In this step, no matter the drill bit 4 is not replaced and the drilling is continued or the drill bit 4 is replaced for reaming, the outer surface of the guide member 2 is only required to be attached to the inner surface of the guide hole 71, so that the drill bit cannot be inclined, and the hole drill cannot be inclined.
The dental implant operation is performed on the patient by using the implant mobile phone, the drill point 4 with the conventional length is only required to be installed on the rotating piece 13 through the guide piece 2, the drill point 4 is driven to rotate through the guide piece 2, the way that the drill point 4 is directly driven by the rotating piece 13 through the traditional implant mobile phone is changed, the lengthened drill point 4 is not needed, the type of the drill point 4 can be conveniently and quickly replaced by a dentist according to actual needs in the operation process, the specific drill point 4 is not needed to be prepared according to different implant brands every time, and the use difficulty and the cost are greatly reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, the planting handset and the guide assembly described above are used in the planting method. A lantern ring 5 is arranged in the guide hole 71 of the planting guide plate 7. In the operation, the insertion part 612 of the guide member 6 is inserted into the annular groove 52, and the guide surface 611 of the guide member 6 has the same inner diameter as the through hole 51, that is, the guide surface 611 coincides with the inner wall extension surface of the through hole 51, and the outer diameter of the guide member 2 is matched with the inner diameter of the through hole 51, so that the guide member can provide guiding and positioning for the mobile implant during drilling of the mobile implant through the matching use of the guide member and the guide member 2 of the mobile implant, thereby preventing the implant from being drilled in a skewed manner, and ensuring the accuracy of drilling.

As shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the difference from embodiment 1 is that: the limiting piece 3 is arranged on the machine body 1 and sleeved outside the guide piece 2, and the limiting piece 3 is used for limiting the drilling depth of the drill point 4. The stopper 3 is movable on the body 1 in the axial direction of the rotation center line.

Claims (21)

1. A mobile planter tool comprising a body having a rotatable member therein, wherein the mobile planter tool further comprises a guide member, a first end of the guide member being mounted on the rotatable member, and a second end of the guide member extending outwardly along a center line of rotation of the rotatable member and out of the body;
the second end of the guide has a mounting portion for mounting an external drill bit and causing the central axis of the drill bit to coincide with the rotation centerline.
2. The implant handset of claim 1, further comprising a first stop disposed on the guide and external to the body, the first stop configured to limit a depth of the drill hole.
3. The planter tool of claim 2, wherein said first retaining member is movable on said guide member along an axial direction of said centerline of rotation.
4. The implant handset of claim 1, further comprising a second limiting member disposed on the body and sleeved outside the guiding member, wherein the second limiting member is configured to limit the depth of the drill hole.
5. The planter tool of claim 4, wherein said second retaining member is movable on said body in an axial direction along said centerline of rotation.
6. The planter handset of claim 1, wherein the guide member has a scale on an outer surface thereof.
7. The planter handset of claim 6, wherein said scale is disposed from said second end of said guide toward said first end of said guide.
8. The planter handset of claim 1, wherein at least the portion of said guide extending beyond said body is cylindrical.
9. The planter tool of claim 1, further comprising a driver for driving rotation of said rotatable member.
10. The implant handset of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the guide member is removably mounted to the rotatable member.
11. A guide assembly for use with the planter tool of any one of claims 1-10, wherein the guide assembly comprises a collar and a guide member, the collar is adapted to be mounted in a guide hole of a planting guide plate, the collar has a through hole, the through hole has an inner diameter matching the outer diameter of the guide member, and an annular groove is formed in the collar outside the through hole and circumferentially disposed along the through hole;
the guide piece comprises a guide part, the guide part is provided with a guide surface, the guide surface is an inner arc-shaped surface, and the inner arc-shaped surface is provided with an inner diameter the same as that of the through hole.
12. The guide assembly of claim 11, wherein the lower end of the guide portion is further provided with a plug portion for fitting in the annular recess and causing the inner arcuate surface to coincide with the inner wall extension of the through hole.
13. The guide assembly of claim 11, wherein the guide further comprises a hand-held portion coupled to a side of the guide portion other than the inner arcuate surface.
14. A method of drilling an implant hole in a dental bed using the implant handpiece of claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:
s10, modeling the data of the oral CT and/or the dental model of the patient, simulating the placement of the implant, and designing and manufacturing the implant guide plate;
s20, selecting proper guide pieces and drill pins according to the sizes of the guide holes in the planting guide plate and installing the guide pieces and the drill pins on the planting mobile phone;
and S30, extending one end of the drill bit of the drill point into the guide hole, starting the implanting mobile phone, enabling the drill point to move towards the direction of the gum, and stopping drilling after the preset depth is reached.
15. The method for drilling an implant hole in a dental bed according to claim 14, further comprising the step after step S20 of:
s21, adjusting the position of a limiting piece on the guide piece according to the height of the guide hole and the installation depth of the implant to limit the displacement stroke of the guide piece;
and S22, placing a guide piece on the guide hole, wherein the guide piece is provided with a guide surface extending towards the direction of the guide hole.
16. The method for drilling an implant hole in a dental bed as claimed in claim 15, wherein the step S30 comprises the steps of:
s31, attaching the outer side surface of the guide piece to the guide surface, and extending one end of the drill bit of the drill point into the guide hole;
s32, starting the planting mobile phone to enable the guide piece to move downwards along the guide surface and enter the guide hole;
and S33, removing the guide piece, continuously drilling downwards, stopping drilling when the lower surface of the limiting piece is contacted with the upper surface of the planting guide plate, and finishing the secondary drilling operation.
17. The method of claim 15, wherein a collar is disposed within the pilot hole, the collar having a through hole with an inner diameter matching an outer diameter of the pilot, the collar having an annular groove disposed circumferentially around the through hole and disposed outside the through hole.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein said guide surface coincides with an inner wall extension of said through hole.
19. The method of drilling an implant hole in a dental bed of claim 17, wherein said guide comprises a guide portion having a guide surface that is an inner arcuate surface having the same inner diameter as said through hole.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein the lower end of the guide portion is further provided with an insertion portion for fitting in the annular groove such that the inner arc-shaped surface coincides with the inner wall extension surface of the through-hole.
21. The method of drilling an implant hole in a dental bed of claim 19, wherein said guide further comprises a hand-held portion connected to a side of said guide other than said inner arcuate surface.
