Description

Disposable multipurpose sleeve for endoscope
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a disposable multi-purpose sleeve of an endoscope.
Background
The endoscope technology is a precondition of minimally invasive surgery technology, is not only widely applied to conventional operations such as appendicitis, inguinal hernia and the like, but also widely applied to operation treatment of colorectal cancer and gastric cancer at present after safety of a large number of high-quality clinical studies is repeatedly verified, becomes an indispensable working platform for gastrointestinal surgeons, and is one of core standards for measuring the level of general surgery of a medical unit.
In actual operation, the lens of the endoscope is used as visual field guide of all members of the operation group, and the clear and stable direct relationship between the operation safety and the smooth progress is ensured. However, in operation, the lens is difficult to be prevented from being polluted due to internal and external temperature difference in vivo and splash of blood stain fat drops, the operation needs to be immediately interrupted for cleaning, and at present, the scheme that the endoscope lens is withdrawn from the body of a patient and is cleaned and wiped outside the body of the patient is mostly adopted. However, the operation time can be prolonged by temporarily interrupting the operation, meanwhile, doctors cannot observe the internal state of the patient in time, critical operations such as hemostasis cannot be performed, and huge potential safety hazards exist. In the prior art, a part of the handrails adopt a tissue wiping method, namely, the surfaces of a greater omentum and an organ in a cavity of a patient are used for wiping a lens. The method cannot ensure the cleaning quality and has larger safety risk.
For the problem of cleaning the lens of the endoscope, some patents propose corresponding cleaning devices at present, for example, patent applications with chinese patent publication No. CN109497916A and publication date of 2019, 3 and 22 relate to a washing and drying device for the lens of the endoscope, which can directly wash the lens in the body cavity, but the device design is relatively large in modification range, is not universal and has a relatively small application range for the existing modification of the existing standard endoscope. Chinese patent publication No. CN102578999A, the patent application of publication No. 2012/7/18 relates to a laparoscope lens washing and drying device, which is characterized in that a sleeve is designed, and a washing tube is arranged on the wall of the sleeve to wash the laparoscope lens through a through hole, but the sleeve is complex in design, complex in sleeve processing, high in cost and difficult in disinfection, and because a patient cavity has a certain pressure, the conventional medical water injection balloon is difficult to inject water with the same water pressure into the patient cavity, and the laparoscope cleaning effect is limited. Chinese patent publication No. CN205107587U discloses that the publication date is 2016, 3, 30, and discloses an endoscope with a disposable protective sleeve, which avoids cross interference by being provided with the disposable protective sleeve outside the endoscope, provides an operation visual field for the endoscope by being provided with a heat-insulating transparent cover at the front section of the disposable protective sleeve, and realizes the flushing of a lens by a disposable flushing pipe. However, the heat-insulating transparent cover designed by the scheme is too simple, but can bring imaging aberration to the original endoscope lens, influence imaging quality and further influence operation effect, and the endoscope with the disposable protective sleeve does not disclose a specific water flushing mode of the disposable water flushing pipe, so that the water flushing effect cannot be completely guaranteed. Chinese patent publication No. CN207462044U, publication No. 2018, 6/8, relates to a washing and wiping device for a cavity mirror lens, which includes a washing system and a wiping system, the structure of the washing system is complex, and the washing effect is not good, meanwhile, the wiping device adopts absorbent cotton, elastic wiping strips and other components, and is easy to introduce foreign matters into the cavity.
Generally, the existing endoscope cleaning device has a single washing function, is complex in structure and poor in washing effect, and cannot meet the requirements of endoscopic surgery.

In the existing endoscopic surgery, the operation of washing the lens of the endoscope and sucking the liquid in the body of a patient is completely separated, two operations correspond to two sets of equipment, the structure of the equipment corresponding to the washing function and the sucking function respectively is complex, the processing difficulty is high, the cost is high, the two functions are realized by using different equipment correspondingly in the actual surgery process, more manpower is needed to be consumed for operation, the use is troublesome, and the flexibility is poor. Moreover, the existing endoscope cleaning device has the problems of single function, complex structure and poor flushing effect.
Based on the structure, the invention provides the disposable multi-purpose sleeve of the endoscope, which is convenient to process, disposable, free of cross infection and convenient to disinfect, and has the functions of flushing and sucking.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a detailed structure of the endoscope disposable multi-purpose sleeve 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. Specifically, the endoscope disposable multi-purpose cannula 100 comprises a disposable cannula 10, a hose 11 detachably connected to the disposable cannula 10, and a three-way valve 12 connected to the hose 11, wherein the disposable cannula 10 is adapted to be sleeved on an endoscope 20 for flushing a lens 21 of the endoscope 20 or sucking in vivo liquid; the hose 11 is used for injecting a cleaning liquid into the disposable sleeve 10 or discharging a liquid sucked by the disposable sleeve 10; the three-way valve 12 is also connected to a suction unit and a cleaning liquid container, and is used to switch the communication state between the hose 11 and the cleaning liquid container or the suction unit, thereby switching the irrigation mode and the suction mode of the disposable endoscope cannula 100.
More specifically, the three-way valve 12 has a hose connection port for connecting with the hose 11, a suction unit connection port for connecting with a suction unit, and a cleaning liquid container connection port for connecting with a cleaning liquid container, and the endoscope disposable multi-use sleeve 100 is switched to the flushing mode when the three-way valve 12 connects the cleaning liquid container and the hose 11; when the three-way valve 12 connects the suction unit and the hose 11, the endoscope disposable multi-purpose sleeve 100 is switched to a suction mode.
Further, the disposable sleeve 10 comprises a tube 101 having a length corresponding to the length of the endoscope 20 and an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the endoscope 20, a connecting portion 104 extending from one end of the tube 101, a sleeve head 103 extending from the other end of the tube 101, and a flushing and sucking portion 106 extending from the end of the sleeve head 103, the flushing and sucking part 106 is provided with an opening 102, the pipe body 101 is provided with a liquid cavity 105 penetrating the opening 102, the connecting part 104 is used for connecting the hose 11, in the flushing mode, the endoscope disposable multi-use set 100 injects a cleaning liquid into the liquid chamber 105 via the flexible tube 11, and sprays a cleaning liquid through the opening 102 to clean the lens 21 of the endoscope 20, in the suction mode, the endoscope disposable sheath 100 sucks and discharges the liquid in the liquid chamber 105 through the flexible tube 11.
That is, the opening 102 is used for spraying a cleaning liquid to the endoscope 20 assembled in the tube body 101 or sucking a body fluid, the liquid chamber 105 is used for containing a cleaning liquid for cleaning the endoscope 20 or containing a liquid sucked by the disposable sleeve 10, and when an operator operates the three-way valve 12 to make the hose 11 and the cleaning liquid container communicate with each other, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid container is sprayed from the opening 102 after passing through the hose 11 and the liquid chamber 105 in sequence, thereby cleaning the lens 21 of the endoscope 20; when the operator operates the three-way valve 12 to make the hose 11 and the aspirator communicate, the aspirator sucks out the liquid in the patient through the hose 11 and the disposable sleeve 10.
In other words, the disposable multi-purpose endoscope sleeve 100 is provided with the liquid chamber 105, and the flushing mode and the suction mode can be flexibly switched by providing the three-way valve 12, that is, the disposable multi-purpose endoscope sleeve 100 has both flushing and suction functions, and can meet the requirements of flushing the lens 21 of the endoscope 20 and sucking liquid into the body of the patient during the operation.
It should be noted that the disposable multi-purpose endoscope sleeve 100 of the present invention is suitable for various types of endoscopes 20, such as gastroscopes, enteroscopes, endoscopic scopes, etc., and the present invention does not limit the use of the disposable multi-purpose endoscope sleeve 100.
Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the washing liquid may be sterile physiological saline or clear water.
Further, one end of the connecting portion 104 of the disposable sleeve 10 extends vertically from the tube body 101, and the other end is of a truncated cone structure with gradually changing diameter, so as to adapt to the hoses 11 with different diameters.
It should be understood that, since the connecting portion 104 has a truncated cone-shaped structure with a gradually changing diameter, it is possible to form a tight connection with the hoses 11 having different diameter sizes to prevent the washing liquid or the sucked liquid from leaking out.
It should be noted that, in order to further ensure the sealing performance between the connection part 104 and the flexible tube 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, the endoscope disposable multi-purpose sleeve 100 may also adopt a fixing member, such as a fixing member like a hoop, for fixing the connection part 104 and the flexible tube 11, which is not limited by the present invention.
In particular, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the cannula head 103 has a long wall 1031 and a short wall 1032 extending from the long wall 1031 and opposite to the long wall 1031, i.e. the tip of the cannula head 103 has an inclined structure, which is inclined at the same angle as the lens 21 of the endoscope 20.
It is understood that the lens 21 of the endoscope 20 generally has an inclined surface, and in order to avoid the cannula head 103 from obstructing the effective field of view 22 of the lens 21 of the endoscope 20, the present invention provides the tip of the cannula head 103 with an inclined structure having an inclination that matches the inclination of the lens 21 of the endoscope 20.
In addition, since the inclination of the lens 21 of the endoscope 20 is 30 ° in a common use, the inclination of the distal end of the cannula head 103 is also preferably 30 °, and the distal end of the cannula head 103 may correspond to other angles for the lens 21 of the endoscope 20 with other inclination angles, which is not limited in the present invention.
Further, the flushing and sucking part 106 extends and protrudes from the short wall 1032, so that the opening 102 can spray the cleaning liquid in a direction perpendicular to the short wall 1032 to flush the lens 21 of the endoscope 20. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the opening 102 is a narrow slit-shaped blunt opening with a width of 0.1 to 0.5mm, so that when the endoscope disposable multi-purpose cannula 100 is switched to the flushing mode, the opening 102 can be jetted in a direction perpendicular to the short wall 1032 to form a fan-shaped water curtain to flush the endoscope 20, thereby ensuring a good cleaning effect.
It is worth mentioning that, since the opening 102 is a slit-shaped blunt opening, when the endoscope disposable multi-purpose cannula 100 is switched to the suction mode, the opening 102 can suck the liquid in the patient, but does not suck the broken tissue, so as to avoid the liquid chamber 105 from being blocked, thereby ensuring the normal use of the endoscope disposable multi-purpose cannula 100.
It is also worth mentioning that, as shown in fig. 4, the length of the elongated slit-shaped blunt opening is equal to or greater than the diameter of the lens 21 of the endoscope 20, so as to ensure effective cleaning of the lens 21 of the endoscope 20 and good liquid suction effect.
Preferably, the length of the flushing and sucking part 106 is in a range of 2-5 mm, preferably 3mm, so as to ensure that the flushing and sucking part 106 can process and form the elongated slit-shaped blunt opening, and the position of the elongated slit-shaped blunt opening corresponds to the middle lower part of the lens 21 of the endoscope 20 as much as possible, so that the flushing area is increased, and a good cleaning effect is ensured.
It is worth mentioning that, for convenience of processing and disinfection, the body, the connecting portion 104, the cannula head 103 and the flushing and sucking portion 106 are integrally formed by using a photosensitive resin material, that is, the disposable multi-purpose cannula 100 of the endoscope is a disposable cannula capable of cross infection during operation.
It can be understood that the disposable endoscope sleeve 100 is a disposable sleeve having a through-hole and directly sleeved on the endoscope 20, and the disposable endoscope sleeve 100 can be adapted to existing various standard endoscope 20 instruments by adjusting the size of the through-hole, i.e. by processing and forming the disposable endoscope sleeves 100 with different sizes, and the disposable endoscope sleeve 100 has a wide application range and a simple assembly mode without any modification to the structure of the endoscope 20.
Moreover, the disposable multi-purpose sleeve 100 of the endoscope can wash the lens 21 of the endoscope 20 and suck the liquid in the patient, which is beneficial to shortening the operation time and facilitating the operation, and no mechanical part enters the patient, thereby avoiding the influence on the internal organs and tissues of the patient, and having safe and reliable use. In the practical use process of the disposable multi-purpose sleeve 100 of the endoscope, except the structure of the sleeve head 103 and part of the tube body 101, other parts of the structure are positioned outside the patient body, compared with the existing endoscope 20 cleaning device, the thickness of the tube body 101 of the disposable multi-purpose sleeve 100 of the endoscope is only increased, the original purpose of the minimally invasive surgery of the endoscope 20 is not violated, and the disposable multi-purpose sleeve 100 of the endoscope is suitable for various surgeries.
In addition, the disposable endoscope sleeve 100 is provided with the liquid chamber 105, and the flushing mode and the suction mode can be flexibly switched by providing the three-way valve 12, that is, the disposable endoscope sleeve 100 can be operated and used by one operator, and is convenient and flexible to use and has multiple purposes. Meanwhile, the disposable multi-purpose sleeve 100 of the endoscope is provided with the slender slit-shaped blunt opening, and can ensure a good cleaning effect and a good liquid suction effect on the lens 21 of the endoscope 20.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above examples only express preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
