Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Example one
The control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for the air conditioner with the sterilization function, and in order to better understand the control method of the air conditioner, the air conditioner with the sterilization function provided by the embodiment of the invention is firstly introduced.
The air conditioner with the sterilization function provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an indoor unit, wherein the indoor unit comprises a shell, an evaporator, a filter screen, a sterilization device and a control module. Wherein, evaporimeter, filter screen and sterilizing equipment set up in the casing respectively to the casing is provided with overhauls the installing port, so that overhauls evaporimeter, filter screen and sterilizing equipment.
The casing is provided with the panel in overhauing mounting hole department, and panel demountable installation is in overhauing mounting hole department or the panel rotates to be connected in overhauing mounting hole department. This embodiment preferably pivotally attaches the panel at the service mount to facilitate opening or closing the panel.
The shell is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet and the air outlet can be positioned below the panel, and the filter screen can be arranged at the air inlet and used for filtering impurities in air entering the indoor unit; the evaporator is used for exchanging heat with indoor air to provide comfortable cold air or hot air for the indoor.
In the process of heat exchange between the air conditioner and indoor air, bacteria, viruses and the like in the indoor air can adhere to the surfaces of the filter screen and the evaporator. In order to improve the cleanliness of fresh air, the sterilization device provided by the embodiment of the invention can comprise at least one ultraviolet sterilization lamp, the sterilization device is in signal connection with a control module of the air conditioner, after the control module receives an instruction for starting a sterilization function, the control module controls the sterilization lamp to be started and work, ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet sterilization lamp can irradiate on the filter screen and the evaporator, and bacteria, viruses and the like on the surface of the filter screen and the evaporator can be sterilized.
When the air conditioner starts the sterilization function, if the panel is in an open state at the moment, the ultraviolet rays have the risk of leaking, or the maintainer overhauls all devices of the indoor unit at the moment, and the ultraviolet rays can irradiate the skin or eyes and other parts of the human body, so that the skin and eyes of the human body are burnt, and further the human body is damaged.
In order to solve the above problem, the control method of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention can detect the open state of the panel when the air conditioner has started the sterilization function, and control the operating state of the sterilization device according to the detection result.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and step S101, starting the air conditioner and starting a sterilization function.
Specifically, the control module of the air conditioner starts the air conditioner to enter the running state when receiving a command for running the air conditioner. For example, a user can send an instruction for operating the air conditioner to the control module through a remote controller matched with the air conditioner; or, the APP arranged on the mobile equipment with the communication function sends the instruction for operating the air conditioner to the control module, so that the control module controls the air conditioner to start and enter a corresponding operation mode. It should be understood that the above-mentioned manner is only an example, and does not represent the starting manner of the air conditioner, and the present embodiment does not limit how to make the air conditioner enter the operation state.
Under the condition that the air conditioner is started, the control module receives a starting signal of the sterilization function and controls the sterilization device to operate, namely the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is turned on to sterilize or disinfect indoor air. It can be understood that the start signal of the sterilization function can be sent to the control module through the remote controller, the remote controller is provided with a physical key corresponding to the sterilization function, and the sterilization function of the air conditioner can be started or closed by pressing the physical key.
If the air conditioner has started the sterilization function, step S103 is executed to obtain the air outlet speed of the indoor unit in the set air speed state.
For example, when the air conditioner is operated, the wind speed modes of the air conditioner may include a strong wind, a high wind, a middle wind, a low wind, and a hyperstatic mode according to wind levels, and the control module is respectively provided with a set wind speed for each wind speed mode. The set wind speed is the wind outlet speed when the panel of the air conditioner is not opened and the air conditioner normally operates, and can also be understood as the preset wind outlet speed.
The embodiment of the invention judges whether the panel is opened or not through the change of the air outlet speed, so the air outlet speed of the air conditioner when the panel is opened is required to be obtained, the air outlet speed is the actual air outlet speed, when the panel is not opened, the actual air outlet speed of the air conditioner can be equal to or less than the set air speed, and the difference between the actual air outlet speed and the set air speed is small.
In order to obtain the air outlet speed, the air conditioner in the embodiment of the present invention includes an air speed sensor or an air speed detector, and the embodiment takes an example in which an air outlet of the air conditioner is provided with an air speed sensor as an example. The air speed sensor is arranged at an air outlet of the air conditioner and used for detecting the air outlet speed of the air conditioner, and the air speed sensor is in signal connection with the control module and used for transmitting the collected air outlet speed to the control module.
After obtaining the air outlet speed, step S105 is executed to compare the air outlet speed with the set wind speed. Specifically, when the air conditioner is in any one of the wind speed modes, the control module obtains the wind speed in the wind speed mode collected by the wind speed sensor, compares the wind speed with the set wind speed in the wind speed mode, and accordingly executes step S107: and judging whether the panel is opened or not according to the comparison result.
And S107, judging whether the panel is opened according to the comparison result, wherein the step S107 comprises the step S1071 of judging whether the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed or not as shown in figure 2, and if so, executing the step S1073 of judging that the panel is in an opened state.
Specifically, after the control module compares the air outlet speed with a set air speed, if the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed, the control module judges that the panel is in an open state; after the panel is opened, the air inlet volume of the air conditioner is greater than that when the panel is closed; correspondingly, the air outlet speed of the air conditioner when the panel is opened is higher than the set speed of the normal operation of the air conditioner when the panel is not opened, so that the panel can be judged to be in an open state when the air outlet speed is higher than the set speed.
Further, if the air outlet speed is less than or equal to the set air speed, it is determined that the panel is in the closed state, and meanwhile, it is continuously determined whether the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed, that is, the step S1071 is continuously performed. For example, when the air conditioner starts the sterilization function, the opening and closing state of the panel can be detected in real time, so that the sterilization device can be closed in time when the panel is opened, and the phenomenon that the ultraviolet rays burn the skin or eyes of a human body to cause human body injury is effectively prevented.
In some embodiments, in order to avoid erroneous determination of whether the panel is in the open state due to interference of the air outlet speed by other factors, the control module may be provided with a preset threshold of a difference between the air outlet speed and the set air speed, and when the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed and the difference between the air outlet speed and the set air speed is greater than the preset threshold, the panel is determined to be in the open state.
If the panel is in the open state, step S109 is executed to turn off the sterilization device.
Specifically, when the control module determines that the panel is in the open state according to the comparison result of the air outlet speed and the set air speed, the sterilization device can be automatically closed. Of course, when the control module judges that the panel is in the open state, the alarm device of the air conditioner can also give an alarm and remind the user to close the sterilizing device.
For example, the air conditioner includes an alarm device, which may be an alarm lamp or a buzzer. The alarm device is in signal connection with the control module, and when the control module judges that the panel is in an open state, the control module can automatically control the sterilization device to be closed. Or when the control module judges that the panel is in an open state, the control module can control the alarm device to give an alarm, and meanwhile, the user can close the sterilization device after receiving the alarm and operating the corresponding key on the remote controller.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, whether the panel is opened or not can be judged according to the comparison result of the air outlet speed and the set air speed in the running process of the air conditioner and under the condition that the sterilization function is started, if the panel is in the opening state, the sterilization device is closed, and therefore the situation that ultraviolet rays leak out when the panel is in the opening state can be effectively avoided; effectively avoids the human body injury caused by ultraviolet ray burning eyes or skin of the human body.
Compared with the prior art that the closed state of the panel is detected by using a combination mode of the magnetic switch and the magnet, the air-out speed is used for judging the open state of the panel, so that the air-out speed can be detected by using the air speed sensor arranged at the air outlet, the magnetic switch and the magnet are not required to be arranged between the panel and the shell, the installation space between the panel and the shell can be saved, the structure of the shell is convenient to optimize, and the whole appearance of the air conditioner is favorably improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, step S1071 is executed to determine whether the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed, and if the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed, step S1072 is executed to determine whether the duration of the state where the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed reaches a first preset time, and if so, step S1073 is executed: and judging that the panel is in an open state.
Specifically, the air speed sensor is used for acquiring the air outlet speed of the indoor unit and transmitting the air outlet speed to the control module, the control module is provided with set air speeds in different air supply modes, the control module compares the air outlet speed with the set air speed, and if the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed, the further execution step is 072: and judging whether the duration time of the state that the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed reaches a first preset time. So set up, can avoid external factor to influence air-out speed, and influence the accuracy of judged result to the assurance can be in the open mode to the panel and carry out accurate judgement.
For example, the first preset time may be 3 to 5 seconds, that is, if the state that the air outlet speed is greater than the set air speed can be continued and the first preset time is satisfied, it is determined that the panel is in the open state. Otherwise, if the first preset time is not satisfied, the step S1072 is continuously executed.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the first embodiment, the control method according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes, after step S109: and step S201, keeping the sterilization function of the air conditioner in a locking state within a second preset time.
Specifically, when the air conditioner starts the air conditioner sterilization function, the control module controls the sterilization device to be turned off if the panel is judged to be turned on. Although the sterilization device is closed, the panel is in an open state at the moment, and if the control module receives an instruction for opening the sterilization function at the moment, the sterilization device still can be opened, so that the risk of ultraviolet ray leakage exists.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, after or at the same time when the control module turns off the sterilization apparatus, the control module may enable the sterilization function to enter the locked state and maintain the locked state for a second preset time, where the second preset time may be set according to an actually required maintenance time or a user requirement, and for example, the second preset time may be 10 to 15 minutes.
After the sterilization function of the air conditioner enters the locking state, the control module receives the instruction for starting the sterilization function within the second preset time, the control module does not respond, the sterilization device is continuously in the closing state, and the phenomenon that ultraviolet rays are leaked due to the fact that the sterilization function of the air conditioner is started due to misoperation when the panel is in the opening state can be effectively avoided.
Further, after the sterilization function of the air conditioner enters the locked state, the embodiment of the present invention further needs to execute step S203 of determining whether a restart condition of the sterilization function is satisfied, and if the restart condition of the sterilization function is satisfied, execute step S205 of releasing the locked state of the sterilization function of the air conditioner.
Specifically, after the sterilization function of the air conditioner enters the locked state, the sterilization device maintains the closed state for a second preset time, the locked state of the sterilization function is only temporary, and when the restart condition of the sterilization function is met, the locked state of the sterilization function needs to be released for cleaning the indoor air.
Therefore, after the sterilization function of the air conditioner is in the locked state, it is necessary to determine whether the sterilization function satisfies the restart condition, and if the sterilization function satisfies the restart condition, the locked state of the sterilization function of the air conditioner is released. After the sterilization function of the air conditioner is unlocked, and the control module receives an instruction of starting the sterilization function of the air conditioner, the control module can control the sterilization device to be started so as to clean indoor air.
As shown in fig. 5, step S203 in the embodiment of the present invention includes step S2031: and judging whether the time for the sterilizing function of the air conditioner to enter the locking state meets a second preset time, if so, executing a step S2032 of judging whether the panel is in the closing state, and if not, continuously detecting whether the time for the sterilizing function to enter the locking state meets the second preset time. If the panel is in the closed state, step S205 of releasing the locking state of the sterilizing function of the air conditioner is performed.
Specifically, after the air conditioner closes the sterilization device of the air conditioner, the control module enables the sterilization function to enter the locking state for a period of time, and then step S2031 is executed, namely, whether the locking time of the sterilization function meets a second preset time is judged, namely, after a period of time elapses after the air conditioner closes the sterilization device of the air conditioner, the locking time is detected, if the second preset time is met, step S2032 is executed, whether the panel is in the closing state is detected, if the second preset time is not met, step S2032 is not needed, and step S2031 is executed continuously.
Wherein, step S2032 comprises: judging whether the air outlet speed is less than or equal to a set air speed, if so, judging that the panel is in a closed state; otherwise, whether the air outlet speed is less than or equal to the set air speed is continuously detected.
If the panel is in the closed state, step S205 of releasing the locking state of the sterilizing function of the air conditioner is performed.
