one end of the second filtering part 10 is provided with a connecting part 21; the connecting part 21 is provided with a hollow bin 23 along the central axis direction thereof towards the second filtering part 10; the hollow bin 23 is provided with a second port for connecting the gas conveying pipe 11 on the second filtering part 10, and the inner wall of the hollow bin 23 on the connecting part 21 is provided with a plurality of groups of pressing blocks 22;
in the assembled state of each group of second filtering parts 10 and each group of first filtering parts 9, the connecting part 21 is screwed into the stepped groove; the end surfaces of the filter cartridges 24, which face the filter cartridges 24, are pressed tightly by the groups of the pressing blocks 22;
the air mixed with fiber dust in the elastic hose 8 enters the air inlet groove 27 and is filtered by the coarse filter screen 26, and large particle impurities carried in the air are intercepted in the air inlet groove 27; coarse filter net 26 sets up in cartridge filter 24, and cartridge filter 24 is compressed tightly in first filter house 9 by second filter house 10, and first filter house 9 and second filter house 10 are conveniently dismantled and are cleared up and clear away the impurity that has in the air inlet duct 27 with the impurity on the coarse filter net 26.
In an alternative embodiment, a plurality of sets of elastomeric sealing rings are included; a plurality of groups of elastic sealing rings are respectively arranged at two ends of a plurality of groups of filter cartridges 24 so as to improve the sealing property between the end surfaces of the filter cartridges 24 and the first mounting grooves;
further, the projection of the pressing block 22 is annular.
In an alternative embodiment, a collection cup 7 is included; wherein, the peripheral surface of the first filter part 9 is provided with a second mounting groove; the bottom surface of the second mounting groove is provided with a third through hole 28 communicated with the air inlet groove 27; the inclined end face of the filter cartridge 24 is inclined toward the third through-hole 28;
the collecting cup 7 is screwed into the second mounting groove in a threaded manner, and the end surface of the collecting cup 7 is tightly pressed on the bottom surface of the second mounting groove;
collect the large granule impurity in air inlet duct 27 through the collection cup 7 that sets up, thereby collect cup 7 and make things convenient for the dismouting convenience to clear up the impurity in the air inlet duct 27.
In an alternative embodiment, the included angle between the central axis of the first filter part 9 and the horizontal ground is 0-45 degrees, and the central axis of the first filter part 9 is perpendicular to the central axis of the collecting cup 7.
In an alternative embodiment, the collection cup 7 is made of a transparent material.

Claims (10)

1. A textile dust collecting device of a textile machine for textile is characterized by comprising a plurality of groups of dust collecting parts (4) positioned above the textile machine, a mounting plate (1), a fixing plate (2), an elastic hose (8), a gas pipe (11), a dust collecting box (12), an air draft device (13) and a collecting cylinder (14);
a dust collecting bin (5) is arranged on the end surface of each group of dust collecting parts (4) facing the textile machine; the bottom of the dust collection bin (5) is provided with a dust exhaust hole (51); two groups of rotating shafts (3) are respectively arranged on two sides of each group of dust collecting part (4); the two groups of rotating shafts (3) are respectively and rotatably connected with the two groups of fixing plates (2); the two groups of fixing plates (2) are arranged on the mounting plate (1) side by side; wherein, each group of dust collecting parts (4) is provided with a plurality of groups of second grooves; a second magnet (41) is arranged in each group of second grooves;
a filtering component for filtering and collecting large-particle impurities is arranged on the mounting plate (1), a plurality of groups of connecting pieces (6) for connecting a ceiling of a textile workshop are arranged on the end surface of the mounting plate (1) far away from the dust collecting part (4) side by side, and a plurality of groups of first grooves are arranged on the end surface of the mounting plate (1) facing the dust collecting part; the multiple groups of first grooves are symmetrically distributed on the central axis of the rotating shaft (3), each group of first grooves corresponds to each group of second grooves one by one, and first magnets (102) are arranged in each group of first grooves; each group of first magnets (102) is in magnetic repulsion connection with each group of second magnets (41);
the air inlet pipe orifices of the elastic hoses (8) are respectively connected with the dust exhaust holes (51), and the air outlet pipe orifices of the elastic hoses (8) are respectively connected with the air inlet ports of the filtering components; two ends of the multiple groups of gas transmission pipes (11) are respectively connected with the gas outlet ports of the multiple groups of filtering components and the gas inlet ends of the multiple groups of air draft devices (13); the air outlet ends of the air draft devices (13) are connected with the air inlet holes on the dust collection box (12) through pipelines;
a plurality of groups of assembling grooves are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the dust collection box (12); the bottom surface of each group of assembling grooves is provided with a first through hole (20); the air inlet ends of the plurality of groups of collecting cylinders (14) are screwed into the plurality of groups of assembling grooves respectively, the bottom surface of each group of assembling grooves is pressed by each group of collecting cylinders (14) towards the end surface of the bottom surface of each group of assembling grooves, and the outer side of each group of collecting cylinders (14) is sleeved with a filter bag (16); a collecting bin is enclosed between the inner peripheral surface of each group of filter cloth bags (16) and the outer peripheral surface of each group of collecting cylinders (14); each group of collecting bin is uniformly provided with a plurality of filtering holes (19) on the peripheral surface of each group of collecting cylinder (14).
2. A textile dust collecting device for a textile machine according to claim 1, comprising a plurality of sets of clips (15); wherein, the outer peripheral surface of each group of collecting cylinders (14) is provided with a limit groove (18) along the circumferential direction;
the multiple groups of clamps (15) correspond to the multiple groups of collecting barrels (14) one by one, the multiple groups of clamps (15) are respectively arranged in the multiple groups of limiting grooves (18), and the multiple groups of filtering cloth bags (16) are all tightly pressed by the end faces, facing the multiple groups of filtering cloth bags (16), of the multiple groups of clamps (15).

A textile dust collecting device for a textile machine according to claim 1, comprising two sets of inclined plates (17); two groups of inclined plates (17) are positioned in the dust collection box (12) and are symmetrical by the central axis of the dust collection box (12), one end of each group of inclined plates (17) is connected with the inner wall of the dust collection box (12), and each group of inclined plates (17) are inclined towards the central axis of the first through hole (20) and are connected with the bottom surface of the dust collection box (12) so as to form a cone bin in the dust collection box (12).

The textile dust collecting device of the textile machine according to claim 1, wherein each set of mounting plates (1) is provided with a second through hole (101) for passing the flexible hose (8), and the end surface of each set of mounting plates (1) facing each set of dust collecting part (4) is provided with a curved surface; the end face of each dust collecting part (4) facing each mounting plate (1) is provided with a curved surface.

The textile dust collecting device of the textile machine according to claim 4, wherein the distance value between each set of dust collecting parts (4) and each set of mounting plates (1) is gradually reduced toward both sides along the median line of the width direction of each set of dust collecting parts (4).
6. A textile dust collecting device for a textile machine according to claim 1, wherein each set of filter assemblies comprises a first filter portion (9), a second filter portion (10) and a filter cartridge (24);
the first filtering part (9) is provided with a step groove along the central axis direction thereof; the bottom surface of the step groove is provided with a first mounting groove (25); the bottom surface of the first mounting groove (25) is obliquely arranged, and an air inlet groove (27) is formed in the bottom surface of the first mounting groove (25); the air inlet groove (27) is provided with a first port used for being connected with the elastic hose (8) on the first filtering part (9); one end of the filter cylinder (24) is obliquely arranged, the oblique end surface of the filter cylinder (24) is parallel to the oblique bottom surface of the first mounting groove (25), and a coarse filter screen (26) is obliquely arranged in the filter cylinder (24); the filter cartridge (24) is inserted into the first mounting groove (25) in a matching way, and the inclined end surface of the filter cartridge (24) is pressed against the inclined bottom surface of the first mounting groove (25) in a matching way;
one end of the second filtering part (10) is provided with a connecting part (21); the connecting part (21) is provided with a hollow bin (23) along the central axis direction thereof and facing the second filtering part (10); the hollow bin (23) is provided with a second port for connecting the gas conveying pipe (11) on the second filtering part (10), and the inner wall of the hollow bin (23) at the connecting part (21) is provided with a plurality of groups of pressing blocks (22); under the condition that each group of second filtering parts (10) and each group of first filtering parts (9) are assembled, the connecting part (21) is screwed into the stepped groove; the end faces of the groups of pressing blocks (22) facing the filter cartridge (24) press the end faces of the filter cartridge (24).
7. A dust collector in a textile machine according to claim 6, including a plurality of sets of elastomeric sealing rings; the elastic sealing rings are respectively arranged at two ends of the filter cartridges (24).
8. A textile dust collecting device for a textile machine according to claim 6, comprising a collecting cup (7); wherein, the peripheral surface of the first filter part (9) is provided with a second mounting groove; the bottom surface of the second mounting groove is provided with a third through hole (28) communicated with the air inlet groove (27); the inclined end face of the filter cartridge (24) is inclined toward the third through hole (28); the collecting cup (7) is screwed into the second mounting groove in a threaded manner, and the end surface of the collecting cup (7) is pressed against the bottom surface of the second mounting groove.
9. The textile dust collecting device of the textile machine of claim 8, wherein an angle between a central axis of the first filter portion (9) and a horizontal ground is 0-45 °, and the central axis of the first filter portion (9) is perpendicular to the central axis of the collecting cup (7).
10. A collecting device for textile dust of a textile machine according to claim 8, characterized in that the collecting cup (7) is made of a transparent material.
