 2) for 15min by using an ultrasonic vibration rod, or standing for 10min, and then slowly stirring for 10 min;
4) filtering the basalt fibers obtained in the step 3) by using a screen, slightly washing the basalt fibers, and cleaning foams on the basalt fibers until the surfaces of the basalt fibers have slight friction feeling;
5) stirring cement and mixing water for 2-3 min to prepare cement paste, pouring the basalt fibers cleaned in the step 4) into the cement paste, stirring at a low speed for 2min, stirring at a high speed for 10s, and standing for 1 min;
6) filling foam prepared from animal foaming liquid into the cement paste obtained in the step 5), uniformly mixing the foam and cement paste to prepare foam concrete paste with certain density after filling a proper amount of foam, and then pouring the foam concrete paste.
