When the sleeve block 312 moves to the bottom end of the damping cavity 38, the second pushing block 319 extrudes the extruding block 39, so that the extruding block 39 moves towards the inside of the movable cavity 310, at the moment, the extruding block 39 is released from the clamping state with the first pushing block 37, the sleeve block 312 moves to the position, close to the top end, of the damping cavity 38 under the action of the reducing force of the limiting spring 315, and the extruding block 39 also returns to the original position under the action of the reducing force of the return spring 311.
