Abstract
The invention discloses a reverse switch cabinet which comprises an upper cabinet body and a lower cabinet body, wherein a plurality of reverse switches are arranged on the front surface of the upper cabinet body in an array manner, and a plurality of wiring terminals which are respectively and electrically connected with the reverse switches are arranged on the front surface of the lower cabinet body; the reverse switch is provided with 3 gears. The invention saves space, is convenient to operate and reduces the influence on the existing system.

In recent years, more and more subway projects enter the overhaul transformation stage, and in order to ensure that normal operation is not influenced during transformation, the smooth transition of new and old systems and the inverse switch cabinet play an important role therein. At present, the inverse cutting cabinets on the market have many defects in practical application, such as: the volume is too large, and the requirement on space is too much; the construction is inconvenient; too little alarm information/prompt information; no safe operation mechanism; no fast failure handling mechanism, etc. And the requirements of construction and transformation are not met.

the reverse switch is provided with 3 gears.
Preferably, the input end of the reverse switch is connected with the existing equipment, and the 3 gears are respectively connected with the existing system, the neutral gear and the new system;
two indicator lights are arranged on the reverse-open switch and respectively and correspondingly indicate that the existing system and the new system are switched on.

Two indicator lights are arranged above each reverse switch to represent an operation state and a debugging state, so that an effective prompting effect is achieved. The invention has little influence on the existing system, and after wiring is finished, the reversing switch can be operated to reverse to a new system for debugging only during the period of skylight points. A single reverse switch can reversely cut 11 groups of lines, and the reverse switches can be configured according to the number of actual reverse cutting equipment. By adopting the design of the glass door, the state of all the inverted switches can be seen without opening the cabinet door. Each reverse switch is provided with a safe middle gear, the existing system is not connected, the new system is not connected, the indoor and outdoor connection is disconnected, and troubleshooting is facilitated. The cabinet door is provided with two locks, two keys are kept by the operation unit, and when the back cut operation is carried out each time, the signal supplier and the operation unit open the cabinet door together to carry out the back cut operation under the condition of supervision in the field, and the construction records are made. And a convenient wiring mode is adopted, and the fault reverse switch can be quickly switched off through a simple jumper connection mode.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the reverse switch cabinet of the present invention includes an upper cabinet body and a lower cabinet body, wherein a plurality of reverse switches 1 are mounted in an array on the front surface of the upper cabinet body, and a plurality of wiring terminals 2 electrically connected to the reverse switches 1 are mounted on the front surface of the lower cabinet body. The cabinet door of the upper cabinet body is a glass door, and two locks are arranged on the glass door. The cabinet body operation and wiring are completed on the front side, back maintenance is not needed, and the cabinet body is small in size and can be installed by a wall or a corner. The problem that the large-size cabinet is installed in an existing equipment room without redundant space can be well solved, and the space is saved for other newly-added equipment because the operation and the wiring are finished on the front side of the cabinet body.
The reverse switch 1 is provided with 3 gears. The 3 gears are respectively connected with the existing system, the neutral gear and the new system. The 3 gears are respectively an operation gear, a maintenance gear and a debugging gear, the operation gear represents that the signal system is in an operation state, the existing system works normally, and the new system does not work; the maintenance gear indicates that the existing equipment is not connected with the existing system or the new system; the debugging gear represents that the signal system is in a debugging state, the new system is debugged, and the existing system does not work. The maintenance gear is a safe gear, so that indoor and outdoor connection can be conveniently disconnected, and troubleshooting is facilitated.
Considering surge protection, the inverse switch cabinet is placed between the existing equipment and the existing equipment interface circuit, the input end is connected with the wiring of the existing equipment outside the room, the output end is respectively connected with the existing equipment interface circuit and the new system distributing cabinet, a single inverse switch can inversely switch 12 groups of wires, wherein 1 group of connecting points are connected with two indicator lamps for indicating the position of the inverse switch.
Two indicator lights are arranged on the reverse switch 1 and respectively and correspondingly indicate that the existing system and the new system are switched on.
The reverse switch 1 is provided with 12 groups of lines, and each group of lines is provided with an input end and output ends with 3 gears. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the left sideline is a line connected with an existing system, the middle line is a line connected with existing equipment, the right sideline is a line connected with a new system, and the color of the wiring in the cabinet is also the same as that of the indicator light, so that the wiring calibration and troubleshooting are facilitated. After adopting following mode of connection, wiring terminal 2 can throw away the reversing switch who has a problem fast through the mode of terminal short circuit, does not influence the normal operation on the next day, waits to change trouble reversing switch during the skylight is ordered after the operation.
