The working principle is as follows: when in use, the front end of the drainage head 602 is inserted into the oral cavity of a patient, the air pressure in the waste water cylinder 3 is extracted by the pumping pump 301, the air pressure in the waste water cylinder is reduced, the drainage head 602 continuously pumps waste water into the waste water cylinder 3 through the connecting hose 601 and the carrying pipe 6 by using a group of extraction grooves under the action of pressure difference, after extraction is completed and the connecting hose 601 needs to be cleaned, the drainage head 602 is placed at the tops of the two limiting frame plates 504, the drainage head 602 is manually pressed downwards, the two limiting frame plates 504 move outwards relatively by using the trapezoid structures of the two limiting frame plates 504, the drainage head 602 falls on the top of the pressing plate 501, at the moment, the two limiting frame plates 504 are closed again under the action of the spring, the pressing plate 501 and the two limiting frame plates 504 are matched to clamp and fix the drainage head 602 under the action of the spring, and the connecting hose 601 is stretched straight, then, the auxiliary push rod 605 is pushed forwards to drive the eight adjusting racks 607 to move forwards, so that the eight adjusting racks 607 drive the eight rotating plates 608 and the eight scraping plates 609 to rotate under the action of the eight incomplete gears, the scraping plates 609 incline for a certain angle, thereby preventing the eight scraping plates 609 from pushing phlegm adhered inside forwards when being inserted into the connecting hose 601, then the push rod 604 is pushed forwards to drive the inserting head 606 to be inserted into the connecting hose 601, when the moving position is pushed, the auxiliary push rod 605 is not pushed any more manually, the auxiliary push rod 605 drives the eight adjusting racks 607 to restore to the original position under the action of the spring, meanwhile, the eight rotating plates 608 can drive the eight scraping plates 609 to restore to the original position under the action of the eight incomplete gears, at this time, the push rod 604 does not need to be pushed manually, so that the inserting head 606 and the two groups of scraping plates 609 are driven to move backwards under the action of the spring, in the moving process, two groups of scraping plates 609 scrape sticky saliva and sticky sputum in the inner wall of the connecting hose 601, the connector 402 is locked and connected with the connecting lock hole 603 through the connecting plate, the air pressure inside the waste water cylinder 3 is extracted through the pumping pump 301 immediately, the air pressure inside the waste water cylinder is reduced, the water flow inside the water cylinder 4 passes through the water injection hose 401 and the drainage head 602 under the action of air pressure difference to enter the inside of the connecting hose 601, the inside of the connecting hose 601 is washed, the scraped sticky saliva and sticky sputum are flushed into the inside of the waste water cylinder 3 through the water flow, and the cleaning work is finished.
