Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sanitary products, in particular to a paper diaper manufacturing process and a product obtained by the process.
Background
The prior art of fixing the rubber band and the non-woven fabric in the sanitary product industry adopts the process of gluing the rubber band and then bonding and fixing the rubber band and the non-woven fabric. The process has the advantages of firm fixation and the defects of poor hand feeling caused by hardening of the glue and peculiar smell of the glue, and the glue accounts for about 20 percent of the cost of a single piece.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a diaper manufacturing process without glue fixation, which is particularly suitable for diapers, pull-ups and the like.

s3: forming a plurality of first connection point groups and a plurality of second connection point groups between the first sheet and the second sheet; wherein

s7: cutting said first sheet, said second sheet and said elastic member between two adjacent columns of said third attachment points to obtain a single finished diaper.
In the above diaper manufacturing process, the elastic member is not provided in the crotch region.
Due to the adoption of the technology, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following positive effects:
(1) the rubber band is fixed through static friction of the fixing area, and is limited through the limiting area, so that the use of glue is avoided, the manufacturing cost is reduced by about 20%, and the hand feeling achieves the best effect at present.

In the present invention, the running direction refers to the horizontal direction in the drawing, and the direction perpendicular to the running direction refers to the vertical direction in the drawing. The first and second sheets of the present invention are shown in the figures with the solid horizontal lines representing the elastic elements, the rectangular areas of the figures representing selected areas, and the dots/holes representing various attachment points.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a manufacturing process of a diaper according to a preferred embodiment is shown, which includes:
s1: providing a first sheet, a second sheet and an elastic member 1 located between the first sheet and the second sheet, the elastic member 1 being operable in a stretched state of smaller diameter and a general state of larger diameter, the elastic member 1 preferably being an elastic band;
s2: the first and second sheets run at a first speed and the elastic member 1 runs at a second speed lower than the first speed, and the elastic member is automatically in the above-mentioned stretched state during the running process due to the speed difference between the first and second sheets and the elastic member 1;
s3: forming a plurality of first connection point groups and a plurality of second connection point groups between the first sheet and the second sheet; wherein
Each first connecting point group comprises two first connecting points 21 which are oppositely arranged, a fixed area is formed between the two first connecting points 21, and the distance between the two first connecting points 21 is matched with the diameter of the elastic piece 1 in a stretching state so as to fix the elastic piece 1; preferably, the distance between the two first attachment points 21 is equal to or slightly less than the smallest diameter of the elastic element 1 at the maximum stretched length. Each second connection point group comprises two oppositely arranged second connection points 22, a limiting area is formed between the two second connection points 22, the distance between the two second connection points 22 is larger than the diameter of the elastic element 1 in a normal state, so that the elastic element 1 can move in the limiting area to a certain extent along the vertical direction in the drawing, and the elastic element 1 is also allowed to stretch or contract in the horizontal direction in the drawing;

In a further embodiment of the invention, no elastic element 1 is provided in the area of the crotch portion 6.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a product obtained by the above method.
In the product obtained by the method, the elastic part 1 is simply fixed by the first connecting point 21 and limited by the second connecting point 22, so that the manufacturing process of the paper diaper does not need any glue for fixing the elastic part 1, has better hand feeling and has better fixing capacity.

Claims (10)

1. A process for manufacturing a paper diaper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
