The first waist-shaped through holes are provided with left and right adjusting bolts 2-4, the two second waist-shaped through holes are respectively provided with one adjusting bolt 2-4, the back surfaces of the first plate body and the second plate body are respectively provided with an adjusting threaded hole plate 2-3, and threaded holes matched with the adjusting bolts 2-4 are formed in the adjusting threaded hole plates 2-3 and used for positioning adjusting positions of the adjusting bolts 2-4.
