Example one
An abnormal state information indication method for a household appliance breathing lamp is disclosed, wherein the household appliance is a household appliance such as a refrigerator, a washing machine and an oven. The abnormal state information of household electrical appliances mainly aims at the parameters in the household electrical appliances, such as the temperature, the humidity, the concentration of abnormal gas and the like in the household electrical appliances, and the abnormal gas comprises: amine odor components, alcohol odor components, and the like. The abnormal home appliance state information may indicate a state in which an initial state in the home appliance does not exist and a use state of an article added in a later stage to improve an internal environment of the home appliance is exhausted.
Since there may be a plurality of abnormal state information in the home appliance, in order to process the more serious abnormal state information in time, the abnormal state information in the home appliance needs to be matched with the corresponding priority to minimize the influence of the abnormal state information on the home appliance. As shown in figure 1 of the drawings, in which,
s100: acquiring and analyzing the priority of abnormal state information in the household appliance; specifically, after the abnormal state information in the home appliance is acquired, the main control board configures the priority corresponding to the abnormal state information according to the priority corresponding to the abnormal state information in the home appliance pre-stored on the main control board.
S200: sorting the priority according to the priority of the abnormal state information in the household appliance; when a plurality of (two or more) abnormal state information exist in the household appliance, the main control board sorts the priority levels corresponding to all the abnormal state information according to the priority levels.
S300: and configuring breathing lamp execution according to the priority ranking result so as to indicate abnormal state information in the household appliance. In some embodiments, the breathing lamp is configured to sequentially execute the lighting modes corresponding to different priorities from high to low according to the priority ranking result. In other embodiments, the breathing lamp is configured to execute the lighting mode corresponding to the highest priority in the sequencing result according to the priority sequencing result. It should be understood that the priority level corresponding to the abnormal state information in the household appliance can be set by a user according to requirements and cognition; and the priorities corresponding to different abnormal state information prestored on the main control board can be directly defaulted.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the method for indicating abnormal state information of a breathing lamp of an appliance further includes, before acquiring and resolving a priority of the abnormal state information in the appliance (S100):
s101: acquiring and analyzing different types of state information in the household appliance box body; the state information at least comprises environment state information in the household appliance box body and/or residual state information of parts in the household appliance box body. In some embodiments, different types of state information in the household appliance box body are acquired through a sensor arranged in the household appliance box body; specifically, the real-time temperature in the household appliance box body is obtained through a temperature sensor; acquiring real-time humidity in the household appliance box body through a humidity sensor; and acquiring a real-time abnormal gas concentration value in the household appliance box body through the gas sensor. In other embodiments, after the consumption module, such as the filter element, the deodorization module and the preservation module, is installed in the household appliance box at a later stage, the real-time weight of the consumption module can be acquired through the weight sensor, the concentration value of the abnormal gas in the household appliance box can be acquired through the gas sensor, or the service life or the remaining service life of the consumption module can be acquired through the time sensor. It should be understood that the above-described temperature information, humidity information, gas concentration information, residual amount information, and the like may be acquired at the same time.
S102: comparing the state information of different types with a first threshold value to judge whether the state information is abnormal state information; specifically, comparing the acquired plurality of state information with a first threshold value of the corresponding state information to judge whether abnormal state information exists or not; in some embodiments, when the state information is temperature and humidity, the first threshold of the state information is a numerical value for maintaining a normal storage environment or normal operation in the household appliance box, and the state information acquired in real time is about the first threshold or the first threshold, that is, the numerical value of the state information acquired in real time does not exceed ± 1 ℃ of the first threshold; and if the state information exceeds the preset threshold value, the state information is abnormal state information. In other embodiments, when the status information is the remaining usage of the consumable module, the acquired status information is the service life of the consumable module acquired by the time sensor, and the value acquired by the time sensor is the first threshold value when the value is 12 months or the first threshold value when the value is close to 12 months. And if the numerical value is more than 12 months, the information is abnormal state information.
S103: and matching the judgment result of the abnormal state information in the household appliance with the light emitting mode of the abnormal state information in a preset database. Specifically, if abnormal state information exists, matching the abnormal state information with a light-emitting mode and a priority of the corresponding abnormal state information in a preset database; specifically, if abnormal state information exists in the household appliance box after the judgment, the abnormal state information acquired by the main control board is matched with information in a database preset by the main control board, wherein the database comprises the priority corresponding to the abnormal state information and the light emitting module. And if the abnormal state information does not exist, the breathing lamp is configured not to emit light, so that the user is prompted that all parameters in the current household appliance are normal.
In some embodiments, when the household appliance is shipped, the breathing lamp priority and the light emitting mode corresponding to the abnormal state information in different household appliances can be set at the factory, and the information is recorded in the specification of the household appliance, the breathing lamp priority can be set randomly, or the breathing lamp priority can be set according to main parameters of the storage articles of the household appliance, for example, the most important parameters of the storage articles of the refrigerator are temperature and humidity, and when the priority is set, the abnormal information of the temperature and the humidity in the refrigerator is taken as a first priority and a second priority. In other embodiments, the priority and the light emitting mode corresponding to the abnormal information in the household appliance can be set by a user in a self-defined manner, the user can modify the abnormal information on the basis of recommendation of a household appliance manufacturer, and the abnormal information can be set independently according to the difference of self requirements and focus of attention, so that different light emitting modes can be presented according to the set priority when the abnormal information occurs in the household appliance.
In some embodiments, before any step of S300, a step of detecting a status of the breathing lamp is further included to ensure that the breathing lamp can execute the instruction of the main control board. As shown in fig. 3, the following steps are included.
S111: acquiring and analyzing state information of the breathing lamp; specifically, the main control board obtains current and voltage values through an ammeter or a voltmeter arranged in the control circuit, and analyzes the obtained current values and voltage values.
S112: acquiring judgment information whether the breathing lamp is effective or not according to the state information of the breathing lamp; that is, whether the breathing lamp is effective or not is judged according to the state information of the breathing lamp, and the judgment information refers to whether the breathing lamp is effective or not. Specifically, whether the breathing lamp can work normally is judged through the current magnitude of an ammeter arranged in the control circuit and/or whether the breathing lamp can work normally is judged through the voltage magnitude of a voltmeter arranged in the control circuit. When the current in the ammeter is not a preset value, for example 0 or the current tends to be infinite and has a larger difference with the preset value, it indicates that the control circuit where the light-emitting component is located has a fault, and the breathing lamp is in an invalid state, and sends out prompt information to remind a user of replacement; when the current is a preset value or close to the preset value, the breathing lamp works normally and is in an effective state. The preset value refers to the magnitude of current flowing through the ammeter when a control circuit where the breathing lamp is located normally works. When the voltage in the voltmeter is not a preset value, for example, 0 or has a large difference with the preset value, it indicates that the control circuit where the breathing lamp is located has a fault, the breathing lamp is in an invalid state, and prompt information is sent to remind a user of replacement; when the voltage is a preset value or close to the preset value, the breathing lamp is in a normal working state, and the breathing lamp is effective. The preset value refers to the voltage flowing through the voltmeter when the control circuit where the breathing lamp is located works normally.
S113: and configuring whether the breathing lamp is executed or not according to the judgment information. If the state information of the breathing lamp is valid, executing the step of indicating abnormal state information in the household appliance; i.e. S111-S113 may be provided in any step before S300, preferably before S100, to ensure that further operations are performed in case the status of the breathing lamp itself is valid. It should be understood that if the status information of the breathing lamp is invalid, that is, the breathing lamp fails, a prompt message is sent to remind the user to repair the light emitting assembly as soon as possible.
According to the preset database related to S103 in fig. 2, the user-defined establishment of the personalized database includes the following steps, which are specifically shown in fig. 4:
s131: acquiring abnormal state information to be set with priority; the priority level of the abnormal state information can be set for the user or the corresponding priority level of the abnormal state information can be set for the main control board when the user goes out. The user selects the abnormal state information in a certain household appliance needing to set the priority or the main control board recommends the abnormal state information in the household appliance needing to set the priority by self, if the user defaults the recommended value, the main control board selects the recommended value; and if the user denies the recommended value, taking the parameters selected by the user as the abnormal state information in the household appliance needing to set the priority.
S132: configuring the priority of the abnormal state information in the household appliances according to the acquired abnormal state information in the household appliances; and configuring corresponding priority according to the abnormal state information selected by the user. Specifically, for example, the abnormal temperature is configured as the first priority.
S133: and configuring the lighting mode of the breathing lamp corresponding to the priority according to the priority. And configuring the lighting mode of the breathing lamp of the first priority corresponding to the abnormal temperature to emit red light.
In some embodiments, the abnormal temperature information is preset to be a first priority, and the breathing lamp is configured to be red; setting the abnormal humidity information as a second priority, and configuring the color of the breathing lamp as orange; and setting the abnormal allowance information of the consumption module in the household appliance as a third priority, and configuring the breathing lamp as yellow. When the temperature, humidity and residual information of the consumption module in the household appliance box are abnormal, in one mode, the breathing lamp only emits red light; in another way the breathing lamp first appears red, then orange and finally yellow. It should be understood that the configurable breathing lamp exhibits other lighting modes. The lighting mode of the breathing lamp comprises at least one of the flashing frequency, the brightness, the color, the aperture rotation speed and the flashing time of the breathing lamp. For example, the abnormal temperature information may be set to a first priority, and the breathing light may be configured to be red in color and flash at a high frequency; setting the abnormal humidity information as a second priority, and configuring the color of the breathing lamp to be orange and flashing at medium frequency; and setting the abnormal allowance information of the consumption module in the household appliance as a third priority, and configuring the breathing lamp to be yellow and flicker at low frequency. At the moment, when the temperature, the humidity and the residual information of the consumption module in the household appliance box are abnormal, the breathing lamp firstly shows red and high-frequency flicker, and then shows orange and medium-frequency flicker; finally, yellow and low frequency flicker appears. The difference of the light emitting modes with different priorities is increased through the light emitting mode, and the light emitting mode is convenient for users to distinguish. In other embodiments, the flashing duration of the abnormal state information of the first priority is a first flashing duration, the flashing duration of the abnormal state information of the second priority is a second flashing duration, and the flashing duration of the abnormal state information of the third priority is a third flashing duration, wherein the flashing duration of the breathing lamp corresponding to the first flashing duration is the longest, so as to prompt the user to process the abnormal state information of the high priority in time. It should be understood that the same flashing time duration may be set for the abnormal state information of different priorities, and the difference of the lighting pattern may be increased from the flashing frequency, brightness, color, aperture rotation speed, etc. corresponding to the breathing lamps of different priorities.
It should be understood that after the current priority and the lighting pattern of the corresponding breathing lamp are configured, the priority and the lighting pattern of the corresponding breathing lamp may be set for other abnormal state information. Further, when setting the priority, it is not necessarily to start setting from the first priority.
When the lighting mode of the breathing lamp is too complicated, the user is not convenient to distinguish different abnormal state information. In addition, if the number of abnormal state information is too large, it is preferable to perform the inspection and maintenance of the home appliance in time, that is, before acquiring and analyzing the priority of the abnormal state information in the home appliance (S100), the method further includes the steps shown in fig. 5, specifically, after S101 and S102.
S101: acquiring and analyzing different types of state information in the household appliance box body; the state information at least comprises environmental state information in the household appliance box body and residual state information of parts in the household appliance box body.
S203: acquiring and analyzing the category number of the abnormal state information in the household appliance according to the judgment result; after acquiring the state information in the household appliance through a sensor in the household appliance box body, the main control board compares the state information with a first threshold value to judge whether the state information is abnormal state information; and the main control board records the category number of the abnormal state information according to the judgment result.
S204: judging whether the category number of the abnormal state information is larger than a second threshold value or not according to the category number of the abnormal state information in the household appliance; in some embodiments, due to the limited visual bearing capability of the user, if the number of the abnormal state information is too large, the user cannot digest the too large abnormal state information in a short time, so that the abnormal state information is not processed in time. Therefore, the second threshold needs to be set to ensure that the user does not experience visual fatigue. Preferably, the second threshold is three, that is, the number of the abnormal state information determined by the main control board is three.
In other embodiments, even if the breathing lamp executes the light-emitting mode corresponding to the priority in the higher order according to the configuration result, when the category number of the abnormal state information reaches the second threshold, it indicates that the internal environment of the household appliance box is poor and needs to be processed and maintained in time. . The second threshold value can be set by the main control board or user self-defining, and the second threshold value is preferably three, and when the second threshold value exceeds three, the internal environment of the household appliance box is poor, and the household appliance box needs to be processed and maintained in time.
S205: if the category number of the abnormal state information in the household appliance is larger than a second threshold value, sending out prompt information to process and maintain as soon as possible; and if the category number of the abnormal state information in the household appliance is not greater than the second threshold value, acquiring and analyzing the priority of the abnormal state information in the household appliance.
It should be understood that the first threshold and the second threshold have no magnitude relationship, and are only reference standards set for two different situations.
When the priority of the abnormal state information or the light-emitting mode of the breathing lamp corresponding to the priority is configured, if the current priority or the light-emitting mode is used, the priority or the light-emitting mode of the abnormal state information in the current household appliance is reset; if the current priority or the light emitting mode is not used, the currently set priority or the light emitting mode is saved. Specifically, the method further includes a step after configuring the priority of the abnormal state information according to the acquired abnormal state information, and as shown in fig. 6, the method further includes a step after 131 and 132 of fig. 4:
s303: judging whether the priority is used or not according to the configured priority of the abnormal state information; and comparing the priority of the configured abnormal state information with the priority corresponding to the abnormal state information recorded in the database to judge whether the priority is occupied by other abnormal state information.
S304: if the current priority is used, resetting the priority of the abnormal state information in the current household appliance; and if the current priority is not used, saving the currently set priority.
In some embodiments, a priority and a light-emitting mode are set for abnormal state information such as the temperature, the humidity, the residual amount of the preservative, the residual amount of the filter element and the like in the household appliance, a first priority is set for the abnormal temperature in advance, and the abnormal temperature is set as a second priority when the first priority is prompted to be used in the setting process; if the first priority is not used, the temperature is set as the first priority, and the lighting mode of the breathing lamp corresponding to the first priority is configured. In some embodiments, after determining that the abnormal temperature is the first priority, configuring the light emitting mode corresponding to the first priority to be red; after the main control board performs the determination, if it is found that the red color is used by other abnormal state information, the light emitting mode corresponding to the abnormal temperature is reset, for example, the breathing lamp is controlled to be green when the first priority is controlled. It should be appreciated that the difference in the lighting pattern may be achieved by combining one or more of the flashing frequency, brightness, color, aperture rotation speed, flashing duration, etc. of the breathing light. If the light-emitting mode red corresponding to the first priority is not used, the abnormal temperature corresponding to the first priority is saved, and the breathing lamp is controlled to be red.
In some cases, when the priority and the light-emitting mode corresponding to certain abnormal state information need to be modified for the priority and the light-emitting mode corresponding to different set abnormal state information, the priority and the light-emitting mode corresponding to the modified abnormal state information are controlled to automatically cover the priority and the light-emitting mode corresponding to the abnormal state information before the modification. As shown in fig. 7, the method further comprises the following steps after 131 and 132 of fig. 4:
s403, acquiring abnormal state information in the household appliance to be prioritized again; the user autonomously selects the abnormal state information of the priority to be replaced; or the main control board selects the abnormal state information of the priority to be replaced when leaving the factory.
S404, configuring the priority of the abnormal state information according to the acquired abnormal state information; configuring the priority required or liked by the user aiming at the acquired abnormal state information; or the technicians configure the required priority for the abnormal state information with the priority to be replaced when the system leaves the factory.
S405: if the priority of the abnormal state information after resetting is consistent with the priority of the abnormal state information before resetting, prompting a user to change the priority of the abnormal state information; and if the priority of the abnormal state information after resetting is not consistent with the priority of the abnormal state information before resetting, saving the priority of the abnormal state information after resetting. If the reset priority is not occupied, storing the reset priority of the abnormal state information; if the abnormal state information is occupied by other abnormal state information, prompting that the user is occupied, and resetting the priority of the abnormal state information with the priority to be replaced.
If the current priority/lighting mode is used, resetting the priority/lighting mode of the breathing lamp corresponding to the abnormal state information in the current household appliance; if the current priority/lighting mode is not used, the current settings are saved. In some embodiments, if all the abnormal state information is set or part of the abnormal state information is set, if the priority and the lighting mode corresponding to a certain set abnormal state information need to be modified, for example, a user needs to change the red color corresponding to the first priority to green or change the abnormal temperature to another level, the priority and the lighting mode corresponding to the modified abnormal state information can be directly modified, and the priority and the lighting mode corresponding to the modified abnormal state information automatically cover the priority and the lighting mode corresponding to the abnormal state information before the modification.
In some embodiments, different state information in the household appliance can be automatically acquired at intervals, and a prompt is given in time when abnormality occurs. In order to inform the user of the state in the household appliance at the first time, when the main control board acquires a signal to judge that the household appliance door body is opened, the main control board automatically acquires different state information in the household appliance again and quickly judges whether the state information is abnormal or not, and by the method, misjudgment of abnormal state information in the household appliance is avoided, and the accuracy of judging the abnormal state information is ensured.
