Abstract
The invention relates to a sampling device provided with an automatic backwashing system, which comprises a primary filter, a secondary filter and a tertiary filter, wherein a sample water inlet manual door and a first electromagnetic valve are arranged on a channel between a sample water channel inlet and the primary filter; a second electromagnetic valve and a pressure gauge are arranged on a channel between the secondary filter and the tertiary filter, and the tertiary filter is connected to a sewage draining outlet through an electrode; the invention is suitable for sampling of a circulating water system of a thermal power plant and other systems with poor water quality and easy pollution and blockage, ensures the stable operation of an online instrument, avoids the condition of pollution and blockage of a pipeline of a sampling system, and reduces the maintenance workload of the online instrument.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sampling of circulating water systems of thermal power plants, and particularly relates to a sampling device with an automatic backwashing system.
Background
The on-line instrument sampling system generally has the advantages that a water sample directly enters the instrument analysis system through a sampling pipeline, other devices such as a filter and the like are basically not used for ensuring the stability of the water sample, and particularly, the stability and the safety of the on-line instrument cannot be guaranteed for a system with poor water quality.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sampling device with an automatic back-flushing system, which can ensure the stability of an online instrument and the stability of a sampling system, ensure that impurity sludge and the like remained in a pipeline after long-term operation are discharged through timed back-flushing, have a certain flushing effect on a filter arranged in the sampling system and reduce the maintenance workload of the instrument and the sampling system.

The invention can realize the automatic back washing of the sampling pipeline and the filter on the sampling pipeline at regular time according to the water quality condition of the system, ensure the water quality of the water sample entering the online instrument through the filtration of the three-stage filter, and also ensure the cleanliness of the sampling pipeline through the regular back washing under the condition of long-time operation. In addition, if the sampling port is polluted and blocked when the system runs for a long time, the back washing of the sampling port can be realized through the opening and closing of the manual door, and the smoothness of sampling and the representativeness of a water sample are ensured.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a sampling device with an automatic back-flushing system, which comprises: the first-stage filter 5, the second-stage filter 4 and the third-stage filter 2 are sequentially arranged on the sample water channel, and a sample water inlet manual door 7 and a first electromagnetic valve 6 are arranged on a channel between the sample water channel inlet and the first-stage filter 5; a second electromagnetic valve 3 and a pressure gauge 16 are arranged on a channel between the secondary filter 4 and the tertiary filter 2, the tertiary filter 2 is electrically connected with an electrode 14, and an outlet of the tertiary filter 2 is connected with a sewage discharge outlet;

When the PLC 15 sets the time for reaching the backwashing, the blowdown electromagnetic valve 9 and the backwashing water electromagnetic valve 11 are opened, the second electromagnetic valve 3 and the first electromagnetic valve 6 are closed, the flushing is started according to the set time of the PLC 15, the blowdown electromagnetic valve 9 and the backwashing water electromagnetic valve 11 are closed after the flushing is finished, and the second electromagnetic valve 3 and the first electromagnetic valve 6 are opened for normal sampling analysis. Generally, the washing is preset to be carried out once every day and for half an hour once, and the washing times and the washing time are adjusted according to the actual condition of water quality.
The tertiary filter 2 is a PP cotton filter, and the filtering effect of the tertiary filter 2 is ensured again mainly by cleaning or replacing the filter element.
On-line instrument 1 need guarantee the cleanliness factor and the stable velocity of flow of water sample, through setting up tertiary filter, guarantees the quality of water sample through the tertiary filtration of water sample, avoids the damage of instrument, guarantees on-line instrument 1's stability.
The invention can realize the automatic back flushing of the sampling pipeline and the filter on the sampling pipeline at regular time according to the water quality condition of the system, and the water quality of a water sample entering the online instrument is ensured by the filtration of the three-stage filter; under the condition of long-time running, the cleanliness of the sampling pipeline is also ensured through the timed back washing. In addition, if the sampling port is polluted and blocked when the system runs for a long time, the back washing of the sampling port can be realized through the opening and closing of the manual door, and the smoothness of sampling and the representativeness of a water sample are ensured.
