The shield 60 of this embodiment has a plurality of water inlet holes 64 formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, and water in the water storage chamber 11 can enter the shield 60 through the water inlet holes 64 to be pumped out by the water pump 20, while large particle impurities are retained outside the shield 60 by the blocking effect of the water inlet holes 64. The inside of the shield 60 is further provided with a connection pipe 65, the connection pipe 65 is disposed along the central axis of the shield 60, and a connection hole 651 penetrating the shield 62 is disposed inside the connection pipe 65. Wherein, the outlet pipe 21 of the water pump 20 is inserted into the bottom opening of the connection hole 651, and part of the structure of the water spraying table 50 is inserted into the top opening of the connection hole 651, so as to pump water to the water spraying table 50 through the connection pipe 65, and then spray water through the water spraying table 60, so as to meet the water supply requirement.
Further, the inner diameter of the upper and lower ends of the connection hole 651 of the connection pipe 65 of the present embodiment is larger than the inner diameter of the middle section, so that a section of pipe with guiding function is formed at each of the upper and lower ends of the inside of the connection pipe 65, and the water outlet pipe 21 of the water pumping device 20 is conveniently inserted into and fixed to the bottom opening of the connection hole 651, and a part of the structure of the water spraying table 50 is conveniently inserted into and fixed to the top opening of the connection hole 651.
In other embodiments of the present application, a plurality of protruding ends 611 are provided at the bottom of the main body 61, and the number is not limited, and the number of the protruding ends 611 is four in this embodiment, and accordingly, the water inlet 64 on the outer circumferential surface of the protection cover 60 may be eliminated. The protruding end 611 abuts against the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 10, so that a water inlet gap is formed between the bottom end of the main body 61 and the bottom plate 12 of the water tank 10, and water in the water storage cavity 11 enters the protective cover 60 through the water inlet gap, so that the water pump 20 pumps water. Simultaneously, the clearance of intaking also can play the effect of filtering large granule impurity effectively.
The pet water dispenser 1 of the embodiment is provided with the protective cover 60, the filter grid 23 and the first filter element, so that the water pumping device 20 is protected in a triple mode, impurities can be effectively prevented from blocking the water pumping device 20, and the normal circulating water supply state of the water pumping device 20 and the pet water dispenser 1 is ensured.
Referring again to fig. 3 and 15, the drinking trough 40 of the present embodiment includes a bottom trough 41 and a flange 42 annularly provided along an edge of the bottom trough 41, the flange 42 radially extending toward the outside of the drinking trough 40 and having a cross-sectional dimension of the flange 42 larger than that of the water tank 10. When the trough 40 is assembled with the water tank 10, the bottom groove 41 is inserted into the water tank 10, the bottom surface of the flange 42 abuts against the upper end surface of the water tank 10, and the flange 42 and the water tank 10 are connected by gluing or bolting, so that the trough 40 is fixed above the water tank 10.
Specifically, the trough 40 of the present embodiment is a runway-type structure, one end of the trough 40 in the length direction is provided with a water return port 421, the other end of the trough 40 in the length direction is provided with an opening for the water spraying platform to pass through, and the opening continues to extend toward the water storage cavity 11 to form an installation end 44. The bottom groove 41 of the drinking water groove 40 has an arc-shaped surface recessed toward the water storage chamber 11, and the water return port 421 is provided above the arc-shaped surface, specifically, the water return port 421 of the present embodiment is provided between the bottom groove 41 and the flange 42. Therefore, when the water pumping device 20 pumps water to the drinking trough 40 through the water spraying platform 50, the bottom trough 41 with the arc-shaped surface which is concavely arranged towards the water storage cavity has a water storage function and is used for pets to drink. When the water pump 20 continuously pumps water and the water level in the drinking trough 40 reaches the height of the water return port 421, the water in the drinking trough 40 flows back to the water tank 10 through the water return port 421, so that the overflow caused by excessive water in the drinking trough 40 is prevented from influencing the surrounding environment. Meanwhile, because the bottom groove 41 has a water storage function, even if the water pumping device 20 stops working, the water in the drinking water groove 40 can still provide a certain amount of water for the pet to drink. Furthermore, large particle impurities in the drinking trough 40 can be retained in the arc structure of the trough bottom 41 and cannot flow back to the water storage cavity 11 through the water return port 421, so that backflow or water supply blockage is prevented.
Referring to fig. 3, 15 and 16, the mounting end 44 of the drinking trough 40 of the present embodiment includes a first pipe section 441, a second pipe section 442 and a first radial section 443 arranged in the axial direction from top to bottom. Wherein the first pipe section 441 has an inner diameter dimension greater than that of the second pipe section 442, and the second pipe section 442 has an inner diameter dimension greater than that of the intermediate opening of the first radial section 443, thereby facilitating the insertion of the water jet table 50 into the second pipe section 442 and into abutment with the end surface of the first radial section 443. Further, the middle opening dimension of the first radial section 443 is larger than the diameter dimension of the connecting portion 62 of the protection cover 60, so that the connecting portion 62 of the protection cover 60 can be conveniently inserted into the mounting end 44 to supply water to the water spraying station 50, and the axial position of the protection cover 60 is positioned by the first radial section 443, so that the protection cover 60 is prevented from being overturned or greatly displaced radially.
Further, a sealing slope 444 is provided between the first pipe segment 441 and the second pipe segment 442 in the present embodiment, when the bottom of the water spraying platform 50 is inserted into the second pipe segment 442, the sealing ring at the bottom of the water spraying platform 50 abuts against the sealing slope 444, so that the sealing ring effectively seals between the water spraying platform 50 and the mounting end 44 under the mutual pressing of the water spraying platform 50 and the sealing slope 444, and prevents water from flowing back into the water tank 10 from the gap between the water spraying platform 50 and the mounting end 44, thereby ensuring that the water storage amount in the drinking trough 40 is kept in a large state. Meanwhile, compared with the front surface contact extrusion sealing ring, the inclined surface is matched with the sealing ring, so that the silica gel piece is easy to deform to form sealing, and the rotary damping between the water spraying platform 0 and the water trough 40 is further reduced, so that the rotating angle of the water spraying platform 50 is convenient to adjust.
As shown in fig. 3, 18 and 19, the pet drinking fountain 1 of the present embodiment further includes a filter core box 70, the filter core box 70 is connected to the bottom of the drinking trough 40 and is disposed opposite to the water return port 421, and water returning to the water storage chamber 11 through the water return port 421 is filtered by the filter core box 70 to remove small particles and impurities therein, thereby ensuring cleanness of water quality for circulating water supply.
The cartridge case 70 of the present embodiment includes a case body 71 and a second cartridge 72 disposed in the case body 71, and specifically, the case body 71 of the present embodiment includes a support plate 711 and a side plate 712 disposed around a surface of the support plate 711, and the side plate 712 and the support plate 711 enclose a groove structure with a large opening, so as to facilitate cleaning of an inner surface of the side plate 712 and an inner surface of the support plate 711. The second filter element 712 is detachably disposed in a recess structure defined by the side plate 712 and the support plate 711 to define a large opening, thereby facilitating installation and removal of the second filter element 712. Wherein, two side walls arranged along the length direction of the side plate 712 are respectively arranged near two inner walls of the water tank 10, and two side walls arranged along the length direction of the side plate 712 are respectively provided with a drain port 713, and a diversion slope 714 inclined downwards towards the inner wall of the water tank 10 is arranged at the drain port 713. The water returning through the water returning port 421 returns to the water storage chamber 11 through the drain ports 713 at both sides after being filtered by the second filter element 72. Because the diversion slopes 714 at the drainage ports 713 are inclined downwards towards the inner wall of the water tank 10, water flowing out of the drainage ports 713 at two sides can flow downwards to the water storage cavity 11 through the inner walls at two sides of the water tank 10, and the water flowing out of the drainage ports 713 at two sides is prevented from directly impacting on the water surface of the water storage cavity 11, so that noise generated during water backflow is effectively reduced, and the experience of a user during use is improved.
Referring to fig. 17 and 18, a baffle 43 is disposed at the bottom of the drinking trough 40 of the present embodiment, and the baffle 43 faces the water storage chamber 11 and is disposed around the outside of the filter cartridge 70. Wherein, be equipped with two connection knot positions 432 of relative setting on the baffle 43, be equipped with two connection knots 715 of relative setting on the curb plate 712 of filter core box 70, two connection knots 715 correspond the plug-in respectively to two connection knot positions 432 on, thereby articulate filter core box 70 to the baffle 43 of trough 40 bottom on, and the curb plate 712 of filter core box 70 is connected with the laminating of the internal face of baffle 43, thereby prevent that the water of backward flow from not passing through the bottom gap outflow between curb plate 712 and baffle 43 promptly after the filtration of second filter core 72.
Further, the top of the baffle 43 of the present embodiment is provided with an overflow hole 431. The height of the overflow hole 431 is less than that of the water return port 421, and the height of the overflow hole 431 is greater than that of the drain port 713. When the second filter element 72 is blocked and the water flowing back cannot flow back to the water storage cavity through the drain port 713, the water in the filter element box 70 can drop into the water storage cavity 11 through the overflow hole 431 at the top of the baffle 43, so that the backflow process is completed, and the situation that the water in the drinking trough 40 overflows the drinking trough 40 and damages the surrounding environment due to the fact that the filter element box 70 is blocked and cannot flow back is effectively prevented. Furthermore, the overflow hole 431 of the present embodiment is disposed at the bottom of the end of the drinking trough 40 far from the water spraying platform 50, and an auxiliary overflow hole is further disposed at the top of the other end of the drinking trough 40 near the water spraying platform 50, and the height of the auxiliary overflow hole is higher than the water return port 421, so that when the water output of the water spraying platform 50 is too large, or the second filter element 71 is blocked, or the pet water dispenser 1 is inclined, the water in the drinking trough 40 can flow back to the water storage cavity 11 through the auxiliary overflow hole, thereby effectively preventing the water in the drinking trough 40 from overflowing to the outside of the pet water dispenser.
Referring to fig. 3, 14, 15, 20 and 21, the water stand 50 according to the present embodiment is detachably connected to the water trough 40. Specifically, the water spraying table 50 of the present embodiment includes a plug end 51 and a water outlet end 52 arranged along the axial direction, and the water outlet end 52 is arranged above the plug end 51. The inside of the insertion end 51 is provided with an insertion pipe 53, the inside of the insertion pipe 53 is provided with a through hole which penetrates through the water spraying table 50 along the axial direction, the top of the through hole and the top surface of the water outlet end 52 are in arc-shaped surface transition, and a water outlet 531 is formed. The insertion end 51 of the present embodiment is provided with a limiting boss 511 on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and correspondingly, a limiting groove 445 matching with the limiting boss 511 is provided in the mounting end 44 of the drinking trough 40, specifically, the limiting groove 445 is provided in the first pipe section 441 of the mounting end 44. When the plugging end 51 is plugged into the mounting end 44, the end surface of the plugging end 51 abuts against the first radial section 443, so that the plugging depth of the water spraying table 50 is limited; the inserting pipe 53 is inserted into the connecting hole 651 of the connecting pipe 65, so that the connection between the water pump 20 and the water spraying table 50 is realized through the connecting pipe 65, the water pumped by the water pump 20 is conveyed into the inserting pipe 53 through the water outlet pipe 22 and the connecting pipe 65, and finally flows down into the drinking trough 40 through the water outlet 531 at the top of the water spraying table 50; the limiting boss 511 is inserted into the limiting groove 445, and the limiting boss 511 and the limiting groove 445 are fixedly connected by rotating the water spraying table 50, so that the water spraying table 50 is prevented from moving along the axial direction. In the present embodiment, the connection relationship between the water spraying table 50 and the drinking trough 40 can be released or locked by rotating the water spraying table 50, so that the water spraying table 50 with different specifications can be replaced conveniently, and different water outlet effects can be achieved. In this embodiment, the water sprayed from the water outlet 531 of the water spraying table 50 is fountain-shaped and falls back into the drinking trough 40 after reaching a certain height, thereby increasing the interest of the pet in drinking water.
Further, the outer peripheral surface of the insertion end 51 of the present embodiment may further be provided with an elastic groove 512, and correspondingly, an elastic rib position 446 is provided in the first tube section 441 of the mounting end 44, specifically, the elastic rib position 446 may be provided at the end of the limiting groove 445, so that the elastic groove 512 can move along the limiting groove 445 and can be engaged with the elastic rib position 446. In the rotating process of the water spraying table 50, the elastic groove 512 and the elastic rib position 446 are clamped, so that a user can obtain obvious feedback after the water spraying table 50 rotates to the position, and the user can clearly perceive that the water spraying table 50 is fixedly connected with the water trough 40.
Further, at least a part of the top surface of the water stand 50 of the present embodiment is inclined toward the drinking trough 40, thereby forming a flow guide surface 521 provided toward the drinking trough 40. Specifically, the top surface of the water spray stand 50 of the present embodiment is disposed in a plane and is disposed at an acute angle with respect to the top surface of the water trough 40. After the water spraying platform 50 and the trough 40 are rotationally fixed, the lower end of the top surface of the water spraying platform 50 is close to the water return port 421, and the higher end of the top surface of the water spraying platform 50 is far away from the water return port 421, so that water flowing out of the water outlet 431 of the water spraying platform 50 accurately flows into the trough 40 under the flow guiding effect of the flow guiding surface 421.
Further, the top surface of the water spray table 50 of the present embodiment is further provided with a water collecting groove 522. The water collecting groove 522 is disposed at a lower end of the top surface of the water spraying table 50 and is close to the water returning port 421. After the water spraying platform 50 and the drinking trough 40 are rotationally fixed, the water outlet position of the lowest point of the water collecting groove 522 is opposite to the middle position of the drinking trough 40 in the width direction, so that water flowing to the drinking trough 40 through the flow guide surface 521 is collected in the water collecting groove 522 and flows down to the middle position of the drinking trough 40 in the width direction through the water collecting groove 522, and overflow of water flow in the process of flowing down to the drinking trough 40 is prevented. Meanwhile, the water collecting groove 522 can also play a role in drainage, all water flowing out through the flow guide surface 521 is drained to the lowest point of the water collecting groove 522, and further flows downwards to the drinking trough along the outer side wall of the water spraying table 50 under the action of the tension of the water, so that the water is prevented from falling in the drinking trough 40 in a waterfall manner, and the noise is reduced. Further, the water flow flowing out of the water gathering groove 522 can impact impurities remained at the bottom of the drinking trough 40, so that the impurities are prevented from being accumulated in the drinking trough 40, the smoothness of the water flow in the drinking trough 40 is ensured, and specifically, the distance between the position of the lowest point on the water gathering groove 522 and the bottom of the drinking trough 40 ranges from 5cm to 15 cm.
Further, in other embodiments of the present application, the water spray table 50 having a different structure may also be replaced by rotating the water spray table 50. Referring to fig. 22 and 23, in this embodiment, a basin 54 is disposed at the top of the insertion end 51, the basin 54 is an open-topped hollow structure, and other objects such as cats and weeds can be planted in the basin 54 for the pet to play. The side surface of the insertion end 51 is provided with a water spraying opening 55, and the water spraying opening 55 is communicated with the insertion pipe 53, so that water in the water storage cavity 11 is sprayed into the drinking trough 40 through the water spraying opening 53, and a pet can drink water.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (12)

1. A pet water dispenser is characterized by comprising:
the water tank is internally provided with a water storage cavity, and the outside of the water tank is provided with a first mounting groove;
the water pumping device is communicated with the water storage cavity;
the wireless driver is arranged outside the water storage cavity and comprises a control box and an induction coil arranged inside the control box, the control box is arranged in the first mounting groove, and the induction coil is arranged opposite to the water pump and used for driving the water pump to pump water;
a trough for receiving water pumped from the water pump.
2. The pet water dispenser of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the water tank is provided with an annular protrusion, the annular protrusion forms a receiving cavity at the bottom of the water tank, and at least part of the receiving cavity forms the first mounting groove.
3. The pet water dispenser of claim 1, wherein the water pump comprises a water pump body and a filter grid, and the filter grid is connected with the water pump body and is arranged opposite to the impeller of the water pump body.
4. The pet water dispenser of claim 3, wherein the water pump further comprises a first filter element disposed inside the filter grill.
5. The pet water dispenser of claim 1, further comprising a protective cover, wherein the water pumping device is arranged in the water storage cavity, the protective cover is covered outside the water pumping device, an air outlet hole is formed in the top of the protective cover, a water inlet gap is formed between the protective cover and a bottom plate of the water tank, or a water inlet hole is formed in the peripheral surface of the protective cover.
6. The pet water dispenser of claim 1, wherein the bottom plate of the water tank is provided with a recessed second mounting groove, and the water pump is provided in the second mounting groove.
7. The pet water dispenser of claim 1, wherein the inner bottom surface of the drinking trough is an arc surface which is concavely arranged towards the water storage cavity, and a water return opening communicated with the water storage cavity is arranged above the arc surface.
8. The pet water dispenser of claim 1, further comprising a water spraying table detachably connected to the water trough, wherein a water outlet is provided at a top of the water spraying table, and the water outlet is communicated with the water pump.
9. The pet water dispenser of claim 8, wherein at least a portion of the top surface of the fountain stand is angled toward the trough.
10. The pet water dispenser of claim 7, further comprising a filter cartridge connected to the bottom of the drinking trough and disposed opposite the water return port.
11. The pet water dispenser of claim 10, wherein the filter cartridge comprises a cartridge body, at least a portion of a side wall of the cartridge body is disposed adjacent to an inner wall of the water tank and is provided with a drain port, and the drain port is provided with a diversion slope inclined downward toward the inner wall of the water tank.
12. The pet water dispenser of claim 10, wherein a baffle is arranged at the bottom of the drinking trough, the baffle is arranged around the outside of the filter core box, and an overflow hole is arranged at the top of the baffle.
