The working principle is as follows: when the water faucet is used, the wrench 2 is manually pulled, the pull rod 6 and the first sliding plug 8 are pulled to move upwards along the strip-shaped cavity 7, then the flow blocking rod 13 and the third sliding plug 16 move along the rectangular opening 15 under the elastic force of the second spring 17, so that the first water through opening 14 and the flow passage 10 are vertically overlapped, the water body in the water pipe 27 can be supplied to the first spray head 4, the first air bag 9 is extruded to deform when the first sliding plug 8 moves upwards, then the disinfectant in the first air bag 9 is supplied to the first spray head 4 through the first one-way valve 21, the hands of a user are disinfected, the pressure in the area below the first sliding plug 8 in the strip-shaped cavity 7 is reduced, then the disinfectant in the first storage tank 18 is pumped into the strip-shaped cavity 7 in cooperation with the third one-way valve 24, and the shape of the first air bag 9 is restored when the first sliding plug 8 moves downwards, then the disinfection solution is matched with the second one-way valve 22, disinfection solution in the strip-shaped cavity 7 is squeezed into the first air bag 9, and then the disinfection solution is supplemented, so as to prepare for next use, when the first sliding plug 8 moves upwards, water in the water pipe 27 instantly flows into the flow channel 10 through the first water through port 14, meanwhile, disinfection solution in the first air bag 9 is also sprayed out from the inside of the first spray head 4, because of the existence of the second sliding plug 11 at the upper end of the flow channel 10 and the first spring 12, the flow rate of water flow is greatly reduced, and further, the time of water flow flowing out from the connecting pipe 26 is delayed, so that a user has sufficient time to uniformly coat the disinfection solution on both hands, then the disinfection solution is mixed with the water flow to wash the both hands, when the first sliding plug 8 moves upwards, the second air bag 23 is driven to deform and then is matched with the fourth one-way valve 25, and cream in the second storage tank 19 is pumped into the second air bag 23, when the second air bag 23 moves downwards, the hand cream is squeezed to the second spray head 5, when the pressure reaches the threshold value of the pressure valve 28, the hand cream is squeezed out through the pressure valve 28 and then squeezed to the two hands of the user, and the maintenance of the two hands of the user is completed.

A stainless steel water tap comprising a conduit (1), characterized in that: the water flow control device is characterized in that a wrench (2) is arranged at the upper end of the guide pipe (1), a cylinder body (3) is arranged on one side of the bottom of the guide pipe (1), a first spray nozzle (4) is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the guide pipe (1), a water pipe (27) is inserted into one side of the cylinder body (3), a flow passage (10) communicated with the water pipe (27) is arranged inside the cylinder body (3), the upper end of the flow passage (10) is communicated with the first spray nozzle (4) through a connecting pipe (26), a switch mechanism used for controlling water flow is arranged inside the flow passage (10), a strip-shaped cavity (7) is arranged inside the cylinder body (3), a pull rod (6) is movably inserted inside the strip-shaped cavity (7), a slide block is slidably connected to the bottom of the wrench (2), the upper end of the pull rod (6) is rotatably connected with the slide block, and a first sliding plug (8) is slidably connected to the inside the strip-shaped cavity (7) in a sealing manner, the upper end of first sliding plug (8) is equipped with the clean mechanism that is used for extruding the antiseptic solution, the upper end of runner (10) still is equipped with the delay mechanism that is used for slowing down the velocity of water flow, the bottom in bar form chamber (7) is equipped with and constructs complex extrusion mechanism with clean, the material of pipe (1), spanner (2) and barrel (3) is the stainless steel.

A stainless steel faucet as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the switch mechanism comprises a rectangular opening (15) arranged inside a barrel body (3), a third sliding plug (16) is connected to the inside of the rectangular opening (15) in a sliding mode in a sealing mode, a flow blocking rod (13) is fixedly connected to the third sliding plug (16) in a plugging mode, a second spring (17) is sleeved at the front end of the flow blocking rod (13) inside the rectangular opening (15), one side of the third sliding plug (16) is elastically connected with one side wall of the rectangular opening (15) through the second spring (17), a notch is further formed in the inner wall of the flow channel (10), one end of the flow blocking rod (13) penetrates through one side wall of the rectangular opening (15) and extends to the inside of the notch, and a first water passing opening (14) matched with the flow channel (10) is formed in the inside of the flow blocking rod (13).

A stainless steel faucet as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the cleaning mechanism comprises a first air bag (9) arranged at the top in a strip-shaped cavity (7), a first storage tank (18) used for containing disinfectant is arranged inside the barrel (3), the upper end of the first air bag (9) is communicated with a first spray head (4), a second water through opening (20) is arranged inside the first sliding plug (8), a third one-way valve (24) only allowing the disinfectant to enter the strip-shaped cavity (7) from the inside of the first storage tank (18) is arranged at the bottom of the strip-shaped cavity (7), a second one-way valve (22) only allowing the disinfectant to enter the first air bag (9) from the inside of the strip-shaped cavity (7) is arranged inside the second water through opening (20), and a first one-way valve (21) only allowing the disinfectant to enter the first spray head (4) from the first air bag (9) is further arranged at the upper end of the strip-shaped cavity (7).

A stainless steel faucet as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the time delay mechanism comprises a second sliding plug (11) connected with the inner wall of the flow channel (10) in a sliding mode, and the upper end of the second sliding plug (11) is elastically connected with the top wall of the flow channel (10) through a first spring (12).

A stainless steel faucet as set forth in claim 1, wherein: extruding means is including setting up in inside second storage tank (19) of barrel (3), the inside of second storage tank (19) is equipped with hand cream in advance, the bottom in bar chamber (7) is equipped with second gasbag (23), the bottom of second gasbag (23) is equipped with fourth check valve (25) that only allows hand cream to get into in second gasbag (23) from the inside of second storage tank (19), second gasbag (23) still are linked together through pipeline and second shower nozzle (5), the lower extreme of second shower nozzle (5) still is equipped with pressure valve (28).
6. A stainless steel faucet as set forth in claim 1, wherein: one side of the bottom of the first sliding plug (8) is provided with an inclined opening.
