Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of flat loudspeakers, in particular to a loudspeaker structure, wherein a shell is provided with a cavity matched with a substrate, a vibrating diaphragm is arranged at the opening end of the shell, a magnetic return component is fixed in the cavity, and a voice coil component is positioned in the magnetic return component and fixedly connected with the vibrating diaphragm; a coil is wound on a substrate of the voice coil assembly; the magnetic return assembly comprises magnetic steels on two sides of the substrate, an upper pole piece and a lower pole piece are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of each magnetic steel, and the two magnetic steels on the two sides of the substrate are respectively magnetized towards opposite directions along the vertical direction. The base plate can be arranged into various curve plate types, and the shapes of the magnetic return assembly and the shell are changed adaptively, so that the loudspeaker can be suitable for different spaces, the space is saved, and the attractive design of an application product is facilitated; the upper part and the lower part of a coil in the voice coil assembly respectively correspond to the upper pole piece and the lower pole piece, the directions of magnetic fields between the two adjacent pole pieces are opposite, and the overall stress directions of the coil are consistent by introducing reverse current into the upper part and the lower part of the coil.

Technical Field

Background
Most of the existing loudspeakers used in electronic equipment are circular, and are mainly constrained by the shape of a winding coil, so that the stress of the coil in a magnetic field needs to be ensured to be uniform, and the directivity and distortion of propagation are ensured while sound pressure is ensured. The design of the loudspeaker is influenced by the lightness and thinness of the mobile phone, the pad sound and the like, the loudspeaker is designed into a rectangle, and the sound pressure is raised by using a three-magnet/five-magnet mode, so that the cost is improved invisibly.
And no matter the design is circular or rectangular, the length and width of the product all require certain size, and certain space needs to be reserved in the product for the loudspeaker or a BOX structure is added to the loudspeaker.
In view of the above problems, the present designer is actively making research and innovation based on the practical experience and professional knowledge that is abundant for many years in engineering application of such products, in order to create a speaker, which is more practical.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a speaker includes a housing 1, a magnetic loop assembly 2, a voice coil assembly 3, and a diaphragm 4, wherein the top of the housing 1 is provided with an open end, and a cavity 11 communicated with the open end is provided corresponding to the open end, the diaphragm 4 is provided at the open end of the housing 1, the magnetic loop assembly 2 is fixed in the cavity 11, and the voice coil assembly 3 is located in the magnetic loop assembly 2 and is fixedly connected with the diaphragm 4; the voice coil assembly 3 comprises a substrate 31, and a first coil 32 and a second coil 33 which are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the substrate 31, wherein the substrate 31 is arranged perpendicular to a horizontal plane and is fixed on the bottom surface of the vibrating diaphragm 4 through a fixing block 34; the magnetic return component 2 comprises magnetic steels 21 symmetrically arranged on two sides of the substrate 31, an upper pole piece 22 and a lower pole piece 23 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the magnetic steels 21, and the two magnetic steels 21 on two sides of the substrate 31 are respectively magnetized towards opposite directions along the vertical direction.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, further, the first coil 32 and the second coil 33 are both coiled in a ring shape along the length direction of the substrate 31; as shown in fig. 4, each of the first coil 32 and the second coil 33 includes a horizontal coil portion 35 and a vertical coil portion 36, and the horizontal coil portion 35 includes an upper portion and a lower portion, and the upper portion and the lower portion of the horizontal coil portion 35 are disposed corresponding to the upper pole piece 22 and the lower pole piece 23, respectively. And the direction of current flow in the upper portion of the lateral coil portion 35 is opposite to the direction of current flow in the lower portion of the lateral coil portion 35; the upper part of the transverse coil part 35 is positioned between the two upper pole pieces 22, and the lower part of the transverse coil part 35 is positioned between the two lower pole pieces 23.
In the specific implementation process, as shown in fig. 2, the housing 1 of the speaker may be made of a plastic material and configured to have an appearance adapted to the shape of the substrate 31, and the cavity 11 of the speaker is also configured to have a shape adapted to the substrate 31 and configured to fix the gyromagnetic component 2 and mount the substrate 31, the substrate 31 is bonded to the bottom surface of the diaphragm 4 through the fixing block 34, and can drive the substrate 31 and drive the diaphragm 4 to vibrate together by the magnetic field after the coil is powered on, the fixing block 34 is made of an aluminum material and is provided with a limiting groove 341 for clamping the substrate 31, and the diaphragm 4 is made of a composite film PEEK or a single-film PEI material and is bonded to the opening end of the housing 1. The voice coil assembly 3 adopts two magnetic structures, the upper part and the lower part of the corresponding transverse coil part 35 in the magnetic return assembly 2 respectively correspond to the upper pole piece 22 and the lower pole piece 23, so that the magnetic field directions between the two adjacent upper and lower pole pieces 23 are opposite, the whole stress directions of the coil are consistent by passing currents in opposite directions in the upper part and the lower part of the transverse coil part 35, as shown in fig. 5, the coil drives the substrate 31 to move up and down under the driving of the magnetic field, and further the vibrating diaphragm 4 is pushed to vibrate up and down to pronounce.
In the above embodiment, the magnetic steel 21, the upper pole piece 22, and the lower pole piece 23 are preferably arranged parallel to the substrate 31 in the horizontal plane. Because the magnetic steel 21, the upper pole piece 22 and the lower pole piece 23 are all provided with two groups and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the substrate 31, the distances between the magnetic return assemblies 2 on two sides and the substrate 31 are always kept consistent. When the current flows through the coil on the substrate 31, the magnetic force received by the first coil 32 and the second coil 33 is stabilized.
Further, the first coil 32 and the second coil 33 are fixedly disposed on both sides of the substrate 31 by bonding or injection molding, respectively. In the present invention, the substrate 31 is formed as a curved plate along the length direction thereof, and the stopper groove 341 is formed as a curve with respect to the substrate 31, so that the connection between the portion of the substrate 31 inserted into the stopper groove 341 and the fixing block 34 is more stable, and the engagement between the substrate 31 and the fixing block is more stable than the engagement between the straight plate and the straight groove.
Further, the cavity 11 is adapted to the substrate 31, the cavity 11 includes a first step 12 and a second step 13 arranged along a vertical direction, and the gyromagnetic component 2 is fixed between the first step 12 and the second step 13; the upper surface of the upper pole piece 22 abuts against the first step 12, and the lower surface of the lower pole piece 23 abuts against the second step 13. The gyromagnetic assembly 2 is clamped and fixed by the first step 12 and the second step 13 which are arranged at the upper part and the lower part in the cavity 11, so that the magnetic field formed by the gyromagnetic assembly 2 is more stable.
In the invention, a middle paste 41 is arranged on the upper surface of the diaphragm 4, a layer of the middle paste 41 is arranged corresponding to the fixed block 34, and an annular folded ring 42 is arranged on the diaphragm 4, wherein the folded ring 42 is arranged on the outer ring of the middle paste 41 and is adaptive to the shape of the middle paste 41. The middle paste 41 is made of carbon fiber or aluminum. The edge 42 is provided around the center sticker 41 with the substrate 31 as the center, and can damp the vibration of the diaphragm 4 and improve the resonance frequency.
As another preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the present invention, the substrate 31 is provided as a linear plate or a curved plate along its length direction. Alternatively, the substrate 31 may be branched and extended in the horizontal direction at different angles at both ends in the longitudinal direction. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in fig. 6, two parts are formed by extending the substrate 31 at one end of the substrate 31 in a bifurcated manner, the two parts of the bifurcated manner are the same as the body of the substrate 31, are both perpendicular to the horizontal plane and are arranged as linear plates along the horizontal direction, and in the specific implementation process, the two parts can be arranged as curved plates, or the length of the substrate 31 in the horizontal direction is increased, so that the loudspeaker can adapt to various different application spaces by changing the shape and structure of the loudspeaker, and the space is saved, which is more beneficial to the aesthetic design of the application product.
