6. A process according to claim 5, wherein a vibrating bar (83) is affixed to the middle of the guiding box (81).

The antioxidant skin cream prepared by the process of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the oil phase comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of rose hip oil, 2 parts of jojoba oil, 3 parts of avocado oil, 2 parts of liposome and 2 parts of oil-in-water type emulsifier; the water phase comprises the following components in parts by weight: 24 parts of rose hydrosol, 1 part of salicylic acid and 1 part of antiseptic and antibacterial agent.
8. The skin cream of claim 7, wherein said antiseptic antibacterial agent is optiphen bsp-N.
