Abstract
The invention relates to an outdoor plate structure taking a waste template as a base material, which comprises a log rotary-cut veneer and core strips cut by the waste template according to a strip shape, wherein the plate structure is a combined structure which is formed by overlapping a plurality of layers, takes the core strips cut by the waste template as a middle layer of a main material and takes the log rotary-cut veneer as an armor layer; comprising a first veneer layer, a second veneer layer, a third veneer layer and a fourth veneer layer; the first veneer layer is formed by sequentially overlapping and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the length of a finished product in a wood fiber direction; the second veneer layer is formed by sequentially butting and laying along the width of the finished product; the middle layer is formed by butting core strips along the length direction of a finished product material; the third veneer layer is formed by sequentially butting and laying along the width of a finished product material; the fourth veneer layer is formed by overlapping and laying the finished veneer layer along the length of the finished veneer in sequence. The invention laminates the multilayer board into an integral board, has reasonable mechanical structure and high recycling rate, can save wood and can be recycled again.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of recycled wood, in particular to an outdoor board structure taking a waste template as a base material and a production process.
Background
The traditional building formwork wood beam or packing box is mainly obtained by sawing high-quality logs, a large amount of forest trees need to be felled, the ecological environment is damaged, and although partial waste templates are reformed or composite plastics are used for manufacturing the wood beam in the market, the recycling cost is increased again, so that the good development of the ecological environment is not facilitated.

the upper armor layer sequentially comprises a first veneer layer and a second veneer layer from top to bottom;
the lower armor layer sequentially comprises a third veneer layer and a fourth veneer layer from top to bottom;
the first veneer layer is formed by sequentially overlapping and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the length of a finished product in a wood fiber direction;
the second veneer layer is formed by sequentially butting and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the width of a finished product in the wood fiber direction;
the middle layer is formed by butting core strips sawed by strip-shaped waste templates along the length direction of a finished product material and closely arranging the core strips one by one to the required length and width;
the third veneer layer is formed by sequentially butting and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the width of a finished product in the wood fiber direction;
the fourth veneer layer is formed by sequentially overlapping and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the length of the finished product in the wood fiber direction.
The middle layer is one or more layers.
The middle layer is of a multilayer structure, and a layer of log rotary-cut veneer layer is longitudinally lapped and laid between the upper core strip main body material and the lower core strip main body material along the length direction.
The log rotary-cut veneer is 90-100cm in length, 40-65cm in width and 0.6-4mm in thickness.
The log rotary-cut veneer is 95cm in length, 45cm in width and 1.8mm in thickness.
The width of the core strip is 1-12cm, the thickness is 10-12mm, and the length is not limited.
A production process of an outdoor plate structure by taking a waste template as a base material is completed by adopting a flow type and unit type combined process, and comprises the following steps:
s1, paving the rotary cut veneer layer and the core material layer by adopting a running water type layer-by-layer paving mode, gluing, cutting according to the length, and entering a prepressing stage;
and S2, loading the pre-pressed semi-finished product into a hot press, pressing up and down, pressing and keeping on four sides, and cutting to length according to the requirement after the adhesive reaches the curing time.
The invention provides an outdoor board structure taking waste templates as basic materials and a production process, which mainly use the waste templates of buildings, and the invention lays rotary-cut log veneers in a longitudinal lap joint manner and in a transverse butt joint manner, so that the outturn percentage advantage of the rotary cutting of short wood is converted into infinite-length materials, and the strength and the deformation resistance are increased. The invention laminates the multilayer board into an integral board, has reasonable mechanical structure and high recycling rate, can save wood and can be recycled again. The product of the invention is used in a plurality of outdoor applications such as buildings, packing cases and the like, has low cost, firmness, durability and no pollution, and can be crushed to be used as 'biomass fuel' after being recovered.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1-5, the invention provides an outdoor board structure and production process using waste templates as basic materials, comprising rectangular log rotary-cut veneers and core strips 7 cut by the waste templates according to strips, wherein the board structure is formed by multilayer superposition, a middle layer using the core strips sawed by the waste templates as main materials and a combined structure using the log rotary-cut veneers as armor layers are subjected to processes of gluing, layer-by-layer paving, hot pressing or cold pressing and cutting;
the armor layer is divided into an upper armor layer and a lower armor layer which are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the middle layer;
the upper armor layer sequentially comprises a first veneer layer 1 and a second veneer layer 2 from top to bottom;
the lower armor layer sequentially comprises a third veneer layer 3 and a fourth veneer layer 4 from top to bottom;
the first veneer layer 1 is formed by sequentially overlapping and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the length of a finished product material in a wood fiber direction, and the overlapping part 8 is shown in fig. 4.
The second veneer layer 2 is formed by sequentially butting and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the width of a finished product in a wood fiber direction;
the middle layer 3 is formed by butting core strips 7 sawed by strip-shaped waste templates along the length direction of a finished product material and closely arranging the core strips one by one to the required length and width;
the third veneer layer 4 is formed by sequentially butting and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the width of a finished product in the wood fiber direction;
the fourth veneer layer 5 is formed by sequentially overlapping and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the length of a finished product material in a wood fiber direction.
The middle layer is one or more layers.
If the middle layer is of a multilayer structure, a layer of log rotary-cut veneer layer is lapped and laid between the main materials of the upper core strip and the lower core strip along the length of the finished product material in the wood fiber direction.

the upper armor layer sequentially comprises a first veneer layer and a second veneer layer from top to bottom;
the lower armor layer sequentially comprises a third veneer layer and a fourth veneer layer from top to bottom;
the first veneer layer is formed by sequentially overlapping and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the length of a finished product in a wood fiber direction;
the second veneer layer is formed by sequentially butting and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the width of a finished product in the wood fiber direction;
the middle layer is formed by butting core strips sawed by strip-shaped waste templates along the length direction of a finished product material and closely arranging the core strips one by one to the required length and width;
the third veneer layer is formed by sequentially butting and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the width of a finished product in the wood fiber direction;
the fourth veneer layer is formed by sequentially overlapping and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the length of the finished product in the wood fiber direction.
2. The outdoor board structure using waste formworks as a base material according to claim 1, wherein the middle layer has one or more layers.
3. The outdoor board structure using waste forms as basic materials according to claim 2, wherein the middle layer is a multi-layer structure, and a log rotary-cut veneer layer is longitudinally and longitudinally overlapped and laid between the upper and lower core strip main body materials.
