The aquatic ecological aquaculture system of claim 2, wherein the aquaculture tank (3), the sedimentation tank (8), the aeration and oxygenation treatment tank (9) and the filter tank (10) are all internally provided with a drain pipe (20) extending to the bottom of the aquaculture tank, the beginning end of the drain pipe (20) corresponding to the aquaculture tank (3) is communicated with the water outlet pipe (5), and the beginning end of the drain pipe (20) corresponding to the sedimentation tank (8), the aeration and oxygenation treatment tank (9) and the filter tank (10) is communicated with the sewage pipe.
