Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples.
At present, a large number of 2G, 3G and 4G oriented SIM/USIM cards (i.e. SIM/USIM cards supporting 2G, 3G and 4G networks at the same time) are only used in 2G devices (i.e. only supporting 2G networks), and since the current period of 2G frequency reduction network quitting is, in order to avoid that the multimode SIM/USIM cards are continuously used in the 2G terminal devices and cannot affect the services of the terminals using the multimode SIM/USIM cards, the terminal devices using the multimode SIM/USIM cards need to be limited, that is, the terminal access networks need to be managed reasonably, the terminal is allowed to access networks matched with the terminal capabilities, so that the subsequent smooth implementation of 2G frequency reduction network quitting is facilitated, and further, the 2G frequency reduction network quitting is prevented from being affected by too many 2G terminal devices residing in the network.
Based on this, in various embodiments of the present application, a terminal access capability using a multi-mode subscriber identity module (such as a multi-mode SIM or USIM card) is effectively identified according to information of the multi-mode subscriber identity module of the terminal, and the corresponding terminal is allowed to access a network based on the terminal capability.
The embodiment of the present application provides a method for activating a subscriber identity module, which is applied to a service platform (may also be referred to as an activation service platform), and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: acquiring the type of an access network used by a first terminal for requesting to activate a first multimode user identification module;
step 102: judging whether the type of the used access network is consistent with the type of the first access network or not to obtain a judgment result; the first access network type is a specific access network type in subscription information of the first multimode subscriber identity module;
step 103: and activating or not activating the first multimode user identification module according to the judgment result.
In step 101, during actual application, the first terminal may actively initiate an activation request carrying a first terminal number to the service platform, which may be understood as an explicit method for activating the multi-mode subscriber identity module, at this time, the service platform initiates an inquiry to the network capability open platform for the first terminal number to obtain subscription information (which may be understood as subscription information of the first multi-mode subscriber identity module), a first multi-mode subscriber identity module identifier, a first terminal identifier, and a Type of the used access network (i.e., a radio access technology Type (RAT Type) of this network access), which correspond to the first terminal number, that is, the service platform receives the multi-mode subscriber identity module activation request carrying the first terminal number sent by the first terminal; and acquiring the first terminal identifier, the first multimode user identification module identifier, the first terminal identifier and the type of the used access network from a network capability open platform based on the first terminal number.
The service platform may also initiate a query to the gateway device for the first terminal number to obtain a first multimode subscriber identity module identifier, a first terminal identifier, and a Type of the used access network (i.e., RAT Type of the network access), that is, the service platform receives a multimode subscriber identity module activation request carrying the first terminal number sent by the first terminal; and acquiring the first terminal identification, the first multimode user identification module identification, the first terminal identification and the type of the used access network from gateway equipment based on the first terminal number.
Here, in actual application, the activation request may be implemented by a short message or a data connection.
The network capability opening platform is an interface platform provided by a network to an external network, and specifically, a third party service platform of the external network (for example, the service platform of the embodiment of the present application) may obtain information of the multimode subscriber identity module through the network capability opening platform, and of course, if the third party service platform of the external network can adjust the information of the multimode subscriber identity module through the network capability opening platform.
The gateway device may be a Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN) or PDN gateway (P-GW), MME, etc.
In practical application, when the service platform and the gateway device do not belong to the same network, the service platform can obtain the related information through a network capability open platform; when the service platform and the gateway device belong to the same network, the related information can be obtained through the gateway device.
The first terminal may not actively initiate an activation request to the service platform, but activates the multi-mode subscriber identity module in an implicit manner, and at this time, the service platform needs to first initiate a service request (including a terminal device information list (which may be a single terminal, or multiple terminals, or a terminal number segment)) to a network capability open platform or a gateway device, so as to request the multi-mode subscriber identity module identifier, the terminal identifier, and the type of the access network used by the terminal to be reported to the service platform.
In actual application, the service platform may periodically (for example, one month or the like) initiate a service request to the network capability open platform or the gateway device, so as to obtain the identifier of the multimode subscriber identity module, the identifier of the terminal, and the type of the access network used by the terminal in time.
In actual application, when the gateway device initiates an attach operation at a corresponding terminal, the gateway device can report at least a multimode user identification module identifier, a terminal identifier and a type of an access network used by the terminal to the service platform, that is, the service platform sends a service request to the gateway device; receiving the first terminal identification and the first multimode user identification module identification which are sent by the network equipment based on a service request; and the service platform initiates a query to the network capability open platform according to the terminal identifier to obtain corresponding subscription information, so that for the first terminal, when the network device initiates an attach operation at the first terminal, the network device can report at least the first multimode subscriber identity module identifier, the first terminal identifier and the type of the access network used by the first terminal to the service platform, and the service platform initiates a query to the network capability open platform according to the first terminal identifier to obtain corresponding subscription information.
Correspondingly, in the case of sending a service request to the network capability openness platform, the operation of the service platform includes: the service platform sends a service request to the network capability open platform; and receiving the first terminal identifier, the first multimode user identification module identifier and the corresponding subscription information which are sent by the network capability open platform based on a service request.
In actual application, the first multimode subscriber identity module identifier may be an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the first multimode subscriber identity module; the first terminal identity may be the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) of the first terminal.
For the first access network type, in order to implement matching of the multimode subscriber identity module and the terminal access capability so as to allow a suitable terminal to access the network, the first access network type may be a currently most advanced access network corresponding to the first multimode subscriber identity module, for example, if the first multimode subscriber identity module supports 2G, 3G and 4G networks at the same time, the first access network type is a 4G network.
In step 103, activating the first multimode subscriber identity module when the determination result indicates that the type of the used access network is consistent with the type of the first access network; and under the condition that the judgment result indicates that the type of the used access network is inconsistent with the first access network type, the first multimode subscriber identification module is not activated, namely the first multimode subscriber identification module is determined to be failed to be activated.
Wherein, the operation of activating the first multimode subscriber identity module can be setting an activation identifier for the first multimode subscriber identity module; accordingly, the operation of not activating the first multimode subscriber identity module may be not setting an activation flag for the first multimode subscriber identity module.
After the first multimode subscriber identity module is activated, in order to prevent the terminal with improper access capability from using the first multimode subscriber identity module, the corresponding relationship between the first multimode subscriber identity module and the first terminal may be established after the first multimode subscriber identity module is activated, so as to subsequently detect other terminals using the first multimode subscriber identity module.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the method may further include:
acquiring the first terminal identification and the first multimode user identification module identification;
and after the first multimode user identification module is activated, binding the first terminal identification and the first multimode user identification module identification to obtain the corresponding relation between the terminal and the multimode user identification module.
As described above, when the multimode subscriber identity module is activated in an explicit manner, the service platform may initiate a query to a network capability open platform or a gateway device, so as to obtain the first terminal identifier and the first multimode subscriber identity module identifier, that is, receive a multimode subscriber identity module activation request carrying the first terminal number and sent by the first terminal; based on the first terminal number, actively acquiring the first terminal identification and the first multimode user identification module identification from a network capacity open platform or gateway equipment; when the multimode subscriber identity module is activated in an implicit mode, the service platform can obtain the first terminal identifier and the first multimode subscriber identity module identifier from a network capacity open platform or gateway equipment, namely, a service request is sent to the network capacity open platform or the gateway equipment; and receiving the first terminal identification and the first multimode user identification module identification which are sent by the network equipment based on a service request.
In practical application, for an operator, a trial period (for example, three months) and an activation period may be set for the multimode subscriber identity module, the multimode subscriber identity module may be used without activating the multimode subscriber identity module in the trial period, and the multimode subscriber identity module needs to be activated when the trial period enters the activation period, that is, the multimode subscriber identity module needs to be activated to be used in the trial period, that is, the multimode subscriber identity module enters the activation period; alternatively, the multi-mode subscriber identity module may be configured to activate periodically (e.g., once a year). The basis of successful activation binding is that the terminal equipment uses the multimode SIM/USIM card (IMSI) to access from a default wireless network corresponding to the SIM/USIM card at least once in a trial period or a fixed time.
Illustratively, for a SIM/USIM card that supports 2G, 3G, and 4G networks simultaneously, the default wireless network is set to be a 4G network, i.e., the first access network type is a 4G network. The SIM/USIM card must be used for successful access under the 4G network, i.e. deactivated by means of access to the 4G network. The service platform associates and activates the terminal identifier and the SIM/USIM card identifier, and certainly, for the regular activation mode, after the validity period of activation expires, the SIM/USIM card must be used to successfully access the 4G network, that is, the SIM/USIM card is deactivated by accessing the 4G network. The service platform associates and activates the terminal identification and the SIM/USIM card identification.
Illustratively, for a SIM/USIM card that supports both NB-IoT and 2G networks, the wireless network may be set as NB-IoT by default, i.e., the first access network type is NB-IoT. The SIM/USIM card must be used for successful access under NB-IoT, i.e., deactivated by accessing NB-IoT. The service platform associates and activates the terminal identifier and the SIM/USIM card identifier, and certainly, for the periodic activation mode, after the valid period of activation expires, the SIM/USIM card must be used for successful access under the NB-IoT, that is, the SIM/USIM card is deactivated and used in the NB-IoT access mode. The service platform associates and activates the terminal identification and the SIM/USIM card identification.
After the first multimode subscriber identity module is activated, the first terminal can access the network.
After the corresponding relationship between the terminal and the multimode subscriber identity module is obtained, other terminals using the first multimode subscriber identity module can be subsequently detected.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the method may further include:
when a terminal provided with the first multimode user identification module performs an attachment operation, acquiring a terminal identifier provided with the first multimode user identification module and the first multimode user identification module identifier;
determining a terminal identifier corresponding to the first multimode user identification module identifier according to the corresponding relation between the terminal and the multimode user identification module;
judging whether the determined terminal identification is the same as the terminal identification provided with the first multimode user identification module or not to obtain a judgment result;
and controlling the terminal provided with the first multimode user identification module to access a network or deactivating the first multimode user identification module according to a judgment result.
In practical application, the detection is set for the activated multi-mode subscriber identity module, so that before determining the terminal identifier corresponding to the first multi-mode subscriber identity module identifier, the service platform needs to verify whether the first multi-mode subscriber identity module is activated, and only the activated multi-mode subscriber identity module establishes the corresponding relationship between the terminal and the multi-mode subscriber identity module.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the determining, according to a correspondence between a terminal and a multimode subscriber identity module, a terminal identifier corresponding to the first multimode subscriber identity module identifier includes:
judging whether the first multimode user identification module is activated or not;
and under the condition that the first multimode subscriber identity module is activated, determining a terminal identifier corresponding to the first multimode subscriber identity module identifier according to the corresponding relation between the terminal and the multimode subscriber identity module.
Here, if the first multimode subscriber identity module is not activated, the above-mentioned activation procedure of the embodiment of the present application is executed at this time, that is, it is determined whether the type of the access network used by the terminal is consistent with the type of the first access network, and a determination result is obtained; the first access network type is a specific access network type in the subscription information of the first multimode subscriber identity module, and the first multimode subscriber identity module is activated or not activated according to a judgment result.
Specifically, under the condition that the terminal identifier determined by the judgment result representation is the same as the terminal identifier provided with the first multimode subscriber identity module, controlling the terminal provided with the first multimode subscriber identity module to access a network, namely maintaining the first multimode subscriber identity module in an activated state; in a case that the terminal identifier determined by the characterization of the determination result is different from the terminal identifier provided with the first multimode subscriber identity module, deactivating the first multimode subscriber identity module (i.e., determining that the activation of the multimode subscriber identity module fails), for example, removing the activation identifier of the first multimode subscriber identity module, and notifying other network devices (e.g., gateway devices) to prohibit the terminal provided with the first multimode subscriber identity module from accessing the network, at this time, the other network devices may feed back, to the terminal provided with the first multimode subscriber identity module, information that the first multimode subscriber identity module cannot access the network, for which the reason may be that the first multimode subscriber identity module is deactivated.
The method for activating the subscriber identity module, provided by the embodiment of the application, acquires the type of an access network used by a first terminal for requesting to activate a first multimode subscriber identity module; judging whether the type of the used access network is consistent with the type of the first access network or not to obtain a judgment result; the first access network type is a specific access network type in subscription information of the first multimode subscriber identity module; and according to the judgment result, activating or not activating the first multimode user identification module, effectively identifying the terminal access capability using the multimode user identification module according to the multimode user identification information of the terminal, and allowing the corresponding terminal to access the network based on the terminal capability, thereby realizing the purpose of reasonably managing the network accessed by the terminal.
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.
Application embodiment 1
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal actively initiates a SIM/USIM card activation request to a service platform (which may also be referred to as an authorized service platform).
As shown in fig. 2, the process of activating the SIM/USIM card in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 201: the terminal initiates an activation operation request to the authorization service platform;
here, when the SIM/USIM card is activated for the first time, an activation operation may be initiated; and when the SIM/USIM card is not activated for the first time, the terminal initiates a reactivation operation.
The activation operation can be initiated by a short message or data connection.
Step 202: after receiving the request, the authorization service platform initiates a query to the network capability open platform aiming at the terminal number to obtain subscription information, IMSI, IMEI and RAT Type of the network access of the terminal number;
step 203: and the authorization service platform judges the successful activation or the failed activation according to the applicable network information in the terminal number subscription information.
Specifically, for example, if the subscription information simultaneously supports 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, it is determined whether the RAT Type accessed by the network is 4G, if so, the IMSI and IMEI corresponding to the terminal number are bound, and the activation is successful, and if not, the activation is determined to be failed.
For another example, if the subscription information supports NB-IoT and 2G networks at the same time, it is determined whether the RAT Type accessed by the network is NB-IoT, if so, the IMSI and IMEI corresponding to the terminal number are bound, and activation is successful, and if not, activation failure is determined.
As can be seen from the above description, in the process of the terminal actively initiating the activation operation, the terminal initiates an activation operation request to the authorization service platform, and the authorization service platform performs activation determination according to the terminal number subscription information, the IMSI, the IMEI, and the RAT Type of the network access.
Application example two
In the embodiment of the present application, the activation of the multimode subscriber identity module is performed in an implicit manner, that is, the network activates the multimode subscriber identity module since operating.
As shown in fig. 3, the process of activating the SIM/USIM card in this embodiment includes the following steps:
step 301: the authorization service platform initiates a service request to a mobile gateway device (GGSN or P-GW), wherein the service request comprises a terminal device information list (which can be a single terminal, a plurality of terminals or a terminal number segment);
step 302: when the terminal executes the Attach operation each time, the mobile gateway device reports the time corresponding to the operation, the IMSI and the IMEI of the multimode subscriber identity module of the terminal and the RAT Type accessed by the network to the authorization service platform;
step 303: the authorization service platform checks according to terminal information sent by the mobile gateway equipment, and initiates query to a network capacity open platform aiming at the IMSI of the multimode user identification module of the terminal to acquire subscription information of the terminal number;
step 304: and judging whether the activation is successful or failed aiming at the applicable network information in the terminal number subscription information.
Specifically, for example, if the subscription information simultaneously supports 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, it is determined whether the RAT Type accessed by the network is 4G, if so, the IMSI and the IMEI corresponding to the terminal number are bound, and the activation is successful, otherwise, the activation is determined to be failed.
In this application embodiment, in the process of automatically performing the activation operation by the authorization platform, the authorization service platform receives terminal Attach information (time, IMSI, IMEI of the terminal, and RAT Type of the network access) sent by the mobile gateway device, and performs activation determination according to the terminal number subscription information, IMSI, IMEI, and RAT Type of the network access.
Application example three
In the present embodiment, a process of detecting whether the multimode subscriber identity module conforms to the specification is described.
The process of detecting whether the multimode subscriber identity module complies with the specification (which may be simply referred to as compliance) as shown in fig. 4 includes the following steps:
step 401: the authorization service platform initiates a service request to a mobile gateway device (GGSN or P-GW), wherein the service request comprises a terminal device information list (which can be a single terminal, a plurality of terminals or a terminal number segment)
Step 402: when the terminal executes the Attach operation each time, the mobile gateway device reports the operation time, the IMSI and the IMEI of the multimode subscriber identity module of the terminal and the RAT Type accessed by the network to the authorization service platform;
step 403: the authorization service platform checks according to terminal information sent by the mobile gateway equipment, inquires the activation state of the multi-mode subscriber identity module of the terminal aiming at the IMSI, namely, judges whether the IMSI is activated, if so, acquires the bound IMEI and the reported IMEI for checking, if the IMSI and the IMEI are different, the activation is judged to be invalid, and the terminal provided with the multi-mode subscriber identity module does not accord with the regulation.
In this application embodiment, in the process of automatically performing compliance detection on the multi-mode subscriber identity module by the authorization platform, the authorization service platform receives terminal Attach information (time, IMSI, the terminal IMEI, and the RAT Type of the network access) sent by the mobile gateway device, and performs compliance detection according to the obtained information.
