After the device is worn on the head, a user starts the first exhaust fan 610 to work, the first exhaust fan 610 works to suck smoke generated during electric welding into the air inlet frame 603, the smoke in the air inlet frame 603 flows into the containing shell 607 through the air inlet pipe 608, and is mixed with the medicament in the containing shell 607 through the smoke, toxic gas in the smoke is filtered, the non-toxic gas flows into the gas outlet frame 604 through the gas outlet pipe 609, the gas in the gas outlet frame 604 flows out, after the electric welding is finished, the user moves the cover plates 602 at the front and rear sides upwards, so that the arc-shaped sleeve 605 at the outer side moves upwards and is away from the arc-shaped sleeve 605 at the inner side, and then the user takes out the containing shell 607, replaces the medicament in the containing shell, when the replacement of the medicine in the housing 607 is completed, the user resets the housing 607, and the cover plate 602 is reset to seal the mounting frame 601, so that the next use is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 2, 11 and 12, the air circulation device 7 further comprises an air circulation mechanism 7, the air circulation mechanism 7 comprises a mounting plate 701, a circulation pipeline 702, a hollow circulation frame 703, a fixing plate 704, an air circulation shell 705, a through hole 706, a hollow block 707, a second exhaust fan 708 and a flexible hose 709, the two mounting plates 701 are arranged at the lower parts of the front and rear sides of the protective shell 3, the circulation pipeline 702 is embedded in the middle of the mounting plate 701, a detachable filter screen is arranged at the right part in the circulation pipeline 702, the filter cotton is filled in the circulation pipeline 702, the hollow circulation frame 703 is arranged at the left part of the circulation pipeline 702, the hollow circulation frame 703 passes through the protective shell 3, the fixing plate 704 is arranged at the lower part of the right wall of the face mask 1, the air circulation shell 705 is slidably arranged on the right wall of the fixing plate 704, the air circulation shell 705 is made of rubber, the two through holes 706 are arranged at the front and rear sides of the air circulation shell 705, the hollow block 707 is arranged outside the through hole 706 at the front and rear sides, a second exhaust fan 708 is arranged on the inner wall of the hollow block 707, and a telescopic hose 709 is arranged between the hollow block 707 and the hollow circulating frame 703 which are adjacent in the front-back direction.
After the device is worn on the head, a user starts the second exhaust fans 708 on the front side and the rear side to work, the second exhaust fan 708 on the rear side works to suck outside air into the air circulation shell 705 through the circulation pipeline 702 on the rear side, the hollow circulation frame 703 on the rear side, the telescopic hose 709 on the rear side, the hollow block 707 on the rear side and the through hole 706 on the rear side, and the air circulation shell 705 is arranged on the fixing plate 704 in a sliding manner, so that the device is convenient for different people to use, the second exhaust fan 708 on the front side works to suck out air exhaled by the user in the air circulation shell 705 through the through hole 706 on the rear side, the hollow block 707 on the rear side, the telescopic hose 709 on the rear side, the hollow circulation frame 703 on the rear side and the circulation pipeline 702 on the rear side, so that air circulation is realized, oxygen supply for the user is guaranteed, meanwhile, the device can be cooled, and the circulation pipeline 702 on the rear side is filled with filter cotton, the air of suction rear side circulating line 702 is filtered through the filter pulp, avoids the dust to inhale internally, and after the use was accomplished, the user pulled down the circulating line 702 filter screen to filter pulp to change in it, after the filter pulp was changed and is accomplished, the user reset the filter screen can, convenient next use.
As shown in fig. 2, 13 and 14, the protective casing further comprises a clamping mechanism 8, the clamping mechanism 8 comprises a first slide rail 801, a first slider 802, a return spring 803, a vertical plate 804, a clamping groove 805, a rotating rod 806, a ratchet 807, a connecting frame 808 and a clamping frame 809, the first slide rail 801 is mounted in the middle of the front side and the rear side of the protective casing 3, the first slider 802 is slidably mounted in the first slide rail 801, the return spring 803 is fixedly connected between the left and right adjacent first sliders 802 and the first slide rail 801, the vertical plate 804 is fixedly connected to the top of the first slider 802, the clamping groove 805 is formed in the upper portion of the right wall of the vertical plate 804, the rotating rods 806 are rotatably mounted on the front side and the rear side of the protective casing 3, the rotating rod 806 is located on the upper side of the first slide rail 801, the ratchet 807 is mounted on the outer side of the rotating rods 806 on the front side and the rear side, the ratchet 807 and the clamping groove 805 adjacent on the left and the right side are matched, the connecting frame 808 is mounted at the inner ends of the rotating rods 806 on the front side and the rear side, the connecting frame 809 is disposed between the connecting frame 808, the clamping frame 809 is located inside the protective housing 3.
After the equipment is worn on the head, a user rotates the rotating rod 806 clockwise, the rotating rod 806 clockwise rotates to enable the ratchet 807 to clockwise rotate, the ratchet 807 is clamped through the matching of the ratchet 807 and the clamping groove 805, the rotating rod 806 anticlockwise rotates to reset, the rotating rod 806 clockwise rotates to enable the connecting frame 808 clockwise, the connecting frame 808 clockwise rotates to enable the clamping frame 809 to clockwise rotate, the clamping frame 809 clockwise rotates to be attached to the head of the user, the equipment is limited on the head of the user, inconvenience caused by head lowering or head raising of the user is avoided, when the equipment is not used, the user enables the vertical plate 804 to move forwards, the reset spring 803 is stretched along with the vertical plate, the clamping groove 805 is far away from the ratchet 807, the limit on the ratchet 807 is relieved, then the user rotates the clamping frame 809 reversely through the rotating rod 806, then the user takes off the equipment, and releases the vertical plate 804, the clamping groove 805 is clamped on the ratchet 807 under the action of the return spring 803, so that the ratchet 807 is limited, and the next use is facilitated.

Claims (9)

1. A safety welding protective mask is characterized by comprising a mask (1), a hollow frame (2), a protective shell (3), a welding gun (31), a welding switch (32), a vision protection mechanism (4) and a safety protection mechanism (5), wherein the hollow frame (2) is embedded on the upper side of the left part of the mask (1), the protective shell (3) is arranged on the right part of the mask (1), the welding switch (32) is arranged at a handle of the welding gun (31), the vision protection mechanism (4) is arranged on the left part of the mask (1), a circuit is arranged between the welding switch (32) and the vision protection mechanism (4), and the safety protection mechanism (5) is arranged on the upper part of the protective shell (3);
the visual protection mechanism (4) comprises a welding switch (32), a fixed frame (403), an opening (404), an arc-shaped sliding rail (405), an arc-shaped sliding block (406), a filter lens (407), a servo motor (408), a gear (409) and teeth (410), the left part of face guard (1) is provided with fixed frame (403), open in the middle of the left part of fixed frame (403) has opening (404), arc slide rail (405) are all installed to left wall both sides in fixed frame (403), arc slide rail (405) go up the slip and are equipped with arc slider (406), install filter lens (407) between the arc slider (406) of both sides, the right wall mid-mounting of arc slider (406) has servo motor (408), the output shaft of servo motor (408) is provided with gear (409), the right wall both sides of filter lens (407) all are provided with a plurality of teeth (410), the tooth (410) of both sides mesh with the gear (409) of both sides respectively.
2. A safety welding helmet according to claim 1, characterized in that the filter lens (407) is of a color that gradually turns from transparent to black from top to bottom.

The safety type welding protective mask according to claim 1, wherein the safety protection mechanism (5) comprises a semicircular shell (501), a buffer shell (502), mounting blocks (503), an expansion link (504), a connecting block (505), a lead screw (506), an arc-shaped clamping plate (507), a first belt wheel (508), a speed reduction motor (509), a second belt wheel (510) and a belt (511), the semicircular shell (501) is mounted at the top of the protective shell (3), the buffer shell (502) is arranged in the semicircular shell (501), four mounting blocks (503) are mounted at the lower side in the buffer shell (502), the expansion link (504) is arranged at the bottom of each mounting block (503), the connecting block (505) is mounted at the lower end of each expansion link (504), the lead screw (506) is rotatably mounted between two adjacent connecting blocks (505), the arc-shaped clamping plate (507) is fixedly connected between the front and rear connecting blocks (505) on the left side, the lead screw (506) of both sides all passes left arc splint (507), the lead screw (506) right side of both sides also is provided with arc splint (507) through the screw thread, the left part of lead screw (506) is provided with first band pulley (508), gear motor (509) are all installed to left arc splint (507) top both sides, second band pulley (510) are installed to the output shaft of gear motor (509), around having belt (511) between second band pulley (510) and the first band pulley (508) that are adjacent from top to bottom.
4. A safety welding helmet according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of cushioning members are secured between the semi-circular shell (501) and the cushioning shell (502).

The safety welding protective mask according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising a gas filtering mechanism (6), wherein the gas filtering mechanism (6) comprises two mounting frames (601), two cover plates (602), an air inlet frame (603), an air outlet frame (604), arc-shaped sleeves (605), an annular plate (606), a containing shell (607), an air inlet pipe (608), an air outlet pipe (609) and a first exhaust fan (610), the two mounting frames (601) are respectively connected to the front side and the rear side of the protective shell (3), the air inlet frame (603) is embedded in the left portion of the mounting frame (601), the air outlet frame (604) is embedded in the right portion of the upper portion of the mounting frame (601), the two cover plates (602) are arranged, the arc-shaped sleeves (605) are arranged in the middle portions of the two cover plates (602), the arc-shaped sleeves (605) are also arranged in the middle portions of the inner walls of the mounting frames (601), and the two adjacent arc-shaped sleeves (605) are in sliding fit with each other, be provided with between two adjacent arc cover (605) and hold casing (607), the upper portion that holds casing (607) is provided with annular plate (606), annular plate (606) are located the upside of arc cover (605), the top that holds casing (607) is provided with intake pipe (608) and outlet duct (609), intake pipe (608) and air inlet frame (603) intercommunication, outlet duct (609) and air outlet frame (604) intercommunication, the inner wall of air inlet frame (603) is provided with first air exhauster (610).
6. A safety welding helmet according to claim 5, characterized in that the inlet of the inlet frame (603) and the outlet of the outlet frame (604) are provided with a filter mesh.

The safety welding protective mask according to claim 5, further comprising an air circulation mechanism (7), wherein the air circulation mechanism (7) comprises a mounting plate (701), a circulation pipeline (702), a hollow circulation frame (703), a fixing plate (704), an air circulation shell (705), a through hole (706), a hollow block (707), a second exhaust fan (708) and a flexible hose (709), two mounting plates (701) are arranged on the lower portions of the front side and the rear side of the protective shell (3), the circulation pipeline (702) is embedded in the middle of the mounting plate (701), the hollow circulation frame (703) is arranged on the left portion of the circulation pipeline (702), the hollow circulation frame (703) penetrates through the protective shell (3), the fixing plate (704) is arranged on the lower portion of the right wall of the mask (1), the air circulation shell (705) is arranged on the right wall of the fixing plate (704) in a sliding manner, and the air circulation shell (705) is made of rubber, two through holes (706) are formed in the front side and the rear side of the air circulation shell (705), a hollow block (707) is installed on the air circulation shell (705) outside the through holes (706) in the front side and the rear side, a second exhaust fan (708) is arranged on the inner wall of the hollow block (707), and a telescopic hose (709) is arranged between the adjacent hollow block (707) and the hollow circulation frame (703).
8. A safety welding helmet according to claim 7, characterized in that the circulation line (702) is provided with a detachable filter mesh on the right, and the circulation line (702) is filled with filter cotton.

The safety welding protective mask according to claim 7, further comprising a clamping mechanism (8), wherein the clamping mechanism (8) comprises a first sliding rail (801), a first sliding block (802), a return spring (803), a vertical plate (804), a clamping groove (805), a rotating rod (806), a ratchet wheel (807), a connecting frame (808) and a clamping frame (809), the first sliding rail (801) is mounted on the upper portions of the front side and the rear side of the protective shell (3), the first sliding block (802) is arranged in the first sliding rail (801) in a sliding manner, the return spring (803) is fixedly connected between the adjacent first sliding block (802) and the first sliding rail (801), the vertical plate (804) is fixedly connected to the top of the first sliding block (802), the clamping groove (805) is formed in the upper portion of the side wall of the vertical plate (804), the rotating rod (806) is rotatably mounted on the front side and the rear side of the protective shell (3), and the rotating rod (806) is located on the upper side of the first sliding rail (801), ratchets (807) are installed on the outer sides of the rotating rods (806) on the two sides, the adjacent ratchets (807) are matched with the clamping grooves (805), connecting frames (808) are installed at the inner ends of the rotating rods (806) on the two sides, clamping frames (809) are arranged between the connecting frames (808) on the two sides, and the clamping frames (809) are located in the protective shell (3).
