the recording unit 132 is configured to record the guidance content after the guidance connection is established.
In the above embodiment, the recording unit 132 of the expert module 13 records the guidance content after the guidance connection is established. For example, a video connection is established between the expert module 13 and the application module 11, an expert corresponding to the expert module 13 guides the emergency personnel through a video call mode, at this time, the video call is recorded and stored, and meanwhile, voice in the video call can be identified, a guidance record is determined, and the guidance record is stored. The tutorial content is recorded using the recording unit 132 to ensure that the tutorial content can be queried when needed.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the communication module 14 includes an information segmentation unit and an information caching unit;
the information segmentation unit is used for segmenting transmission information based on a preset segmentation rule, wherein the transmission information comprises a multi-subject expert consultation request, current patient information and notification information;
and the information caching unit is used for sharing and caching the transmission information.
In the above embodiment, the communication module 14 may specifically be 5G network communication, and determine a segmentation rule in advance, and when the communication module 14 is used to transmit the transmission information, the transmission information is segmented by using the predetermined segmentation rule, that is, the transmission information is split into a plurality of pieces of information that are isolated from each other and do not affect each other, so as to ensure the security of the transmission information. Meanwhile, the communication module 14 is further provided with an information caching unit for performing shared caching on the transmission information, so that the transmission information can be acquired from the 5G base station in a data access mode, the mode allows transmission of high-capacity dynamic data, and the access speed and the integrity and safety of the data are guaranteed.

Based on the same conception as the method embodiment of the invention, the embodiment of the invention also provides a model training device.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a remote multidisciplinary consultation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, including:
step 71, sending a request for consultation of multidisciplinary experts by using an application module, and sending the obtained current patient information;
step 72, receiving the consultation request of the multidisciplinary expert and the current patient information by using a management module, responding to the consultation request of the multidisciplinary expert, determining an expert to be diagnosed based on the current patient information, and sending notification information and the current patient information to an expert module corresponding to the expert to be diagnosed;
and 73, displaying the current patient information by using an expert module based on a response instruction of an expert to the notification information, and establishing a guiding connection between the expert module and the application module, wherein the application module, the expert module and the management module are connected with each other through a communication module.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises: the data storage module is used for storing historical diagnosis and treatment information and backing up the current patient information;
determining historical case data corresponding to the current patient by using a management module based on the current patient information, and sending the historical case data to an expert module corresponding to the expert to be diagnosed;
and displaying the historical case data by utilizing an expert module based on an expert response instruction to the notification information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the sending a request for a consultation of a multidisciplinary expert by using an application module and sending the acquired current patient information includes:
the consultation request unit in the application module is used for responding to the operation instruction of the user and sending out a consultation request of the multidisciplinary expert;
the information collection unit in the application module is used for collecting the physical sign information of the patient, the physical sign information and the acquired patient identity information are sent to the management module as the current patient information, and the physical sign information comprises one or more of heartbeat frequency, blood pressure, electroencephalogram, nuclear magnetic resonance image and ultrasonic data.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
determining a diagnosis prediction result based on the acquired current patient information by using an intelligent diagnosis module, and sending the diagnosis prediction result to an expert module;
the diagnostic prediction result is also displayed by the expert module based on an expert response instruction to the notification information.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the receiving, by the utilization management module, the request for the multi-department specialist consultation and the current patient information, determining, in response to the request for the multi-department specialist consultation, a specialist to be diagnosed based on the current patient information, and sending notification information and the current patient information to a specialist module corresponding to the specialist to be diagnosed, includes:
responding to the multi-department expert consultation request by utilizing an expert selection unit of a management module, determining a department to be diagnosed based on current patient information, determining an expert to be diagnosed based on a shift schedule corresponding to the department to be diagnosed, and sending notification information and the current patient information to an expert module corresponding to the expert to be diagnosed;
and determining the unanswered time length of the expert to be diagnosed by using a feedback management unit of a management module, if the unanswered time length meets a preset condition, updating the expert to be diagnosed based on the alternative expert table corresponding to the department to be diagnosed, and sending notification information and the current patient information to an expert module corresponding to the updated expert to be diagnosed.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises:
and recording the guidance content after the guidance connection is established by utilizing a recording unit of the expert module.
Exemplary electronic device
FIG. 8 illustrates a block diagram of an electronic device in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the electronic device 100 includes one or more processors 101 and memory 102.
The processor 101 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other form of processing unit having data processing capabilities and/or instruction execution capabilities, and may control other components in the electronic device 100 to perform desired functions.
Memory 102 may include one or more computer program products that may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. The volatile memory may include, for example, Random Access Memory (RAM), cache memory (cache), and/or the like. The non-volatile memory may include, for example, Read Only Memory (ROM), hard disk, flash memory, etc. One or more computer program instructions may be stored on the computer-readable storage medium and executed by the processor 101 to implement the remote multidisciplinary consultation methods of the various embodiments of the present invention described above and/or other desired functions.
In one example, the electronic device 100 may further include: an input device 103 and an output device 104, which are interconnected by a bus system and/or other form of connection mechanism (not shown).
Of course, for simplicity, only some of the components of the electronic device 100 relevant to the present invention are shown in fig. 8, and components such as buses, input/output interfaces, and the like are omitted. In addition, electronic device 100 may include any other suitable components depending on the particular application.
Exemplary computer program product and computer-readable storage Medium
In addition to the above-described methods and apparatus, embodiments of the present invention may also be a computer program product comprising computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the steps in a remote multi-family consultation method according to various embodiments of the present invention described in the above-mentioned "exemplary methods" section of this specification.

Claims (10)

1. A remote multidisciplinary consultation system, characterized in that it comprises: the system comprises an application module, a management module, an expert module and a communication module, wherein the application module, the management module and the expert module are connected with each other through the communication module;
the application module is used for sending out a consultation request of the multidisciplinary specialist and sending the obtained current patient information;
the management module is used for receiving the consultation request of the multidisciplinary expert and the current patient information, responding to the consultation request of the multidisciplinary expert, determining an expert to be diagnosed based on the current patient information, and sending notification information and the current patient information to an expert module corresponding to the expert to be diagnosed;
the expert module is used for displaying the current patient information and establishing the guiding connection between the expert module and the application module based on the response instruction of the expert to the notification information.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a data storage module;
the data storage module is used for storing historical diagnosis and treatment information and backing up the current patient information;
the management module is further configured to determine historical case data corresponding to the current patient based on the current patient information, and send the historical case data to an expert module corresponding to the expert to be diagnosed;
and the expert module is also used for displaying the historical case data based on a response instruction of an expert to the notification information.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the application module comprises a consultation request unit and an information collection unit;
the consultation request unit is used for responding to an operation instruction of a user and sending out a consultation request of a multidisciplinary expert;
the information collection unit is used for collecting the physical sign information of the patient, and sending the physical sign information and the acquired patient identity information to the management module as the current patient information, wherein the physical sign information comprises one or more of heartbeat frequency, blood pressure, electroencephalogram, nuclear magnetic resonance image and ultrasonic data.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising: an intelligent diagnosis module;
the intelligent diagnosis module is used for determining a diagnosis prediction result based on the acquired current patient information and sending the diagnosis prediction result to the expert module;
the expert module is further configured to display the diagnosis prediction result based on an expert response instruction to the notification information.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the management module comprises an expert selection unit and a feedback management unit;
the expert selection unit is used for responding to the multi-department expert consultation request, determining a department to be diagnosed based on current patient information, determining an expert to be diagnosed based on a shift schedule corresponding to the department to be diagnosed, and sending notification information and the current patient information to an expert module corresponding to the expert to be diagnosed;
and the feedback management unit is used for determining the unanswered time length of the expert to be diagnosed, updating the expert to be diagnosed based on the alternative expert table corresponding to the department to be diagnosed if the unanswered time length meets the preset condition, and sending notification information and the current patient information to the expert module corresponding to the updated expert to be diagnosed.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the expert module comprises a connection unit and a recording unit;
the connection unit is used for displaying the current patient information based on a response instruction of an expert to the notification information and establishing a guiding connection between the expert module and the application module;
and the recording unit is used for recording the guidance content after the guidance connection is established.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the communication module comprises an information slicing unit and an information caching unit;
the information segmentation unit is used for segmenting transmission information based on a preset segmentation rule, wherein the transmission information comprises a multi-subject expert consultation request, current patient information and notification information;
and the information caching unit is used for sharing and caching the transmission information.
8. A method of remote multidisciplinary consultation, characterized in that it comprises:
sending a consultation request of multidisciplinary experts by using an application module, and sending the obtained current patient information;
receiving the consultation request of the multidisciplinary expert and the current patient information by using a management module, responding to the consultation request of the multidisciplinary expert, determining an expert to be diagnosed based on the current patient information, and sending notification information and the current patient information to an expert module corresponding to the expert to be diagnosed;
and displaying the current patient information by utilizing an expert module based on a response instruction of an expert to the notification information, and establishing a guiding connection between the expert module and the application module, wherein the application module, the expert module and the management module are mutually connected through a communication module.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program for executing the remote multi-medical consultation method of claim 7.
10. An electronic device, the electronic device comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
the processor is configured to read the executable instructions from the memory and execute the instructions to implement the remote multi-medical consultation method of claim 7.
