Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the pair of clamping pieces are arranged at the two ends of the elastic piece bent along the waist part, and the elastic piece generates a pair of opposite forces at the two ends of the elastic piece so that the pair of clamping pieces can press the ear scar for a long time; the structure can easily realize long-term compression treatment, and is simple, practical and low in cost.
The invention is based on the arc shape of the basic shape of the auricle of the human body, and the clamping sheets and the water absorption pads are designed to be arc shapes according to ergonomics so as to achieve the purpose of full pressurization and minimum damage.
The end part of the elastic sheet and the clamping sheet can relatively rotate around the pressing direction of the ear scar, when the clamping sheet finishes the ear scar pressing, the structure can ensure that the elastic sheet rotates to a proper position, and simultaneously, the size of the whole pressure clamp is similar to that of a decorative earring; the two structures are mutually cooperated, so that the ear scar pressure clamp is attractive in appearance and easier to accept by patients.
The opposite end surfaces of the clamping sheets are provided with water absorption pads; the structure makes the absorbent pad directly contact with skin, and has effects of relieving pressure, absorbing water due to covering auricle, and absorbing silicone gel to make it act on auricle surface for a long time, and enhancing therapeutic effect. In addition, the clamping piece and the water absorption pad are designed to be arc-shaped, and a large number of simulation experiments are carried out according to ergonomics, so that the following results are obtained finally: the water absorption pad with the thickness of 0.5 mm-1 mm (optimally 0.5mm) can effectively meet the use requirements of water absorption, pressure reduction and the like; by using the clamping piece with the thickness of 1-2 mm (optimally 1.5mm), the pressure requirement of treatment can be effectively met on the premise that the clamping piece is made of common medical hard plastic, so that the weight of the ear scar pressure clamp is reduced, and the wearing comfort is improved; the width of the water absorption pad and the clamping sheet is designed to be 0.5-0.7 cm, because when the width exceeds 0.7cm, the pressure clamp is easy to press auricular cartilage, and damage can be caused by pressing the cartilage for a long time; if the thickness is less than 0.5cm, the compression area is too small, which affects the treatment effect; the length design that will absorb water pad and holding piece is 0.5 ~ 1cm, auricle scar operation incision most exceedes 0.5cm, if the overlength can cause little incision pressurized area too big, consequently in order to compromise the pressurization completely and avoid incision pressurized area too big, through many simulations, the final optimum interval that obtains length is 0.5 ~ 1cm, when incision length is longer, use a plurality of pressure clamps can, this structure has realized that the pressure clamp is small and exquisite, oppression effect and each convenient compromise such as adaptability is wide.
The invention also arranges an adjusting mechanism between the end of the elastic sheet and the clamping sheet; through adjusting the structure, can carry out pressure control according to the tolerance that the patient is right, and then improved the travelling comfort of using and expanded application scope.
The adjusting operation of the adjusting mechanism is realized only by adjusting the tightness of the screw, and the adjusting mechanism is simple to operate and convenient to use.
The ear scar pressure clamp is manufactured without any special material, and has a simple structure, so that the manufacturing cost is low, and the economic pressure of a patient is effectively reduced.
In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of simple use, beautiful appearance and low cost.
