Description

Preparation method of heated cigarette
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco product manufacturing processes, in particular to a preparation method of a heating cigarette.
Background
Heated cigarettes have received attention because they produce smoke by heating rather than burning, giving the smoker a tobacco aroma and satisfaction. A tobacco section of a cigarette is heated, and a tobacco sheet is prepared by taking glycerin and propylene glycol as smoke agents through a thick pulp method, a paper making method and the like. In recent years, the tobacco leaf slices contain certain wood fiber smell, which has certain influence on the aroma quality of the heated cigarettes, so that the aroma index of the cigarette has a larger difference with the aroma generated after the traditional cigarette is burnt during sensory smoking, therefore, researches have begun to adopt pure tobacco shreds as raw materials to prepare special tobacco shreds for heating cigarettes, and by adding hydroxyl compounds such as glycerin, propylene glycol and the like, the special tobacco shreds are used as a smoke agent on one hand and a humectant on the other hand, for example, the prior art "a novel on-line drying method for heating cut tobacco of cigarette" (application No. CN202110076339. X), the prepared heated cigarette tobacco shred with the tobacco shred moisture content of less than 3 percent is obtained by the working procedures of shredding, high-temperature airflow drying treatment, warming and moistening treatment, roller drying and the like, wherein one or a mixed solution of 1, 2-propylene glycol, glycerol and 1, 3-butanediol is added in the warming and moistening treatment process as a humectant. The tobacco shreds prepared by the technology are applied to heating cigarettes, have a good effect of improving the fragrance of the cigarettes, but have the problem that the tobacco shreds are low in moisture content and are easy to generate adverse effects such as dry sensation and irritation of throats during smoking, so that the whole sensory comfort is reduced, wherein substances such as 1, 2-propylene glycol, glycerol and 1, 3-butanediol mainly play a role of a smoke agent in practice, and the moisture retention effect which can be played is very small. Meanwhile, polyhydroxylated substances such as propylene glycol and glycerol are used as smoke agents for heating cigarettes, the polyhydroxylated substances have certain moisture absorption types, and in an environment with high air humidity, excessive moisture absorption can easily occur in the cigarettes, so that on one hand, the quality of the cigarettes is easily changed, the quality guarantee period of the cigarettes is shortened, and on the other hand, the moisture content of the cigarettes is changed, the moisture content of smoke in the smoking process is fluctuated, and the smoking quality of the cigarettes is influenced.
Based on the above, further improvement is urgently needed for the preparation method of the special tobacco shreds for heating cigarettes, so that the problem that the tobacco shreds are easy to generate throat dryness, irritation and other bad sensory problems after being heated and fuming under the condition of lower moisture content is solved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the method for regulating and controlling the moisture release amount of the cigarette which is not combusted by heating, the hydrated organic acid salt added into the tobacco material and the cigarette paper can regularly release moisture within the range of the heating temperature (below 400 ℃) which is commonly used for non-combustion by heating according to the difference of the heating temperature. Therefore, before the examples, researchers take magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate as an example, research the thermal weight loss behavior of the magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate by adopting a thermogravimetric analysis method, and analyze and verify the feasibility of the hydrated organic acid salt for regulating and controlling the moisture release amount of the cigarette which is not combusted by heating. The thermal weightlessness instrument is as follows: STA 449F 3-QMS 403C thermogravimetric-mass spectrometer.
Verification experiment (magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate)
Accurately weighing 20.0mg of magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate in Al2O3And (4) putting the crucible into a thermal weight loss-mass spectrometer for thermal weight loss analysis. Carrier gas: adopting high-purity helium, and purging: 20mL/min, protective gas: 20mL/min, temperature program: after keeping the temperature at 40 ℃ for 20min, the temperature is raised to 900 ℃ at a speed of 10 ℃/min. Mass spectrum scanning mode: MID, selective ion: 16 (CH)4)、18(H2O) and 44 (CO)2)。
The thermal TG/DTG curve of magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate is shown in figure 1, three obvious weight loss intervals exist in the heating process within the temperature range of 40-900 ℃, and three weight losses are shown on the DTG curvePeaks, indicating that three different types of weight loss occurred with increasing temperature, with a total weight loss of 70.55%. Scanning of the main pair 16 (CH) with mass spectrometry MID patterns by use of a combination of mass spectrometry4)、18(H2O)、44(CO2) Three compounds were scanned.
In the three main weight loss intervals of magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate:
(1) the main escaping component is water in the first weight loss interval (110-180 ℃), the mass change is about 27.44%, the weight loss starting temperature is 117.0 ℃, and the maximum weight loss temperature is 152.5 ℃.
(2) In the second weight loss interval (270-400 deg.c), the main escaped components are water and carbon dioxide, the weight change is about 10.90%, the initial weight loss temperature is 281.0 deg.c and the maximum weight loss temperature is 318.3 deg.c.
(3) The third weight loss interval (420-560 ℃), mainly escaping components are water and carbon dioxide, and a small amount of CH4The mass change was about 31.69%, the weight loss onset temperature was 458.0 ℃ and the maximum weight loss temperature was 492.1 ℃.
From the DTG curve, the three maximum weight loss temperatures were 152.5 deg.C, 318.3 deg.C and 492.1 deg.C, respectively. The first maximum weight loss temperature point of 152.5 ℃ and the second maximum weight loss temperature point of 318.3 ℃ are both in the heating temperature range (below 400 ℃) which is commonly used for heating non-combustible cigarettes. From the moisture response curve, at the first maximum weight loss temperature point of 152.5 ℃, the amount of the escaped moisture is the largest, most of the crystal water in the magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate escapes at the temperature, and partial moisture still escapes at the second maximum weight loss temperature point of 318.3 ℃ and the third maximum weight loss temperature point of 492.1 ℃.
The above results show that the magnesium citrate myristate hydrate can gradually release the crystal water at different heating temperatures. The aim of regulating and controlling the water release amount can be achieved by adding magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate in the processing process of heating the non-combustible cigarette tobacco material and cigarette paper.

comparative example 1
The same conditions as in example 1 were repeated except that no hydratable humectant was added, and only 20% of glycerin and 1% of 1, 2-propanediol were added as a smoke generating agent.
The moisture content of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples was measured by gas chromatography-thermal conductivity detection (GC-TCD), under the following analysis conditions: a chromatographic column: porapark Q packed column (2 m × 2 mm), injection port temperature: 250 ℃, sample introduction: 2 mu L, no shunt sample introduction; temperature rising procedure: keeping the temperature at 170 ℃ for 5 min; detector temperature: 250 ℃; the carrier gas is hydrogen, and the flow rate is as follows: 2 mL/min. For gas phase moisture, the absorption liquid was directly taken for analysis. A blank subtraction is required before calculating the moisture content.
As can be seen from the following Table 1, the aroma quality, dry feeling and irritation of the heated cigarettes in the processes of example 1 and example 6 are the best, and are analyzed: 0.1% magnesium citrate myristate trihydrate or 0.5% magnesium lactate trihydrate is the optimum hydration humectant addition level. Due to more crystal water, the magnesium citrate tetrahydrate has better effect of reducing the dry sensation of cigarette smoke than the magnesium lactate trihydrate under the same addition amount. In addition, the addition amount is too much as in example 3, so that the moisture content of the smoke is too high, and the side effects of too heavy water taste in the oral cavity and the throat and fragrance quality reduction can be caused.
Table 1 shows the results of the detection of the initial moisture content of the heated cigarette and the moisture content of the mainstream smoke in example 1 of the present invention;
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
as no industrial standard exists at present in sensory evaluation of heated cigarettes, the quality of aroma, the irritation and the dry sensation are mainly selected as main evaluation items by referring to the traditional cigarette evaluation and combining the research content of the invention, and the more the plus sign is, the better the sensory quality of the cigarettes is.
Generally, the tobacco leaves in the raw materials of the special tobacco shreds for heating cigarettes are higher in purity than tobacco sheets and free of added fibers, so that the tobacco is pure in aroma, but the special tobacco shreds for heating cigarettes are not enough in toughness and easy to generate adverse effects such as dry sensation and irritation of throats, and the total mass percentage of the special tobacco shreds in the smoking substrates for heating cigarettes is generally lower than 20%. By the process for adding the hydratable humectant, the special tobacco shreds have good performances in dry feeling and irritation when the total mass percentage of the special tobacco shreds in the heated cigarette substrate is 40%, so that the process has obvious innovative significance for improving the aroma quality of the heated cigarette, and overcomes the defects of poor aroma and insufficient concentration of the heated cigarette compared with the traditional cigarette.
In addition, in the present example, the physical condition of the cut tobacco leaves after the addition of the hydratable humectant (example 1) was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, and the scanning electron microscopy of the surface and cross section of the cut tobacco leaves with the addition of magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate is shown in fig. 3, and fig. 2 is the cut tobacco leaves without the addition of magnesium citrate tetradecahydrate (comparative example). The tissue structure of the leaf filaments is compact, epidermal cells are sunken inwards and are in a corrugated shape, certain porous structures are arranged on the surfaces and the cross sections, and internal tissues are in a spongy shape and are contracted together. After the humectant is added, obvious crystals exist on folds, pores and the like on the surfaces of the cut tobacco leaves.
The above-described embodiments are illustrative of the present invention and not restrictive, it being understood that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
