Claims (10)

1. A running aid for physical training sprinting comprises a running aid mounting base (1), a moving structure (2), a guide device (3) and a sliding adjusting device (4), and is characterized in that an anti-skidding bottom layer (6) is arranged on the lower surface of the running aid mounting base (1), friction strips (7) are arranged on one side, close to the ground, of the anti-skidding bottom layer (6) in an array mode, and the end, far away from the anti-skidding bottom layer (6), of each friction strip (7) forms a forty-five degree angle with the surface of the anti-skidding bottom layer (6);

A running aid for sports training sprinting according to claim 2, wherein the sliding adjustment means (4) is provided in two sets, respectively located at the front end and the rear end of the guide means (3), the sliding adjustment means (4) is formed of a second groove (33), a first rail (13) and a second rail (14), the first rail (13) and the second rail (14) are juxtaposed in the second groove (33), a first sliding groove (15) is formed between the first rail (13) and the second rail (14), and the first through holes (12) are formed in the first rail (13) and the second rail (14) in an array.

A running aid for sports training sprinting according to claim 3, wherein the guiding means (3) is composed of a third rail (16) and a fourth rail (17), the top walls of the third rail (16) and the fourth rail (17) are provided with a third through hole (18) in array, the side walls of the third rail (16) and the fourth rail (17) are provided with a second sliding slot (19), the top ends of the third rail (16) and the fourth rail (17) are provided with a first positioning pin (20), the bottom of the third rail (16) and the fourth rail (17) is provided with a first sliding block (21), and the position of the first positioning pin (20) is matched with the size of the first through hole (12) on the second rail (14).

A running aid for physical training sprints according to claim 5, wherein said second runner (19) is externally fitted with a second slider (22), said second slider (22) is composed of a second positioning pin (23), a third slider (26) and a through hole (27), said third slider (26) is slidably disposed in said second runner (19), and said second positioning pin (23) is adapted to said third through hole (18).

A running aid for physical training sprinting according to claim 6, wherein the side of the second slider (22) facing away from each other is fixedly connected to a foot rest structure (32), the foot rest structure (32) is formed by two foot rest supports (24), a support block (28) is provided between the two foot rest supports (24), both sides of the support block (28) are fixedly connected to the side walls of the two foot rest supports (24), respectively, and a spring (29) is fixedly provided on the upper surface of the support block (28).

step four: the user adjusts the front-back distance between the pedal structures (32) according to the sports sprint requirement and the use habit of the user, and after the adjustment is completed, the second positioning pins (23) on the two groups of pedal structures (32) are respectively pressed into the third through holes (18) on the third guide rail (16) and the fourth guide rail (17);
step five: the user steps on the pedal structure (32) with the feet back and forth, and presses the two hands in the area of the pressure display device (5) to simulate kangaroo qualification and squat starting.
