Abstract
The invention provides an electronic tag antenna with characteristic capacitance, which comprises an antenna coil, a characteristic capacitance pole plate, two first contact members and at least two second contact members, wherein the characteristic capacitance pole plate is used as corresponding identity characteristics, and a desired characteristic capacitance value is calculated by connecting the at least two second contact members corresponding to the characteristic capacitance pole plate and is stored in an electronic tag chip, so that an electronic tag formed by the electronic tag antenna and the electronic tag chip together has a unique physical characteristic record, thereby improving the tamper resistance and traceability of the electronic tag.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of passive electronic tags, in particular to an electronic tag antenna with characteristic capacitance.
Background
The electronic tag RFID comprises two functional parts, namely an electronic tag antenna and an electronic tag chip, wherein the electronic tag antenna is used for providing energy and communication for the electronic tag chip, and the electronic tag chip is used for storing information and communicating with a tag reader-writer through the electronic tag antenna. The electronic tag antenna has a vital function on power supply and communication of the passive electronic tag RFID, and in the actual use process, the electronic tag antenna can be interfered by mechanical physical action or electrical physical action, so that the physical characteristics, particularly the electrical physical characteristics of the electronic tag antenna are changed, and the normal work of the passive electronic tag RFID is influenced. For the above situation, the prior art cannot timely and accurately identify the occurrence of the physical characteristics of the electronic tag antenna, which is not favorable for ensuring the normal operation of the passive electronic tag RFID.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an electronic tag antenna with a characteristic capacitor, which comprises an antenna coil, a characteristic capacitor polar plate, two first contact components and at least two second contact components; wherein, the two first contact point components are respectively connected with two ends of the antenna coil; the at least two second contact members are respectively connected with the characteristic capacitance pole plates; the two first contact members and the at least two second contact members are relatively independent; therefore, the electronic tag antenna with the characteristic capacitance takes the characteristic capacitance pole plate as a corresponding identity characteristic, and calculates a corresponding characteristic capacitance value by connecting at least two second contact members corresponding to the characteristic capacitance pole plate and stores the characteristic capacitance value in the electronic tag chip, so that an electronic tag jointly composed of the electronic tag antenna and the electronic tag chip has a unique physical characteristic record, and the tamper resistance and the traceability of the electronic tag are improved.

Compared with the prior art, the electronic tag antenna with the characteristic capacitor comprises an antenna coil, a characteristic capacitor plate, two first contact members and at least two second contact members; wherein, the two first contact point components are respectively connected with two ends of the antenna coil; the at least two second contact members are respectively connected with the characteristic capacitance pole plates; the two first contact members and the at least two second contact members are relatively independent; therefore, the electronic tag antenna with the characteristic capacitance takes the characteristic capacitance pole plate as a corresponding identity characteristic, and calculates a corresponding characteristic capacitance value by connecting at least two second contact members corresponding to the characteristic capacitance pole plate and stores the characteristic capacitance value in the electronic tag chip, so that an electronic tag jointly composed of the electronic tag antenna and the electronic tag chip has a unique physical characteristic record, and the tamper resistance and the traceability of the electronic tag are improved.

The electronic tag antenna with the characteristic capacitor comprises an antenna coil 1, a characteristic capacitor plate 2, two first contact point components and at least two second contact point components 4; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the two first contact members 3 are connected to both ends of the antenna coil 1, respectively;
the at least two second contact members 4 are respectively connected with the characteristic capacitance plate 2;
the two first contact members 3 and the at least two second contact members 4 are relatively independent.
The electronic tag antenna with the characteristic capacitance is characterized in that a characteristic capacitance polar plate is additionally arranged on the basis that the conventional electronic tag antenna comprises a conventional antenna coil, meanwhile, a first contact member and a second contact member are respectively arranged on the antenna coil and the characteristic capacitance polar plate, the characteristic capacitance polar plate serves as corresponding identity characteristics, corresponding characteristic capacitance values are calculated by connecting at least two second contact members corresponding to the characteristic capacitance polar plate and stored in an electronic tag chip, and the electronic tag jointly formed by the electronic tag antenna and the electronic tag chip has a unique physical characteristic record, so that the tamper resistance and the traceability of the electronic tag are improved.
Preferably, there is no resistive connection between the two first contact members 3 and the at least two second contact members 4, which ensures that the antenna coil and the characteristic capacitive plate can operate independently of each other and do not interfere with each other.
Preferably, the electronic tag antenna further comprises an antenna substrate 5; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the antenna coil 1, the characteristic capacitive plate 2, the two first contact members 3 and the at least two second contact members 4 are all arranged on the antenna substrate 5;
the antenna substrate 5 is made of a non-conductive material.
The arrangement stability of the antenna coil, the characteristic capacitance polar plate, the first contact component and the second contact component can be ensured through the antenna substrate, so that the mechanical stability of the electronic tag antenna is ensured; in addition, the antenna substrate is made of non-conductive materials, so that the antenna substrate can be prevented from generating electromagnetic interference on the antenna coil and the characteristic capacitor plate.
Preferably, the antenna substrate 5 includes a base portion and an element mounting region portion; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the component mounting region portion is obtained by a patterned trench etched on the base body portion, and the antenna coil 1, the characteristic capacitance plate 2, the two first contact members 3, and the at least two second contact members 4 are respectively provided in the component mounting region portion.
The antenna coil, the characteristic capacitance pole plate and the contact component can be arranged according to preset positions by arranging the element placing area part on the antenna substrate, so that the manufacturing difficulty of the electronic tag antenna is reduced.
Preferably, the non-conductive material constituting the antenna substrate 5 is PET, PVC, polyimide, or epoxy.
The non-conductive material is made of PET, PVC, polyimide or epoxy resin, so that the manufacturing cost of the antenna substrate can be reduced.
Preferably, the antenna coil 1 and the characteristic capacitive plate 2 are respectively made of a conductive material;
the conductive material includes a metallic material or a nano conductive material.
The conductive material is made of a metal material or a nano conductive material, so that the conductive performance of the antenna coil can be optimized.
Preferably, the characteristic capacitive plate 2 comprises at least one capacitive element 6;
the at least one capacitive element 6 is connected in at least one of a series connection, a parallel connection, and a hybrid series-parallel connection.
Connecting the at least one capacitive element by at least one of a series connection, a parallel connection, and a hybrid series-parallel connection can improve the capacitive characteristics of the characteristic capacitive plate to meet the requirements of different applications.
Preferably, the characteristic capacitive plate 2 comprises at least one resistive element 7 or does not comprise any resistive element 7; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the at least one resistive element 7 is connected in series with the at least one capacitive element 6.
The electrical characteristics of the characteristic capacitive plate 2 can be improved by arranging a capacitive element in series with a resistive element.
Preferably, the characteristic capacitive plate 2 comprises at least three capacitive elements 6;
when the number of the second contact members in the electronic tag antenna is more than two, the at least three capacitive elements 6 are arranged between any two of the at least two second contact members 4;
the at least three capacitive elements 6 are connected in at least one of a single connection, a series connection, a parallel connection, and a mixed series-parallel connection.
Connecting the at least two capacitive elements by at least one of series connection, parallel connection, and series-parallel hybrid connection can improve the capacitive characteristics of the characteristic capacitive plate to meet the requirements of different applications.
Preferably, the characteristic capacitive plate 2 comprises at least one resistive element 7 or does not comprise any resistive element 7; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the at least one resistive element 7 is connected in series with the at least one capacitive element 6.
The electrical characteristics of the characteristic capacitive plates can be improved by arranging the capacitive element in series with the resistive element.
Preferably, the two first contact members 3 are electromagnetic induction type contact members and the at least two second contact members 4 are wired terminal contact members.
Fig. 2-6 are schematic diagrams of circuit structures of a characteristic capacitor plate in an electronic tag antenna with a characteristic capacitor according to the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 2 to 6, in the characteristic capacitive plate 2, the capacitive elements 6 can be connected in series, in parallel or in a combination of series and parallel according to the number of the first contact members 3 and the second contact members 4 in the characteristic capacitive plate 2, or the resistive element 7 can be arranged in series on any one capacitive element 6, so that the sensitivity of the change of the capacitive characteristics of the characteristic capacitive plate 2 can be improved, and the stability and reliability of the operation of the electronic tag antenna can be improved. The specific connection of the capacitive element 6 and/or the resistive element 7 in the characteristic capacitive plate 2 is not further similar here, but is not limited to the connection shown in fig. 2 to 6, and can be varied by the person skilled in the art according to the actual requirements.

the electronic tag antenna with the characteristic capacitor comprises an antenna coil, a characteristic capacitor polar plate, two first contact point members and at least two second contact point members; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
