the video monitoring unit (200) is used for identifying a current portrait around the switch equipment, comparing the current portrait with the authority value of the authority management unit (100) in the server and transmitting a comparison result signal, wherein the comparison result signal comprises a matching signal and a non-matching signal;
the intelligent control unit (300) is used for receiving a matching signal of a comparison result between the current portrait of the video monitoring unit (200) and the authority value, and converting the matching signal into a role element control parameter to control the on-off of the switch device;
the abnormity warning unit (400) is used for receiving a mismatching signal of the current portrait of the video monitoring unit (200) and the comparison result of the authority value, sending an alarm signal for warning, and converting the mismatching signal into an electric signal to be transmitted to the terminal equipment of the user.

the characteristic extraction module is used for acquiring videos around the switch equipment by adopting a camera and extracting the characteristics of the current portrait in the videos;
the feature comparison module is used for comparing the features extracted by the feature extraction module with the authority value;
the data storage module is used for storing the video collected by the camera.

firstly, intercepting a picture reflecting a face in a video, and preprocessing the picture;
