Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water spray hose, in particular a kitchen and/or shower water spray hose, having an inner hose, preferably corrugated, and a braided sleeve of the inner hose.
The invention further relates to the use of a further woven sleeve for the individualization of a water jet hose comprising a preferably corrugated inner hose and a woven sleeve, wherein the woven sleeve is provided for the preferably corrugated inner hose and the water jet hose is cut to length, and wherein an adhesive tape is applied circumferentially at the cut-to-length location prior to the separation process, and to a method for producing the water jet hose.
Background
Water spray hoses of the type mentioned at the outset are known in practice, for example, as shower spray hoses or kitchen spray hoses. The generally corrugated inner hose of such a water spray hose serves to achieve better mechanical properties, such as increased flexural rigidity and/or improved tactile properties, with less material being used.
However, it has been found that the dimensioning and fixing of the braided jacket of such a water spray hose is complicated, since different requirements must be taken into account here, such as with regard to the tensile strength of the braided jacket and the coverage and/or the breaking pressure to which the braided jacket is to be subjected.
In order to be able to meet these requirements, different parameters of the knitted jacket, such as the knitting angle and the coverage of the knitted jacket, are therefore generally selected optimally within the scope of the given possibilities. However, the parameters to be optimized may influence one another, so that it is not always possible to optimize the individual parameters freely.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide an improved water spray hose which, in particular, also has improved tactile properties and/or can also be personalized relatively easily.
In order to solve this object, a water spray hose is initially proposed, which comprises an inner hose and a braided sleeve of the inner hose, wherein a further braided sleeve is applied to the braided sleeve. In order to solve this problem, it is therefore proposed, in particular, in the water spray hose mentioned at the outset to apply a further braided jacket to the braided jacket. By means of the further woven jacket, desired properties, in particular desired tactile and/or visual properties, can be imparted to the water spray hose. The additional woven jacket can simplify the optimization of specific properties of the entire water spray hose, such as mechanical properties and/or tactile properties.
Thus, the water spray hose comprises an inner hose, a first braided sleeve and at least one further braided sleeve. Each of the three layers of the water spray hose can be optimized individually. The innermost layer of the water spray hose, i.e. the inner hose, can be optimized with regard to the hygiene requirements, without the appearance of the inner hose having to be taken into account here. The second or intermediate layer, i.e. the first textile of the water spray hose, can be optimized with regard to its mechanical properties. The optimization of the first knitted jacket can be carried out here without taking into account the influence on the appearance of the first knitted jacket.
The third layer, i.e. the at least one further knitted jacket, can be freely designed and optimized independently of its mechanical stability, for example in terms of the desired visual appearance. In this connection, in the water spray hose according to the invention, each layer is assigned a specific function which, on the basis of its adapted design, can be optimally fulfilled by the respective layer. The further woven sheath may be the outer layer of the water spray hose.
Advantageously, the inner hose, the first braided sleeve and the further braided sleeve can be detachably connected to one another and/or held together. This facilitates the recycling of the water spray hose, since all layers can be separated from one another and supplied to the material circulation corresponding to their material without great expenditure.
The construction according to the invention also has advantages in terms of the manufacture of the water spray hose. Especially if the inner hose, the first braided sleeve and the further braided sleeve are connected to one another without being glued, the installation of the water spray hose is relatively simple.
If the two woven sheaths and the inner hose are not connected to one another by means of an adhesive, the water jet hose can also sag along an aesthetically pleasing bending line which is close to the ideal bending line and which can correspond to the bending line which the metal water jet hose should have.
For hygienic cleaning of the water spray hose, it may be advantageous if the water spray hose can be cleaned, for example, at a temperature of 60 ° to 120 ℃, preferably at a temperature of up to 95 ℃, for example in a washing machine.
In an advantageous embodiment of the water spray hose, it is provided that the braided sleeve and/or the further braided sleeve is made of a plastic monofilament. The first knitted jacket and/or the further knitted jacket may be made of polyester, polyamide and/or polypropylene, for example.
The further woven jacket of the water spray hose can have at least two different monofilaments. This facilitates a high degree of freedom in the design of the preferably outer, woven jacket of the water spray hose.
The woven cover and the at least one further woven cover of the water spray hose may be different from each other. The difference between the first knitted jacket and the at least one further knitted jacket may be, for example, a knitting parameter, preferably a knitting angle and/or a coverage and/or a knitting pattern, and/or at least one material parameter, in particular a material selection and/or a monofilament thickness.
This also facilitates the design of the outer woven jacket in other ways and as freely as possible, since the mechanical requirements for the water spray hose can be met primarily by the first of the two woven jackets.
The woven sleeve and the at least one further woven sleeve of the water spray hose may be crimped together on at least one end. Thereby, the knitted jacket and the further knitted jacket may be mechanically connected to each other. The mechanical connection between the two woven sleeves can be separated relatively simply, so that a removal of the water spray hose and the above-mentioned simple recovery can be achieved. The adhesive used to secure the inner and outer woven sleeves can be dispensed with.
The braided sleeve surrounding the inner hose and preferably resting on the inner hose can be dimensioned to absorb the bursting pressure. In this way, the inner hose is reinforced by the first braided sleeve of the water spray hose, so that the further braided sleeve can be optimally designed with regard to the desired tactile and/or visual properties independently of the mechanical requirements which the water spray hose has to meet.
The water spray hose can have a connection piece on at least one end, which is connected without twisting. In this way, the spray hose can be designed to be torsionally resistant, since the connection piece enables a torsionally stiff connection of the spray hose.
The inner hose and the braided sleeve may be in direct contact. The woven jacket may also be in direct contact with the additional woven jacket.
The woven jacket and/or the further woven jacket can also be designed in each case to be free of filler material. The further or outer braided sleeve of the water spray hose may be arranged to be movable on the inner braided sleeve. This may facilitate a flexible operation of the water spray hose, since the bending resistance affected by the connection between the outer and inner woven sleeves of the water spray hose may be reduced by the movability of the outer woven sleeve over the inner woven sleeve.
In order to solve this object, finally, a water spray hose line is also proposed which has at least two variants, with at least two water spray hoses, wherein each water spray hose is designed according to the invention and has a uniform inner hose and/or a uniform woven jacket and further woven jackets which differ from one another. According to the invention, the at least two variants of the series each have a uniform inner tube and/or a uniform braided sleeve, but different further braided sleeves, which are preferably designed as outer braided sleeves.
In this way, a series of water spray hoses is provided, the design of which can be individualized in a relatively simple manner by changing its additional or outer braided jacket.
In order to solve this object, a further braided sleeve is proposed for the use of a personalised water jet hose, which comprises an inner hose with a braided sleeve, preferably corrugated. The further braided jacket can be an outer braided jacket of the water spray hose and is used for individualizing the water spray hose. The features mentioned previously in connection with the water jet hose, the inner hose, the braided sleeve and/or the further braided sleeve may also be used in connection with the use of a further braided sleeve for personalizing a water jet hose, which comprises an inner hose and a braided sleeve.
In order to solve the stated object, a method for producing a shower hose, in particular a kitchen shower hose and/or a shower hose, is also proposed. In order to solve this problem, it is therefore proposed in this method to provide the preferably corrugated inner hose with a braided sleeve, to cut the water jet hose to length, to apply an adhesive tape circumferentially at the cut-to-length point before the separation process, and to provide the braided sleeve with a further braided sleeve before the cut-to-length, and to fix the further braided sleeve to the braided sleeve and the inner hose. In this way, a method for producing a water spray hose is provided.

The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the examples shown. The figures, which are partly highly schematically illustrated, are as follows:
FIG. 1 shows a side view of a water spray hose including a corrugated inner hose, a first inner braided sleeve and a second outer braided sleeve;
FIG. 2 shows a highly schematic side view of another water spray hose comprising a corrugated inner hose, a first inner braided sleeve and a second outer braided sleeve, wherein the first and second braided sleeves are designed identically with respect to their braiding pattern;
FIG. 3 shows a side view of another embodiment of a water spray hose comprising a corrugated inner hose, a first inner braided sleeve and a second outer braided sleeve, wherein the two braided sleeves of the water spray hose differ from each other in their braiding pattern; and
FIG. 4 shows a side view of another embodiment of a water spray hose including a corrugated inner hose, a first inner braided sleeve and a second outer braided sleeve, where the inner braided sleeve has a finer braid pattern than the outer braided sleeve.
Detailed Description
In the following description of different embodiments of the invention, elements having the same function have the same reference numerals even if they differ in design or shape.
Fig. 1 to 4 each show a water spray hose designated as a whole by reference numeral 1.
The respectively shown water spray hose 1 comprises a corrugated inner hose 2 and a first braided jacket 3 surrounding the inner hose 2. The first braided jacket 3 is surrounded by a further braided jacket 4, which may also be referred to as the second or outer braided jacket 4 of the water spray hose 1.
The inner hose 2 of the water spray hose 1 conducts drinking water and therefore meets high requirements for drinking water hygiene.
The first or inner braided sheath 3 gives the water jet hose 1 its main mechanical stability. The further or second or outer braided sleeve 4 of the water spray hose 1 is used to design the water spray hose 1 according to tactile and/or visual requirements.
Both the inner 3 and outer 4 knitted sleeves are made of plastic monofilament. As plastics, for example, polyesters, polyamides and/or polypropylene can be used.
The further or second or outer braided sheath 4 of the water spray hose 1 can have or can be made of at least two different monofilaments.
According to fig. 1 and 2, the inner 3 and outer 4 woven sleeves of the water spray hose 1 differ from each other. The inner braided jacket 3 and the further braided jacket 4 of the water spray hose 1 can differ from one another, for example, with regard to the braiding parameters, preferably the braiding angle and/or the coverage and/or the braiding pattern, and/or with regard to the material parameters, in particular the material selection and/or the monofilament thickness.
In the water spray hose 1 shown in fig. 1, the inner braided sheath 3 is made of a monofilament thinner than the outer braided sheath 4.
In the water spray hose 1 shown in fig. 2, the inner woven sheath 3 and the outer woven sheath 4 have the same weave pattern.
In the water spray hose 1 shown in fig. 3, the outer braided sheath 4 of the water spray hose 1 has a finer braid pattern than the inner braided sheath 3.
In the water spray hose 1 shown in fig. 4, the outer braided sheath 4 of the water spray hose 1 has a coarser braiding pattern than the inner braided sheath 3.
On at least one end, the woven jacket 3 of the water spray hose 1 and the further woven jacket 4 are crimped together.
As described above, the braided sheath 3 (which may also be referred to as the inner braided sheath 3) is used to impart desired mechanical properties to the water spray hose 1. Therefore, the braided sleeve 3 is dimensioned to absorb the burst pressure of the inner hose 2.
In particular, if the water spray hose 1 is relatively rotationally fixed due to its multi-layer structure, it can be advantageous if the water spray hose has a connection piece at least at one end, which is connected to the inner hose 2, the first braided sheath 3 and the further braided sheath 4 of the water spray hose 1 without rotation.
The inner hose 2 and the braided sheath 3 are in direct contact. The braided sleeve 3 and the further braided sleeve 4 forming the outer layer of the water spray hose 1 are also in direct contact.
Both the woven sleeve 3 and the woven sleeve 4 are constructed without filler material. All three water spray hoses 1 shown in fig. 1 to 3 represent variants of a water spray hose 1 series having identical inner hoses 2 and/or identical first or inner woven sleeves 3 and mutually different, further woven sleeves 4.
As can be seen from fig. 1 to 4, the further woven jacket 4 serves to individualize the respective water spray hose 1.
The water spray hose 1 shown in fig. 1 to 4 can be manufactured according to the following method. Here, a braided sleeve 3 is provided for the preferably corrugated inner hose 2. The woven fabric 3 forms an inner woven fabric 3 of the water spray hose 1 on the finished water spray hose 1. The knitted jacket 3 is then provided with a further knitted jacket 4. The further braided sheath 4 preferably forms the outer braided sheath of the water spray hose 1. Before the water-jet hose 1 thus produced is cut to length to the desired length, an adhesive tape is applied circumferentially at the cut-to-length location. The adhesive tape fixes the further braided sleeve 4 to the braided sleeve 3 and the inner tube 2. The water spray hose 1 is then cut off.
The invention relates to an improvement in the technical field of water spray hoses.
For this purpose, a water spray hose 1 is also proposed, which has an inner hose 2, a first braided sleeve 3 and a further braided sleeve 4.
