The embodiment of the application provides a packing pad, it is inconvenient to solve current packaging material packing through set up locking mechanism and a plurality of incision on packing pad, and is not good with the laminating nature on article surface when packing three-dimensional article to and current packaging mode causes the extravagant problem in a large number of packaging material.

The outer contour plan view of the packaging cushion in the embodiment of the present application may be a circle, a rectangle or other polygonal shapes, and for convenience of description, a square is taken as an example in the embodiment of the present application.
The embodiments of the present application provide a packaging pad, which will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a packaging cushion, which includes an elastic body 10, a locking mechanism 20 and a plurality of stretch slits 30, wherein the stretch slits 30 are a notched ring structure having 2 or more than 2 cut-off portions 31, the plurality of stretch slits 30 are spaced apart from each other along a central region 11 of the elastic body toward an outer edge 12 of the elastic body, the cut-off portions 31 of any adjacent stretch slits 30 are staggered, and the locking mechanism 20 is disposed on the outer edge 12 of the elastic body 10. In the embodiment of the application, set up a plurality of tensile incisions on elastic body 10, make elastic body 10's outward flange 12 can stretch along perpendicular to elastic body 10 place plane direction and form a three-dimensional net pocket column structure, and the packing pad is good through the surface laminating nature of the net pocket column structure of tensile formation and the article of waiting to pack, can provide better cushioning effect, can reduce packaging material's waste by a wide margin. When packing with the packing pad in this application, only need will treat packing article as for the central zone 11 of elastic body 10, then stretch along perpendicular to elastic body 10 place plane direction and can treat packing article as for the pocket column structure in, the closely attached surface of treating packing article of pocket column structure of formation, packing pad is good with the surface laminating nature of treating packing article, can provide better cushioning effect, packaging process is simple and convenient, can promote packing efficiency by a wide margin. The packing pad in this application can conveniently treat packing article and pack, reduces packaging material's waste by a wide margin, improves packer's packing efficiency, and the aesthetic property after article package through buffer material is good, and easily disassembles, can improve customer experience.
It should be noted that the stretch cut 30 has a notch ring structure, and the notch ring structure has 2 or more than 2 broken portions 31 only to describe the appearance of the stretch cut 30, and specifically, in the present application, any stretch cut 30 divides the elastic body 10 into an inner region and an outer region surrounded by the stretch cut 30, and the inner region and the outer region are connected by the broken portions 31 on the stretch cut 30.
In the embodiment of the application, the thickness of the packaging pad is 1mm-30mm, the distance between any two adjacent stretching cuts is 2mm-50mm, and the distance between any two adjacent stretching cuts can be equal or unequal. The length of the breaking part 31 is 2mm-50mm, and the length of each breaking part 31 can be the same or different. The thickness of the packaging pad, the number of stretch slits 30, the distance between 2 adjacent stretch slits 30, and the width of each cut 31 can be designed reasonably according to the material of the packaging pad, the size and weight of the article to be packaged.
In the embodiment of the present application, the packing pad comprises a pearl cotton pad, or a non-woven cloth pad, or a rubber pad, but the packing pad can also be made of other elastic materials with similar functions. Wherein, the cotton pad quality of pearl is light, and the buffering protection is effectual, easily cutting shaping, is the relatively ideal packing pad in this application.
In some embodiments of the invention, the packaging pad is a pearl wool pad having a thickness of 2mm to 20mm, a spacing between any adjacent stretch slits 30 is 5mm to 20mm, and a width of the cut-off portion 31 is 5mm to 30 mm.
In the embodiment of the present invention, each stretch cut 30 includes a plurality of stretch line cuts arranged at intervals, each stretch line cut includes a connecting portion, and a first connecting end and a second connecting end arranged at two ends of the connecting portion, and the plurality of stretch line cuts are sequentially connected through the first connecting end and the second connecting end to form an open ring structure. The stretching line cuts comprise straight line cuts, wavy line cuts, broken line cuts, circular arc line cuts and the like. Each stretch cut 30 may comprise a plurality of stretch line cuts that are the same or different. In the present application, the tensile cord may be a thin cord or a cord having a certain width.
In this application implementation, a plurality of disconnection portions 31 on a plurality of tensile incision 30 are all evenly distributed on the tensile incision that corresponds, and a plurality of disconnection portions 31 evenly distributed can make the connection by the inboard region that this tensile incision 30 surrounded and outside region on tensile incision 30 more firm, and the packing pad atress is more even, and the packing pad after the tensile is better with the surperficial laminating nature of waiting to pack the article, and the pocket-like structure that forms is more pleasing to the eye. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of broken portions 31 may also be non-uniformly distributed on the stretch notch 30, for example, on the same notched ring structure, a straight line passing through the center of the circle divides the notched ring structure into a first portion and a second portion, 2 broken portions are uniformly arranged on the first portion, and 4 broken portions are uniformly arranged on the second portion, in which case, 6 broken portions on the same notched ring are non-uniformly distributed; in another such case, 2 broken portions may be disposed on the first portion in the same notch, the 2 broken portions are disposed non-uniformly on the first portion, the 2 broken portions are also disposed on the second portion, and the 2 broken portions are disposed uniformly or non-uniformly on the second portion, in which case, the 4 broken portions on the same notch ring are also non-uniformly distributed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the broken part 31 of the stretch cut 30 includes a vertical bisector arranged on two adjacent broken parts 31 of any adjacent another stretch cut, so that the inner area and the outer area surrounded by the stretch cut 30 have the maximum stretching distance in the stretching direction, the inner area and the outer area surrounded by the stretch cut are connected more firmly, the stress on the packaging cushion is more uniform, the stretched packaging cushion has better fit with the surface of the article to be packaged, and the formed net-pocket-shaped structure is more beautiful. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the break in the stretch cut 30 may not be located on the perpendicular bisector of two adjacent breaks 31 in any adjacent other stretch cut.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, each of the plurality of stretch slits 30 has a notched square ring structure. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, each notched square ring structure includes 2 breaks 31, and 2 segment breaks 31 are provided at the midpoints of a pair of opposite sides of the square ring structure. The stretching incision 30 is formed by symmetrically arranging 2 bending line incisions, each bending line incision comprises a first connecting edge, a second connecting edge and a third connecting edge, the first connecting edge and the third connecting edge are respectively connected to the two ends of the second connecting edge and perpendicular to the second connecting edge, and the lengths of the first connecting edge and the third connecting edge are equal. In this embodiment, each notched square ring structure includes the same number of broken portions, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of broken portions 31 in each notched square ring structure may be the same or different. In the present embodiment, the length of the cut-off portion 31 may be the same or different.
The embodiment shown in fig. 2 is a packaging cushion obtained by clockwise rotating the plurality of stretch slits 30 of the embodiment of fig. 1 by an angle of 45 degrees.
Referring to fig. 3, each of the plurality of stretching slits 30 is a notched ring structure, each of the notched ring structures includes 3 breaking portions 31, and the stretching slits 30 are formed by connecting 3 circular arc line slits at intervals from head to tail. In other embodiments of the present invention, each stretch cut 30 may also be a notched ring structure formed by connecting 2, 4, 5, or N circular arcs end to end. In other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the breaks 31 in each of the notched ring structures may be the same or different.
Referring to fig. 4, the plurality of stretch slits 30 include a notch ring structure and a notch square ring structure, each notch ring structure includes 4 breaking portions 31, and each notch square ring structure includes 4 breaking portions 31. A plurality of breach ring structure and a plurality of breach square ring structure cross arrangement in proper order in this application. In other embodiments of the present application, a plurality of notched square ring structures may be arranged adjacently, a plurality of notched circular ring structures may be arranged adjacently, or a plurality of notched square ring structures and a plurality of notched circular ring structures may be arranged in a partially crossed manner. In other embodiments of the present application, the number of the broken portions 31 of the notched square ring structure and the number of the broken portions 31 of the notched circular ring structure may be the same or different. In other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the break portions 31 in each notched square ring structure may be the same or different. In other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the breaks 31 in each of the notched ring structures may be the same or different.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the distance from any point on one stretch cut 30 to another adjacent stretch cut is equal, so that the inner region and the outer region surrounded by the stretch cut 30 have the maximum stretch distance in the stretch direction, and the stretched structure is more beautiful.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment of the present application, the locking mechanism 20 includes a first plugging locking mechanism and a second plugging locking mechanism, each of the first plugging locking mechanism and the second plugging locking mechanism includes an insertion portion and an insertion hole, the insertion portion and the insertion hole of the first plugging locking mechanism are respectively disposed at two ends of a diagonal line of the elastic body 10, and the insertion portion and the insertion hole of the second plugging locking mechanism are respectively disposed at two ends of another diagonal line of the elastic body 10. In this embodiment, the direct integrated into one piece of grafting locking mechanism is on elastic body 10, and with elastic body 10 structure as an organic whole, need not additionally set up part formation locking mechanism 20 on elastic body 10, only need to cut the packing pad body of whole piece according to predetermineeing the pattern and can form the packing pad of taking locking mechanism 20 in the application, and the preparation process of packing pad is simple.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, each of the plurality of stretch notches 30 is a notched square ring structure, each notched square ring structure includes 4 breaking portions 31, and each of the plurality of stretch notches 30 includes a notched square ring structure formed by connecting 4 straight line notches 33 end to end and a notched square ring structure formed by connecting 4 right-angle broken line notches 34 end to end. In the present embodiment, the stretch line cuts forming the stretch cuts 30 have a certain width. The structure of the packaging pad shown in fig. 6 is different from that shown in fig. 5 in that the locking mechanism 20 is inserted into the elastic body 10 and integrated with the elastic body 10, and the locking mechanism 20 is an adhesive layer or a button in fig. 6. In other embodiments of the present application, the adhesive layer may be disposed only at two ends of the same side of the packaging pad body.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a packaging cushion for packaging a three-dimensional article (e.g., a glass bottle) according to the present application. To treat that the packing article is as for the central zone 11 of elastic body 10, then stretch along the plane direction of perpendicular to elastic body 10 place, carry out the closure through closure structure 20, can be fixed in the pocket-like structure with treating the packing article, the closely attached surface of treating the packing article of pocket-like structure of formation can provide better buffering effect.
