Abstract
The invention provides a lamp with a junction box, which comprises a lampshade and the junction box. The lampshade comprises a plate body, the plate body comprises at least one fixing part and an opening, and the fixing part is adjacent to the opening. The terminal box is located the plate body, and the terminal box contains: lid and casing. The casing is including extending board and cell body, and the notch that extends the board from the cell body extends to the outside, and the casing still includes an at least joint spare corresponding to an at least fixed part, is located the outer wall of cell body. Fig. 6 is a schematic view of the board 11 and the terminal box 12 in an uninstalled state of the lamp 100 with the terminal box 12 according to an embodiment of the invention. FIG. 7 is a schematic view of the embodiment of FIG. 6 in an uninstalled state. Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the embodiment shown in fig. 6 after being subjected to a horizontal pushing force F in the mounted state.
The lamp 100 with the junction box 12 comprises a lampshade 1 and the junction box 12. The lampshade 1 includes a plate 11, the plate 11 includes at least one fixing portion 111 and an opening 112, and the fixing portion 111 is adjacent to the opening 112, as shown in fig. 5. A junction box 12 is located on the plate body 11, the junction box 12 includes: a cover 121 and a housing 122. The housing 122 includes an extension plate 1221 and a slot 1222, the extension plate 1221 extends outward from the notch 1223 of the slot 1222, and the housing 122 further includes at least one engaging member 123 corresponding to the at least one fixing portion 111 and located on an outer wall 1224 of the slot 1222, as shown in fig. 1 to 4.
As shown in fig. 1, the terminal box 12 further includes a terminal 14 and a power cord 13, an outer wall 1224 of the slot 1222 is divided into a front wall 1224a, a rear wall 1224b and two side walls 1224c, the front wall 1224a has a hole 1226, one end of the power cord 13 is connected to the terminal 14, and the other end passes through the hole 1226.
The opening 112 corresponds to the slot 1222 and is slightly larger than the slot 1222, in an installation state, the slot 1222 is located in the opening 112, the extension plate 1221 is located outside the opening 112 and close to the plate 11, and the housing 122 is moved by a flat pushing force F, so that the at least one engaging member 123 is engaged with the at least one fixing portion 111, as shown in fig. 6 to 8.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the outer wall 1224 of the slot 1222 is divided into a front wall 1224a, a rear wall 1224b and two side walls 1224c, and the engaging members 123 are disposed on the rear wall 1224b and the two side walls 1224 c. The outer surface of the engaging member 123 includes a first guiding inclined surface 1231, and the outer surface of the engaging member 123 of the side wall 1224c further includes a second guiding inclined surface 1232 located below the first guiding inclined surface 1231. In this embodiment, the direction of the first guiding inclined surface 1231 of the locking member 123 on the two side wall surfaces 1224c is the same as the direction of the first guiding inclined surface 1231 of the locking member 123 on the rear wall surface 1224 b. With these structures, the housing 122 is easily installed in the opening 112.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the inner wall surface 1225 of the housing 122 has a fastening groove 124 corresponding to the at least one fastening member 123, and the cover 121 has a fastening member 1211 corresponding to the at least one fastening groove 124.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 6 to 8, in this embodiment, the housing 122 further includes a supporting member 125 located outside the lower surface of the extending plate 1221 and the outer wall surface 1224 of the slot 1222, wherein in the installation state, the supporting member 125 supports against the plate 11, and after the housing 122 is moved by the flat pushing force F, the supporting member 125 moves in the opening 112 and supports against the plate 11, as shown in fig. 6 to 8. Here, the supporting member 125 is located at a peripheral corner of the extension plate 1221.
After the installation, since the abutting member 125 is located in the opening 112 and abuts against the plate 11, the user cannot detach the junction box 12 with the pushing force against the pushing direction of the pushing force F under the normal state, so as to achieve the function of preventing the mis-detachment. If the user wants to detach the terminal box 12 (in a detached state), he or she needs to pry up the position of the abutting member 125 in the extension by a prying member, so that the abutting member 125 is located outside the opening 112, and then a pushing force in a direction opposite to the pushing direction of the pushing force F is applied, so that the housing 122 is separated from the plate 11.
In summary, according to the lamp with the junction box of the embodiment of the invention, the screw-free dismounting and mounting performance of the junction box is realized through the opening and the fixing portion of the plate body and the clamping member of the junction box. In one embodiment, the abutting piece is arranged, so that the effect of preventing the junction box from being mistakenly disassembled is realized.

Claims (10)
1. A light fixture having a junction box, comprising:
the lampshade comprises a plate body, wherein the plate body comprises at least one fixing part and an opening, and the fixing part is adjacent to the opening; and
a junction box located on the board body, the junction box comprising:
a cover body; and
the shell comprises an extension plate and a groove body, the extension plate extends outwards from a notch of the groove body, the shell corresponding to the at least one fixing part further comprises at least one clamping piece and is positioned on the outer wall surface of the groove body;
the opening corresponds to the groove body and is slightly larger than the groove body, the groove body is located in the opening in an uninstalled state, the extension plate is located outside the opening and is close to the plate body, and in an installed state, the shell moves under a flat pushing force to enable the at least one clamping piece to be clamped and fixed with the at least one fixing part respectively.
2. The light fixture with junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer wall surface of the groove body is divided into a front wall surface, a rear wall surface and two side wall surfaces, and the clamping pieces are arranged on the rear wall surface and the two side wall surfaces.
3. The light fixture with junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer surface of the at least one clamping piece comprises a first guide inclined surface.
4. The light fixture with junction box as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the outer wall of cell body is divided into preceding wall, back wall and two lateral walls, the back wall reaches be provided with on the two lateral walls joint spare, and be located two lateral walls the direction that the first guide inclined plane of joint spare guided, with be located the back wall the direction that the first guide inclined plane of joint spare guided is the same.
5. The light fixture with junction box as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the side surface of the at least one clamping piece further comprises a second guide inclined surface which is positioned below the first guide inclined surface.
6. The light fixture with junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inner wall surface of the shell is provided with a buckling groove corresponding to the at least one buckling piece, and the cover body is provided with a buckling piece corresponding to the at least one buckling groove.

The light fixture with junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the shell further comprises a supporting piece which is located on the lower surface of the extending plate and outside the outer wall surface of the groove body, wherein in the installation state, the supporting piece is supported against the plate body, and after the shell is moved by the horizontal pushing force, the supporting piece moves in the open hole and supports against the plate body.
8. The light fixture with junction box as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the abutting piece is positioned at the peripheral corner of the extension plate.

The light fixture with junction box as claimed in claim 7, wherein: in a disassembly state, the shell is pried to the position of the abutting part in the extension through a prying part so as to apply a pushing force opposite to the pushing direction of the horizontal pushing force, and the shell is separated from the plate body.
