A multifunctional municipal LED street lamp is characterized by comprising a controller, a wireless communication unit, a lamp holder, a lamp post connected with the lamp holder, and an LED lamp holder fixed at the end part of the lamp post, wherein a shared umbrella unit is installed at the outer side of the lamp holder, the shared umbrella unit comprises a shell, the shell comprises a bottom plate, an enclosure shell and a top cover, a taking and placing opening is formed in the top cover, a sliding cover capable of sealing the taking and placing opening is further arranged at the top cover, a first identification code is arranged at the sliding cover, the enclosure shell comprises a back plate, a U-shaped plate opposite to the back plate, and two side plates connected with the back plate and the U-shaped plate, and each side plate comprises a planar part connected with the back plate and an arc-shaped part connected with the U-shaped plate; the umbrella is characterized in that a fixed circular plate is fixed in the shell, a rotating shaft is installed at the position of the fixed circular plate through a bearing, a driven gear, an upper rotating circular plate and a lower rotating circular plate are installed at the position of the rotating shaft, a rotating motor is further installed at the position of the fixed circular plate, a driving gear meshed with the driven gear is installed at the position of the rotating motor, a plurality of lower supporting blocks used for supporting the bottom end of the umbrella are hinged at the position of the lower rotating circular plate through an elastic reset hinging component, each lower supporting block is provided with a supporting limiting plate which is fixed with the lower rotating circular plate and used for abutting against the lower supporting block, when no external force exists, the lower supporting block abuts against the supporting limiting plate, a plurality of grooves are formed at the position of the upper rotating circular plate, an arc sleeve is fixed at each groove, an arc sliding rod is installed in the arc sleeve, the end part of the arc sliding rod is fixed with an enclosing ring used for enclosing the umbrella, the number of the enclosing ring and the lower supporting blocks is equal and corresponds to one, the handle of the umbrella is provided with a second identification code, and the sliding cover is fixedly provided with an identification code reading device positioned below the sliding cover; a telescopic cylinder is installed on the inner side of the U-shaped plate, and a push plate used for pushing the surrounding ring is installed at the movable end of the telescopic cylinder.

The multifunctional municipal LED street lamp according to claim 1, wherein the top cover is provided with a translation motor and two L-shaped limiting bars, the sliding cover is positioned between the two L-shaped limiting bars and limited by the two L-shaped limiting bars, the translation motor drives a screw rod, the sliding cover is provided with a strip-shaped convex rib, and the strip-shaped convex rib is provided with a threaded hole matched with the screw rod; and the top cover is also provided with a protective cover for protecting the translation motor.

The multifunctional municipal LED street lamp according to claim 2, wherein the sliding cover can be in an open state and a closed state, and in the closed state, the sliding cover closes the access opening; in the opening state, the taking and placing opening is opened and can be used for taking and placing the umbrella; when the sliding cover is in an open state and the telescopic cylinder is in a longest state, the identification code reading device can read a second identification code of the umbrella in the surrounding ring below the taking and placing opening; when the sliding cover is in an opening state and the telescopic cylinder is in a shortest state, the identification code reading device cannot read the second identification code of the umbrella in the surrounding ring below the taking and placing opening.

The multifunctional LED street lamp for municipal administration as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lower supporting block has a blind limiting hole for insertion of the bottom end of an umbrella, the lower supporting block further has two light path through holes, the blind limiting hole is located between the two light path through holes, the lower rotating plate has a plurality of mounting grooves, the number of the mounting grooves is equal to the number of the lower supporting blocks, the mounting grooves correspond to the lower supporting blocks one by one, a first light receiver is mounted in each mounting groove, a mounting block is further fixed to the outer side of the lower supporting block, a mounting hole is formed in each mounting block, a second light receiver is mounted in each mounting hole, and a first light emitter and a second light emitter are mounted on each U-shaped plate; for the lower supporting block at the taking and placing opening, when the lower supporting block abuts against the supporting limiting plate and the umbrella is not installed at the lower supporting block, light rays of the first light emitter penetrate through the two light path through holes to be received by the first light receiver, and the second light receiver cannot receive light signals of the second light emitter; for the lower supporting block at the taking and placing opening, when the lower supporting block abuts against the supporting limiting plate and the umbrella is installed at the lower supporting block, the light of the first light emitter is shielded by the bottom of the umbrella and cannot be received by the first light receiver, and the second light receiver cannot receive the light signal of the second light emitter; to get the lower support piece of putting mouth department, install the umbrella in lower support piece department, and the surrounding ring that this lower support piece corresponds is pushed to the position that is closest to the last plectane that rotates by the push pedal, and first photoreceiver can't receive the signal of first optical emitter, and second photoreceiver can receive the signal of second optical emitter.
5. The multifunctional municipal LED street lamp according to claim 1, wherein a bottom flange is mounted at the bottom of the lamp holder, and a reinforcing rib is connected between the lamp holder and the back plate; the bottom plate with be connected with the support frame between the lamp pole.

The multifunctional municipal LED street lamp according to claim 1, wherein a water leakage hole is formed in the bottom end of the limiting blind hole, a water receiving container is fixed to the inner side of the U-shaped plate, a liquid drainage pipe is connected to the water receiving container, and a liquid leakage hole is formed in the bottom plate and located below the liquid drainage pipe.
7. The multifunctional municipal LED street lamp according to claim 1, wherein a fan heater and an air deflector are mounted on the fixed circular plate, and hot air from the fan heater blows the umbrella after passing through the air deflector.
8. The multifunctional municipal LED street lamp according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of lower support blocks are annularly and equally spaced, and the plurality of surrounding rings are annularly and equally spaced; the number of the lower supporting blocks is more than or equal to 6.
9. The multi-functional LED street lamp for municipal use according to claim 1, wherein the fixed circular plate is fixed to the enclosure by a plurality of horizontal support rods.
