The pipe-in-pipe joint securing apparatus of claim 9, wherein: the inner pipe joint unit comprises an inner pipe sleeve, one end of the inner pipe sleeve is tightly sleeved on the part of the inner pipe joint, extending out of the inner pipe port, the other end of the inner pipe sleeve is tightly sleeved on the outer wall of the tail end of the inner pipe, and the outer pipe joint is surrounded outside the inner pipe sleeve.
