8. The adjustable lifting table as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the connecting plates (52) corresponding to the two ends of the bottom fixing plate (55) are at the same horizontal height.
9. The adjustable lifting table as claimed in claim 7, wherein: and a handle (57) is arranged on the screw rod (53).
10. The adjustable lifting table as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the table board bottom plate (10) is positioned at the bottom of the adjusting groove (8).
