In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a first housing 10 in fig. 1 from another perspective, fig. 3 is a schematic perspective view of a second housing 14 in fig. 1 from another perspective, fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view of an interior of the second housing 14 in fig. 1, fig. 5 is a schematic perspective view of fig. 4 after a partial explosion, and fig. 6 is a schematic perspective view of a front housing 14a in fig. 4 from another perspective.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the electronic device 1 includes a first housing 10, an electronic module 12, a second housing 14, and an airflow generating module 16. The electronic module 12 is disposed in the first housing 10. In this embodiment, the electronic module 12 may be a display module (e.g., a liquid crystal display module, a plasma display module, an organic light emitting diode display module, etc.), but is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the electronic module 12 can be replaced by other electronic components disposed in the first housing 10. Generally, the first housing 10 further has software and hardware components necessary for operation, such as a power supply, an application program, a communication module, a circuit board, a memory, etc., depending on the actual application.
The airflow generating module 16 is disposed in the second housing 14 to form an external device. In this embodiment, the airflow generating module 16 may include a fan 160, an air filter 162, a filter holder 164, a motor 166, and a fixing base 168, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. One end of the fan 160 is connected to the output shaft of the motor 166, and the other end of the fan 160 is pivotally connected to the fixing base 168. When the motor 166 is operated, the fan 160 is driven by the motor 166 to rotate, thereby generating an air flow. The air filter 162 may be mounted on the fan 160 by a filter frame 164. Therefore, the airflow generated by the fan 160 is exhausted through the air filter 162, and the effect of cleaning the air is generated. It should be noted that the second housing 14 is also provided with the necessary air inlet holes to provide sufficient air to the fan 160 to form an air flow.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first housing 10 includes a first coupling structure 100, and the second housing 14 includes a second coupling structure 140. In this embodiment, the first housing 10 may include two first coupling structures 100, and the second housing 14 may include two second coupling structures 140, wherein the position of the first coupling structure 100 corresponds to the position of the second coupling structure 140. It should be noted that the positions and the numbers of the first combining structures 100 and the second combining structures 140 can be determined according to practical applications, and are not limited to the embodiments shown in the figures. In this embodiment, the second housing 14 is composed of a front shell 14a and a rear shell 14b, wherein the second combining structure 140 is disposed on the front shell 14 a. The first coupling structure 100 and the second coupling structure 140 may be coupled to each other such that the second housing 14 is connected to the first housing 10. In this embodiment, one of the first and second coupling structures 100 and 140 may be a magnet, and the other of the first and second coupling structures 100 and 140 may be a magnet or a magnetically permeable material (e.g., iron). Thus, the first coupling structure 100 and the second coupling structure 140 can be magnetically attracted to each other to connect the first casing 10 and the second casing 14. It should be noted that, besides the magnetic attraction, the first coupling structure 100 and the second coupling structure 140 may also be a snap-fit structure, a screw-on structure, etc., depending on the practical application.
In addition, the first housing 10 includes a first air hole 102, and the second housing 14 includes a second air hole 142. In this embodiment, the first housing 10 may include a plurality of first air holes 102, and the second housing 14 may include a plurality of second air holes 142, wherein the positions of the first air holes 102 correspond to the positions of the second air holes 142. Thus, when the second housing 14 is connected to the first housing 10, the second air holes 142 are aligned with the first air holes 102. When the airflow generating module 16 operates, the airflow generated by the airflow generating module 16 flows into the first housing 10 through the second air holes 142 and the first air holes 102, so as to dissipate heat of the electronic module 12 and other electronic components in the first housing 10. It should be noted that the positions and the number of the first air holes 102 and the second air holes 142 can be determined according to practical applications, and are not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawings. In addition, the first housing 10 may be provided with air outlet holes, so that the air flow can flow out from the air outlet holes after the heat dissipation of the electronic module 12 and other electronic components in the first housing 10 is completed, thereby discharging the heat from the first housing 10.
In this embodiment, the first housing 10 may further include a plurality of first positioning structures 104a and 104b, and the second housing 14 may further include a plurality of second positioning structures 144a and 144b, wherein the position and shape of the first positioning structure 104a correspond to the position and shape of the second positioning structure 144a, and the position and shape of the first positioning structure 104b correspond to the position and shape of the second positioning structure 144 b. When a user wants to connect the second housing 14 to the first housing 10, the user can use the first positioning structures 104a and 104b to cooperate with the second positioning structures 144a and 144b to position the second housing 14 on the first housing 10. In this embodiment, the second positioning structures 144a, 144b can be disposed on the front shell 14a of the second housing 14. In addition, two first combining structures 100 may be respectively disposed in the first positioning structures 104a and 104b, and two second combining structures 140 may be respectively disposed in the second positioning structures 144a and 144b (as shown in fig. 6). Thus, when the first positioning structures 104a and 104b and the second positioning structures 144a and 144b are combined with each other, the first combining structure 100 and the second combining structure 140 are combined with each other at the same time, so as to quickly complete the positioning and assembling of the first casing 10 and the second casing 14.
In this embodiment, the first positioning structure 104a and the second positioning structure 104b have different shapes, and the shape of the first positioning structure 144a corresponds to the shape of the first positioning structure 104a, and the shape of the second positioning structure 144b corresponds to the shape of the second positioning structure 104 b. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first positioning structure 104a and the second positioning structure 144a may be rectangular, and the first positioning structure 104b and the second positioning structure 144b may be rounded and square. By the shape difference between the first positioning structures 104a, 104b and the second positioning structures 144a, 144b, the user can be prevented from assembling the second housing 14 in a wrong direction. In addition, in this embodiment, the first positioning structures 104a and 104b may be groove structures, and the second positioning structures 144a and 144b may be protrusion structures. However, in another embodiment, the first positioning structures 104a and 104b may be protrusion structures, and the second positioning structures 144a and 144b may be groove structures, depending on the application. It should be noted that the positions, the number and the shapes of the first positioning structures and the second positioning structures can be determined according to practical applications, and are not limited to the embodiments illustrated in the drawings.
In this embodiment, the second housing 14 may further include a third air hole 146, wherein the second air hole 142 and the third air hole 146 are located on different sides of the second housing 14. For example, the second air holes 142 may be located on the upper side of the second housing 14, and the third air holes 146 may be located on the front side of the second housing 14, as shown in fig. 4. In this embodiment, the second housing 14 may include a plurality of third air holes 146. When the airflow generating module 16 is operated, the airflow generated by the airflow generating module 16 flows out of the second housing 14 through the third air hole 146.
Therefore, when the user connects the second housing 14 to the first housing 10, the airflow generated by the airflow generating module 16 can dissipate heat of the electronic module 12 and other electronic components in the first housing 10, and can provide clean air to the user through the air filter 162.
In this embodiment, the electronic device 1 may further include a first electrical connector 18 and a second electrical connector 20, wherein the first electrical connector 18 is disposed on the first housing 10, and the second electrical connector 20 is disposed on the second housing 14. In this embodiment, the second electrical connector 20 can be disposed on the front shell 14a of the second housing 14. When the second housing 14 is connected to the first housing 10, the second electrical connector 20 is connected to the first electrical connector 18. In practical applications, the first electrical connector 18 may be electrically connected to a power supply (not shown) in the first housing 10, and the second electrical connector 20 may be electrically connected to the motor 166 of the airflow generating module 16.
