本发明涉及一种防退螺钉。一种防退螺钉,包括主钉部、偏心部,其特征在于,所述主钉部在长纵轴方向上具有偏心孔;所述偏心部穿过所述偏心孔;所述偏心部在头端具有头帽结构,所述头帽与偏心部为偏心连接,所述偏心部在尾端具有第二尾帽结构。该防退螺钉通过偏心部的部分偏移且同时通过第二尾帽结构的配合来锁定主钉部,防止退钉现象的发生,整体结构相对简单,拥有较佳的防退钉效果且方便拆卸。

本发明涉及螺钉固定领域,具体的为一种防退螺钉。
背景技术
螺钉通常作为连接固定部件,是现代科学技术中的重要组成部分,广泛应用于工农业及生物医学等各个领域,但传统螺钉难以避免有退钉现象,尤其是在固定松质物体或是连接件间有反复振动的情况下更易出现退钉问题。现有技术方案倾向于使用膨胀螺钉式结构或是增大螺纹宽度等方式来加大紧固力度,或者在螺钉上增加涂层加大摩擦,亦有通过螺钉注入粘合介质的方式,但适应范围及作用十分有限,且在螺钉拧入后不不便于拆卸。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种防退螺钉。通过主钉部螺纹实现紧固,再通过偏心部的部分偏移并在第二尾帽结构的配合下来锁定主钉部,防止退钉现象的发生,且偏心部的锁定状态可逆,整体结构相对简单,拥有较佳的防螺钉退出效果且方便拆卸。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种防退螺钉,包括主钉部、偏心部,所述主钉部在长纵轴方向上具有偏心孔;所述偏心部穿过所述主钉部上的偏心孔;所述偏心部在头端具有头帽结构,所述头帽与偏心部为偏心连接,以此实现头帽的长纵轴不重叠在偏心部单独旋转时的旋转轴上。
进一步地,所述主钉部表面具有第一螺纹结构,该螺纹结构用于抓持螺钉周围材料从而实现紧固作用;其中,螺纹可分布于主钉部的全部表面,也可以分布于主钉部的部分表面;其中,螺纹可以为等距螺纹,也可以是非等距等异形螺纹。
进一步地,所述主钉部在尾端具有第一尾帽结构,第一尾帽的周径优选但不限于大于主钉部其余部分周径,以此实现尾端的加压,可以理解的是,在特定使用场景下第一尾帽的周径可以等于或小于主钉其余部分周径,例如需要使用埋头钉等;在第一尾帽上有凹槽,凹槽可以为一字形、十字形、内六角形等形状,用于匹配螺丝刀的批头并以此来传递旋转扭力;其中,当需要多枚防退螺钉连接使用时,现有技术方案是通过连接杆来连接多枚螺钉,此时在防退螺钉的第一尾帽上设置有对称分布的开孔或凹槽,并以此来容纳连接杆,达到连接多枚螺钉的目的。
进一步地,所述主钉部的偏心孔在近尾端具有限位槽结构,该限位槽结构用于匹配偏心部上第二尾帽横穿孔中的限位簧,限制限位簧的旋转,亦即限制偏心部的旋转,到达锁定偏心部的目的;限位槽通常为180°对称的成对的设置,以便为锁定提供更多的阻挡力量;限位槽的具体数量由需要提供的锁定角度数量确定,例如需要旋转45°时锁定,则在偏心孔壁上、以起始限位槽为基准偏转45°处设置限位槽,同理的是,需要再在90°时锁定,则需在偏转90°处再增加设置另一限位槽,以此类推。
进一步地,所述偏心部在头端具有头帽结构,当头帽位于主钉部顶端时,在初始状态下该头帽的长纵轴线与主钉部的长纵轴线重叠,以此达到在初始进钉时可使偏心部与主钉部在同一轴线上旋转,有利于螺钉的拧入。
进一步地,为方便拧入螺钉,所述偏心部的头帽上可制备成具有自攻螺纹或自钻刀刃结构,优选但不限于自钻刀刃结构;一般情况下,使用自钻刀刃可协助扩孔,而且在螺钉未完全穿出作用物体时,自钻刀刃结构将有利于偏心部在作用物体内的偏移;而在需要攻丝时,自攻螺纹可免除单独使用丝攻进行攻丝这一步骤,二者有利于螺钉的拧入。
进一步地,所述偏心部在尾端具有第二尾帽结构,该段结构配合实现偏心部的旋转及锁定;其上具有横穿孔,所述横穿孔内有具有弹性的限位簧,通过与主钉部上的限位槽匹配,可锁定偏心部;在第二尾帽上有凹槽,凹槽可以为一字形、十字形、内六角形等形状,用于匹配螺丝刀的批头并以此来传递旋转扭力,使用该凹槽结构有利于节省操作空间;本专业领域技术人员易理解的是,本螺钉可以有其他等效结构,例如在主钉部第一尾帽处设置与偏心部第二尾帽处横穿孔相对应的穿孔,并以插销替代限位簧,此时亦可锁定偏心部;又例如在偏心部第二尾帽外围制备螺纹,再在主钉部偏心孔尾端对应的位置上制备相匹配的螺纹,通过螺纹的咬合来锁定偏心部,螺纹可以是等距螺纹,也可以是非等距等异形螺纹;同理的,偏心部头帽结构并非限定在主钉部的头顶端,其位置也可以有相应的变化,例如可以制备成位于主钉部的第一螺纹处等。
本发明具有以下有益效果:一种防退螺钉,包括主钉部、偏心部,其特征在于,所述主钉部在长纵轴方向上具有偏心孔;所述偏心部穿过所述偏心孔;所述偏心部在头端具有头帽结构,所述头帽与偏心部为偏心连接,所述偏心部在尾端具有第二尾帽结构。该防退螺钉通过主钉部螺纹实现紧固,在进钉到一定深度时可独立旋转偏心部,通过偏心部的部分偏移且同时通过第二尾帽结构的配合来锁定主钉部,防止退钉现象的发生,尤其适用于只能单向完成进钉操作的场合,整体结构相对简单,使用较少的零部件实现较佳的防螺钉退出效果且方便拆卸。

进一步地,主钉部(1)表面具有第一螺纹结构(13),该螺纹结构用于抓持螺钉周围材料从而实现紧固作用。

实施例3:如图1及图2所示,偏心部第二尾帽(22)上有横穿孔(221),在本实施例中偏心部第二尾帽(22)上无需构建横穿孔(221),此时在偏心部第二尾帽(22)外围制备螺纹,并在主钉部偏心孔(11)尾端对应的位置上制备相匹配的螺纹;当主钉部(1)与偏心部(2)同时旋转时,偏心部第二尾帽(22)外围螺纹与主钉部偏心孔(11)尾端对应的螺纹间无相对滑动,此时为非锁定状态;当偏心部(2)单独旋转时,偏心部第二尾帽(22)外围螺纹与主钉部偏心孔(11)尾端对应的螺纹间将通过螺纹的咬合来锁定偏心部。
实施例4:如图3所示,偏心部头帽(21)结构为锥状,位于主钉部(1)的头顶端位置,本实施例中偏心部头帽(21)结构并非限制为锥状,可以为平头结构,同时其位置也可以有相应的变化,例如可以制备成位于主钉部的第一螺纹(13)处等。
