The first gear portion 1030 may be a through hole or a blind hole, or may be a groove similar in structure to the second gear portion 1010. In this embodiment, as shown in the drawing, the first gear portion 1030 is a through hole, and the plurality of first gear portions 1030 are located between two sliding grooves 1031; a third protrusion 1041 is provided on the rear end surface of the first latch member 104, and when the first latch member 104 is located at the locking position, the third protrusion 1041 is located in the first gear 1030, i.e. the through hole, and can abut against the upper inner sidewall and the lower inner sidewall of the through hole; thereby achieving the purpose of limiting the up-and-down movement of the sliding member 102 and the lumbar support 101.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the sliding member 102 is further provided with a second elastic arm 1024, the second elastic arm 1024 is located at a rear end surface of the sliding member 102, a movable end of the second elastic arm 1024 is provided with a fourth protruding portion 1025 protruding backward, and the fourth protruding portion 1025 can be respectively engaged with the plurality of first gear portions 1030 on the fixing member 103 during the up-down movement of the sliding member 102.
So configured, when first tongue member 104 and second tongue member 105 are both in the locked position, the engagement of fourth projection 1025 on second resilient arm 1024 with first gear portion 1030 can assist the engagement between first tongue member 104 and first gear portion 1030 to lock and mount slider 102 on mount 103; and when first spring bolt spare 104 and second spring bolt spare 105 are all not in the locked position, the cooperation of fourth bellying 1025 and first gear portion 1030 on the second elastic arm 1024 can make slider 102 adjust the in-process from top to bottom, can all have the gear sense for every in-process that shelves were adjusted, and finally can make things convenient for the passenger to slide from top to bottom on mounting 103 to slide slider 102 and fix a position, avoid first spring bolt spare 104 can not be accurate in the in-process of going to the locked position to cooperate with first gear portion 1030 and block.
As shown in fig. 1, the switch assembly is mounted on the lumbar support 101 so that an occupant can sit on the chair to gain access to the switch assembly, thereby enabling adjustment of the position of the lumbar support 101 according to his/her own real-time experience.
The switch assembly pulls the first or second latch member 104, 105 through the brake cable structure to move out of the locked position. This is because the switch assembly is mounted on the lumbar support 101, and the spacing between the switch assembly and the first and second latch members 104 and 105 increases during the forward movement of the lumbar support 101, and if the first latch member 104 or the second latch member 105 is controlled by the cable alone, the first latch member 104 and the second latch member 105 cannot return to the locked position; therefore, this phenomenon is avoided by providing the brake cable structure in this embodiment; specifically, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 13, the switch assembly includes a switch member 106, a wire rope 107, a rubber sleeve 108 and a return spring 109, the switch member 106 is movably mounted on the lumbar support member 101, the rubber sleeve 108 is sleeved on the wire rope 107, the outer end of the rubber sleeve 108 is fixed on the lumbar support member 101, the inner end of the rubber sleeve 108 is fixed on the sliding member 102, the outer end of the wire rope 107 extends out of the rubber sleeve 108 and then is connected with the switch member 106, the inner end of the wire rope 107 extends out of the rubber sleeve 108 and then is connected with the first latch member 104, and the return spring 109 is mounted between the sliding member 102 and the first latch member 104 and can force the first latch member 104 to move forward or has a forward moving trend;
wherein the rubber sleeve 108 is in an unstrained state when the lumbar support 101 is located at the foremost end.
In this way, the difference between the back and forth movement of the lumbar support member 101 and the first tongue member 104 is compensated for by the extension and closure of the rubber sleeve 108, i.e., the rubber sleeve 108 and the wire rope 107 do not have a force transmitting effect during this process; meanwhile, the inner hole of the rubber sleeve 108 is actually a track used for moving the steel wire rope 107, and the switch piece 106 drives the steel wire rope 107 to move, so that the steel wire rope 107 can only move along the inner hole of the rubber sleeve 108, and further has a force transmission function, and the first lock tongue piece 104 is pulled to move forwards.
The switch member 106 can be rotatably and slidably mounted on the lumbar support 101; in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the switching member 106 is slidably mounted on the arc-shaped frame 1011; specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the switch 106 includes a handle portion 1060 and a first mounting portion 1061 fixedly connected by a fastener, a fifth long hole 10110 is formed in the arc frame 1011, the handle portion 1060 is located at a rear side of the arc frame 1011, the first mounting portion 1061 is located at a front side of the arc frame 1011, two first grooves are formed between the handle portion 1060 and the first mounting portion 1061, the two first grooves are respectively in clearance fit with the upper and lower sidewalls of the fifth long hole 10110, and an outer end of the wire rope 107 is fixedly connected with the first mounting portion 1061.
It should be noted that "fixing" of the outer end of the rubber sleeve 108 to the lumbar support 101 and the inner end of the rubber sleeve 108 to the slider 102 includes both a virtually fixed connection by embedding, clamping or other means, and a fixed means formed by the tension of the rubber tube itself so that the outer end of the rubber tube always abuts against the lumbar support 101 and the inner end of the rubber tube always abuts against the slider 102; specifically, as shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, a second mounting portion 1026 is provided in the sliding member 102, a first channel 1027 through which the steel wire rope 107 can pass and through which the rubber tube can be blocked is provided on the second mounting portion 1026, and an inner end of the rubber tube is always abutted against the second mounting portion 1026; a third installation part 10111 is arranged on the arc-shaped frame 1011 of the waist support 101, and a second channel 10112 for allowing the steel wire rope 107 to pass and blocking the rubber tube to pass is arranged on the third installation part 10111; the outer end of the rubber tube always abuts against the third mounting portion 10111.
Wherein; the first channel 1027 and the second channel 10112 may be grooves or through holes with notches.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first latch member 104 is an L-shaped block, and includes a first latch portion 1042 and a second latch portion 1043 that are integrally formed and perpendicular to each other, the third protruding portion 1041 is located on a rear end surface of the first latch portion 1042, the first long hole 1040 is located on a front half section of the second latch portion 1043, a channel capable of accommodating a rubber tube is formed between the second latch portion 1043 and an inner side wall of the slider 102, and an inner end of the wire rope 107 is connected to the first latch portion 1042; the return spring 109 is located between the first latch portion 1042 and the second mount portion 1026.
Since the first mounting portion 1061, the third mounting portion 10111, and the rubber tube are all mounted on the front side of the lumbar support 101, the first mounting portion 1061, the third mounting portion 10111, and the rubber tube are kept against the occupant during daily use; as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 13, the arc-shaped frame 1011 is provided with a first accommodating groove 10113, the connecting part 1012 is provided with a second accommodating groove 10120, and the first accommodating groove 10113 is communicated with the second accommodating groove 10120; the first mounting part 1061 and the third mounting part 10111 are both positioned in the first accommodating groove 10113, and the rubber tube is partially positioned in the first accommodating groove 10113 and partially positioned in the second accommodating groove 10120; even more preferred; to avoid the rubber tube arching forward to come out of the range of the first and second receiving grooves 10113 and 10120 during the back and forth movement of the lumbar support 101; a cover plate 10121 is further arranged, and the cover plate 10121 is positioned on the connecting part 1012; the left and right ends of the cover plate 10121 are respectively integrally formed with the left and right side walls of the second accommodating groove 10120; and thus the rubber tube can move only left and right at the portion of the second receiving groove 10120.
It should be noted that, during daily use, at least one layer of flexible member is further wrapped on the arc-shaped frame 1011, and the flexible member can not only play a role of buffering between the occupant and the arc-shaped frame 1011, but also cover the first receiving groove 10113 and the second receiving groove 10120 on the arc-shaped frame 1011.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific adjustment procedure for the lumbar support 101 is as follows:
the switch assembly is in the second state under the action of the return spring 109, at this time, the third protrusion 1041 is located in the first gear portion 1030, and the second latch member 105 is located in the second gear portion 1010, that is, close to the first inner side wall; i.e. the slider 102 is locked to the fixed part 103 and the lumbar support 101 is locked to the slider 102.
The switch member 106 is rotated or pulled to pull the wire rope 107 to move along the rubber sleeve 108 to pull the first latch member 104 to move backward, so that the third protrusion 1041 moves out of the first gear portion 1030 and simultaneously forces the second latch member 105 to move from the first inner side wall to the second inner side wall to move out of the second gear portion 1010, that is, the switch member 106 is rotated or pulled to make the switch assembly enter the first state from the second state, and when the switch assembly enters the second state, the lumbar support 101 can move back and forth and move up and down, and during the back and forth movement of the lumbar support 101, the second latch member 105 can move back and forth in the gap between the top walls of the first protrusions 10131 and the second inner side wall.
The switch member 106 is released, and the switch assembly is moved from the first state to the second state by the return spring 109, at this time, the first latch member 104 moves forward, and the third protrusion 1041 moves into the first gear portion 1030, and at the same time, the second latch member 105 is forced to move from the second inner sidewall to the first inner sidewall to move into the second gear portion 1010.

the lumbar support assembly comprises a lumbar support (101), a sliding part (102), a fixing part (103), a first lock tongue piece (104), a second lock tongue piece (105) and a switch assembly, wherein the fixing part (103) is fixedly arranged on a chair back or a chair seat, and a plurality of first gear parts (1030) are arranged on the fixing part (103) in the up-down direction; the sliding piece (102) is arranged on the fixing piece (103) in a manner of being capable of sliding up and down, the lumbar support (101) is arranged on the sliding piece (102) in a manner of being capable of sliding back and forth, the lumbar support (101) is positioned in front of the chair back and the fixing piece (103), a plurality of second gear parts (1010) are arranged on the lumbar support (101) in the front-back direction, and the first lock tongue piece (104) and the second lock tongue piece (105) are movably arranged on the sliding piece (102);
during the up-and-down sliding process of the sliding piece (102), the first lock tongue piece (104) can be respectively matched with a plurality of first gear parts (1030) on the fixed piece (103) so that the sliding piece (102) has a plurality of stay positions with different heights; and in the process of sliding the lumbar support (101) forwards and backwards, the second lock tongue piece (105) can be respectively matched with a plurality of second gear parts (1010) on the lumbar support (101) so that the lumbar support (101) has a plurality of different stay positions in the front-back direction;
the switch assembly is used for controlling the first spring bolt piece (104) to move out of and move into the first gear part (1030), and the first spring bolt piece (104) can force the second spring bolt piece (105) to move out of the second gear part (1010) in the process of moving the first spring bolt piece (104) out of the first gear part (1030), and the first spring bolt piece (104) can force the second spring bolt piece (105) to move into the second gear part (1010) in the process of moving the first spring bolt piece (104) into the first gear part (1030); alternatively, the switch assembly is configured to control the second latch member (105) to move out of and into the second gear portion (1010), and the second latch member (105) is configured to force the first latch member (104) out of the first gear portion (1030) during movement of the second latch member (105) out of the second gear portion (1010), and the second latch member (105) is configured to force the first latch member (104) into the first gear portion (1030) during movement of the second latch member (105) into the second gear portion (1010).

The chair with lumbar support according to claim 1, wherein the first latch member (104) is provided with a first long hole (1040), the sliding member (102) is provided with a second long hole (1020), an inclined angle is formed between the first long hole (1040) and the second long hole (1020), and the second latch member (105) is located in the first long hole (1040) and the second long hole (1020).

The chair with lumbar support according to claim 1, wherein the lumbar support (101) comprises an integrally formed arc-shaped frame (1011), a connecting portion (1012) and a sliding portion (1013), the connecting portion (1012) is connected with the middle portion of the arc-shaped frame (1011) and divides the arc-shaped frame (1011) into a left frame and a right frame, the sliding portion (1013) is located at the middle portion of the connecting portion (1012) and located at the rear of the connecting portion (1012), the sliding portion (1013) and the sliding member (102) are both hollow structures, the plurality of second gear portions (1010) are located on the sliding portion (1013), the sliding portion (1013) is sleeved on the sliding member (102), and the first locking tongue (104) is located inside the sliding member (102) and can move back and forth inside the sliding member (102).
