Background
At present, the keyboard has five major languages, wherein US (american style) and UK (english style) account for a great proportion, and since some processes are performed on the key cap painting bearing jig, a large batch of jigs are required, but the key cap painting bearing jig is difficult to manage and has high cost due to more quantity and types.
In other words, the key positions of the paint spraying jig in the prior art are designed according to fixed arrangement, and after the key positions are arranged according to the initial requirement, the key positions cannot be flexibly changed according to the requirement, so that the assembly positions of the jig and the paint spraying paint are easily wasted.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a keycap paint spraying jig 10 for spraying paint to a keycap 300, including: the base plate 100 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 101 and a plurality of positioning holes 102, the mounting holes 101 and the positioning holes 102 are arranged at equal intervals, and the positioning holes 102 are arranged between the adjacent mounting holes 101; the insert 200 is used for mounting the key cap 300, and has an insert main body 201, a positioning portion 203 extending from the insert main body 201, and at least two mounting portions 202 extending from the insert main body 201, wherein the mounting portions 202 are used for being mounted in the mounting holes 101, and the positioning portion 203 is used for being mounted in the positioning hole 102, so that the insert 200 is fixed on the base plate 100. The positioning portion 203 and the mounting portion 202 extend from the bottom of the insert body 201.
In practical implementation, the insert 200 is fixed to the base plate 100 by the positioning portion 203 and the mounting portion 202, and the key cap 300 fitted to the insert 200 can be mounted on the insert 200 to perform a painting process. Therefore, the keycap paint spraying jig 10 provided by the application can enable the keycap 300 to be installed on the jig directly, and the key cap 300 is installed on the jig base plate 100 and then the key cap 300 is installed on the insert 200 for paint spraying through building block type assembly instead of installing the key cap 300 on the jig base plate. The bottom plate 100 of the invention does not need to carry out multiple die sinking design according to the type of the keyboard, thereby reducing the design cost.
In an embodiment, the positioning portion 203 and the positioning hole 102 form an interference fit, that is, the size of the positioning portion 203 may be slightly larger than that of the positioning hole 102, so that the insert 200 can be more stably embedded on the base plate 100. Further, the mounting holes 101 of the base plate 100 may be arranged at equal intervals by a first predetermined distance, and the mounting portions 202 of the insert 200 may be arranged at intervals by a second predetermined distance, which may be less than or equal to the first predetermined distance. Preferably, the second predetermined distance may be slightly smaller than the first predetermined distance, i.e., the distance between two adjacent mounting portions 202 is slightly smaller than the distance between two adjacent mounting holes 101. In this way, the mounting portion 202 can press the bottom plate 100 to further clamp and fasten the positioning portion 203.
In an embodiment, the positioning hole 102 is a circular hole structure, the positioning portion 203 is a cylindrical pin structure, the size of the cylindrical pin structure can be slightly larger than the size of the circular hole structure, so as to ensure that the insert 200 can be stably fixed on the bottom plate 100, and cannot fall off easily, further, the mounting holes 101 at two sides of the positioning hole 102 can be long-strip-shaped hole structures, the mounting portion 202 is corresponding to a long-strip-shaped pin structure, the distance between two adjacent long-strip-shaped pin structures can be slightly smaller than the distance between two adjacent long-strip-shaped pin structures, after the long-strip-shaped pin structure is inserted into the long-strip-shaped hole structure, the two long-strip-shaped pin structures are matched to further limit the degree of freedom of the positioning portion 203 in the positioning hole 102, and achieve the technical effect of fastening and matching. It should be noted that the shapes, structures and dimensions of the positioning hole 102, the positioning portion 203, the mounting hole 101 and the mounting portion 202 can be determined according to actual requirements of manufacturers, and the present invention is not limited to the shapes, structures or matching manners described in the above embodiments as long as the same effects can be achieved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 5, the mounting holes 101 and the positioning holes 102 are sequentially spaced and form a plurality of rows of arrays arranged in a transverse direction. In addition, a plurality of painting through holes 103 are formed in the bottom plate 100, and the plurality of painting through holes 103 are arranged between the plurality of rows of arrays to form adjacent arrays at intervals. It can be understood that the paint through holes 103 are used for discharging excessive paint in the key cap paint spraying and laser etching process. For example, the insert 200 may have a key cap 300 mounting position, the key cap 300 mounting position includes a first shaft 204 and a second shaft 205, the key cap 300 has a first slot and a second slot, the width of the first shaft 204 is equal to the width of the first slot, the width of the second shaft 205 is equal to the width of the second slot, and the first shaft 204 and the second shaft 205 are respectively used for engaging the first slot and the second slot, so as to complete the fixation between the key cap 300 and the insert 200.
