Abstract

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, people do not simply pursue the performance, safety and oil-saving effect of the vehicle, and increasingly pay more attention to the appearance aesthetic feeling; for a vehicle, an instrument panel on the automobile is an important functional part and a decorating part, the instrument panel comprises an instrument panel body, and a plurality of holes for mounting various instrument parts are formed in the instrument panel body, so that the instrument body is complex in structure, the mold design structure is complex, and the production yield of the instrument panel body is directly influenced. Detailed Description
The technical solution provided by the present invention is explained in more detail below with reference to fig. 1-5.
As shown in fig. 2, an instrument panel decoration mold for a lower thimble in a tunnel includes: the mould comprises a front mould plate 2 and a rear mould plate 3, wherein the front mould plate 2 and the rear mould plate 3 are oppositely arranged, a mould cavity is arranged between the front mould plate 2 and the rear mould plate 3, and the mould cavity is used for forming a product;

The die opening process of the instrument board decorating part die of the lower thimble of the tunnel comprises the following steps:
the front template 2 moves forward in the mold opening process, and drives the inclined guide post fixing block 41 and the inclined guide post 42 to move forward. Under the guiding action of the inclined guide post 42, the core-pulling slide block 43 moves forwards and towards the first direction, and the forming part 433 of the core-pulling slide block 43 is separated from the buckling position of the instrument panel decorating part 1 to complete the tripping. Meanwhile, the deep cavity bone position ejector pins 52 are driven by the ejector pin plate 51 to eject upwards, and the deep cavity bone position of the auxiliary instrument panel decorating part 1 is separated from the rear template 3.
According to the instrument board decorating part die for the lower thimble in the tunnel, the hollow avoiding hole 4311 is formed in the core-pulling slide block 43 for the thimble to pass through, so that core pulling and product ejection of the core-pulling slide block 43 are not influenced to be carried out simultaneously, a deep cavity bone position close to a buckling position on the instrument board decorating part 1 can be smoothly demoulded under the ejection effect of the thimble, and the phenomena of blank ejection and pulling damage of the deep cavity bone position are effectively avoided.
In order to avoid collision between the core pulling slider 43 and the deep cavity bone position ejector pin 52, as shown in fig. 3, a distance that the core pulling slider 43 moves in the first direction under the driving of the inclined guide post 42 is smaller than a width difference between the clearance hole 4311 and the deep cavity bone position ejector pin 52 in the first direction, where a direction B in fig. 3 represents the first direction, and the first direction is the same as a core pulling tunnel direction on the rear mold plate 3. That is, in the mold opening process, in the process that the core-pulling slider 43 slides along the first direction, the deep cavity bone position thimble 52 is always located in the clearance hole 4311.
The guide part 432 of the core pulling slider 43 has a first end surface 4321, and the body part 431 is connected to the first end surface 4321; when the first end surface 4321 abuts against the rear mold plate 3, a safety distance D1 is provided between the deep cavity bone position thimble 52 and a side wall of the clearance hole 4311 close to the guide portion 432. That is, the abutting between the core-pulling slide block 43 and the rear mold plate 3 has a limiting effect on the core-pulling slide block 43, so that the side wall of the clearance hole 4311 is not contacted with the deep cavity rib position thimble 52 all the time, and the collision between the core-pulling slide block 43 and the deep cavity rib position thimble 52 is avoided.
As the core pulling slide block 43 and the core pulling tunnel need to move frequently relatively, and are easy to wear, and the cost for replacing the whole rear template 3 is high, a plurality of rear mold inserts 31 are embedded in the rear template 3, as shown in fig. 5, the top surfaces of the rear mold inserts 31 are the same as the profile of the deep cavity bone position of the instrument panel decoration 1; the core-pulling tunnel 311 is arranged on the rear mold insert 31, an ejector pin hole for the deep cavity bone ejector pin 52 to pass through is formed in the rear mold insert, and the deep cavity bone ejector pin 52 penetrates through the rear mold insert.
Wherein the thimble hole is divided into an upper section 312 and a lower section 313 by the clearance hole 4311; the diameter of the lower section 313 of the thimble hole is larger than the diameter of the deep cavity bone position thimble 52. Because the deep cavity bone position thimble 52 frequently rubs with the thimble hole, loose core slider 43 and the loose core tunnel, inevitably produce some debris. Will the diameter of the hypomere of thimble hole sets to the diameter that is greater than deep cavity bone position thimble 52, can make the stroke chip removal clearance between the inner wall of thimble hole and the deep cavity bone position thimble 52, and the piece can drop from this chip removal clearance, avoids influencing subsequent relative movement. Particularly, as the core pulling slider 43 moves back and forth above the lower section of the clearance hole 4311, the core pulling slider 43 and the core pulling tunnel are more easily dropped into the clearance hole 4311. And the phenomenon that the core-pulling slide block 43 pushes the scraps out to the forming cavity to influence the product forming during die assembly is avoided.
In order to avoid the influence on the strength of the core-pulling slider 43 caused by the too large clearance hole 4311 formed on the core-pulling slider 43, the diameter of the deep-cavity bone-position thimble 52 with a smaller diameter needs to be adopted, and the deep-cavity bone-position thimble 52 is easy to deform after being used for a long time and needs to be replaced in time so as to avoid influencing the quality of the injection molding part. In order to facilitate replacement of the deep cavity bone position ejector pin 52, the ejector device 5 further comprises a fixed pressing block 53, a mounting hole is formed in the bottom of the ejector plate 51, and the fixed pressing block 53 is mounted in the mounting hole; the lower end of the deep cavity bone position ejector pin 52 is provided with a hanging table 521, the top of the mounting hole of the ejector pin plate 51 is provided with a countersunk hole matched with the hanging table 521, and the hanging table 521 of the deep cavity bone position is fixed in the countersunk hole by the fixed pressing block 53; the bottom plate 6 of the instrument panel decorating part mould is provided with a plurality of maintenance holes 61, and the maintenance holes 61 are opposite to the fixed pressing block 53. When the deep cavity bone position thimble 52 is disassembled, the fixing pressing block 53 is disassembled from the lower part of the mould, and then the deep cavity bone position thimble 52 can be taken down.
