Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a vacuum plugging device which has high uniformity among finished products and obviously reduces the bottle frying rate, aiming at the defects of the existing vacuum plugging device.
In some aspects, the present invention provides a vacuum stoppering apparatus for prefilling a tubular container, wherein the vacuum stoppering apparatus comprises:

In some preferred embodiments, the number of the vent holes on each vacuum passage sleeve of the vacuum plugging device for prefilled tubular containers provided by the present invention is four, and the vent holes are arranged at equal intervals around the tubular body and have the same diameter.

The specific working process of the vacuum plugging device for the pre-filled tubular container comprises the following steps: after the prefilled tubular container 11 on the placing support is filled, the prefilled tubular container is transferred to the position right below the second extending and lowering device by a robot, the second extending and lowering device moves downwards until each plugging sleeve 6 is matched with the opening part of each tubular container 11, the plugging robot transfers each rubber plug 3 to be matched with the upper part of each plugging sleeve 6, then the first extending and lowering device 1 and the plugging rod 2 move downwards until the rubber plug 3 reaches the set position in the inner rubber plug sleeve 7 of the plugging sleeve 6, then the vacuum solenoid valves on the two sides of the vacuum pipeline 5 operate to start to vacuumize the insides of the plugging sleeve 6 and the tubular container 11, after about 0.75s (at a filling speed of 200 counts/min), the plugging rod 2 continues to move downwards until the rubber plug 3 is separated from the plugging sleeve 6, and the rubber plug 3 reaches the final plugging position under the vacuum action.
