Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to fuel metering valves, and more particularly to a metering valve assembly for a dual fuel injector.
Background
In order to realize independent control of fuel injection and fuel gas injection, two groups of electromagnetic valves are usually arranged on the existing dual-fuel injector for engines, and the two groups of electromagnetic valves are respectively used for controlling the timing and quantitative injection of fuel oil and fuel gas; in the prior art, when two groups of electromagnetic valves are arranged, the most common way is to arrange the two groups of electromagnetic valves in parallel, and then respectively equip the two groups of electromagnetic valves with corresponding armature actuators and metering valves, and the arrangement mode needs to occupy larger radial space, so that the radial size of the injector is larger, the miniaturization of the injector is not facilitated, and the size of an engine is indirectly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the background art, the inventor newly designs an electromagnetic valve (which is reported in another scheme) for a dual-fuel injector, in the scheme, two groups of electromagnetic valves are arranged in a nested mode (a main coil and an auxiliary coil are nested with each other, and a main armature and an auxiliary armature are nested with each other), so that the occupation of the electromagnetic valve on radial space can be effectively reduced, the metering valve assembly is used in cooperation with the electromagnetic valve, and the specific scheme of the metering valve assembly is as follows:
a metering valve assembly for a dual fuel injector, the innovation being: the metering valve assembly comprises an oil control metering valve and a gas control metering valve;
an oil control conical surface is arranged on the upper end surface of the oil control metering valve, an oil inlet metering hole is arranged in the oil control metering valve, the upper port of the oil inlet metering hole is communicated with the bottom of the oil control conical surface, and the lower port of the oil inlet metering hole is communicated with the lower end surface of the oil control metering valve; the upper end surface of the oil control metering valve is provided with two control holes, the control holes are through holes, the control holes axially penetrate the oil control metering valve, the control holes cut the oil control conical surface part, the two control holes are symmetrical in position, and the oil inlet metering hole is arranged in the area between the two control holes; an inwards concave operation cavity is arranged in the middle of the lower end face of the oil control metering valve, and the cross section of the operation cavity covers the operation hole; the operation cavity is isolated from the oil inlet metering hole; the side wall of the operation cavity is communicated with the outer wall of the oil control metering valve through an air discharge passage; the air discharge passage and the oil inlet metering hole are arranged in a staggered mode, and the air discharge passage and the control hole are arranged in a staggered mode;
an air control conical surface is arranged on the upper end surface of the air control and metering valve, an air inlet is coaxially arranged at the bottom of the air control conical surface, and the lower port of the air inlet is communicated with the lower end surface of the air control and metering valve; an oil inlet hole is formed in the air control metering valve, the upper end port of the oil inlet hole is communicated with the upper end face of the air control metering valve, and the lower end port of the oil inlet hole is communicated with the lower end face of the air control metering valve;
the lower end face of the oil control metering valve is in contact with the upper end face of the gas control metering valve; the oil control conical surface, the operation cavity and the air control conical surface are coaxial, and the oil inlet hole is communicated with the oil inlet metering hole.
The principle of the invention is as follows: referring to fig. 1 and 2, a solenoid valve is shown in the figures and is used with a metering valve assembly of the present invention (the main and auxiliary armature structures on the solenoid valve are shown in fig. 3-7); referring to fig. 8 and 9, in specific implementation, an oil control steel ball is arranged on an oil control conical surface, an auxiliary armature on an upper electromagnetic valve is in contact with the oil control steel ball through an oil control sealing ball seat, a main armature on the upper electromagnetic valve extends into an operating cavity through an operating hole, an air control steel ball is arranged on the air control conical surface, an air control sealing ball seat is arranged in the operating cavity and above the air control steel ball, the lower end of the main armature is in contact with the air control sealing ball seat, high-pressure fuel oil enters from a lower port of an oil inlet hole through a pipeline (the high-pressure fuel oil entering into an injector is also led to an oil nozzle at the same time), and high-pressure fuel gas reaches an air inlet hole through the pipeline (the high-pressure fuel gas entering into the injector is also led to an air nozzle at the same time); when the auxiliary armature is lifted, the oil control steel ball is jacked up by high-pressure fuel oil, the high-pressure fuel oil is decompressed through the oil inlet metering hole, the oil control needle valve at the lower oil nozzle is jacked up by the high-pressure fuel oil, the oil nozzle is opened, and the high-pressure fuel oil is sprayed outwards through the oil nozzle; when the main armature is lifted, the gas control steel ball is jacked up by high-pressure gas, the high-pressure gas is decompressed through the gas inlet hole and the gas release channel, the gas control needle valve at the lower gas nozzle is jacked up by the high-pressure gas, the gas nozzle is opened, and the high-pressure gas is ejected outwards through the gas nozzle.
In the prior art, because two groups of electromagnetic valves are arranged in parallel, a fuel metering valve and a gas metering valve can only be arranged in parallel, so that the size of the upper part of the ejector is very large. The lower part injection structure and the principle of the injector adopting the invention are different from the prior art, and the description is omitted.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows: a metering valve assembly for a dual fuel injector is provided that reduces the radial size requirements for installation space, reduces the radial size of the injector, and ultimately enables a reduction in engine size.

A metering valve assembly for a dual fuel injector, the innovation being: the metering valve assembly comprises an oil control metering valve 14 and an air control metering valve 15;
an oil control conical surface 14-2 is arranged on the upper end surface of the oil control metering valve 14, an oil inlet metering hole 14-3 is arranged inside the oil control metering valve 14, the upper port of the oil inlet metering hole 14-3 is communicated with the bottom of the oil control conical surface 14-2, and the lower port of the oil inlet metering hole 14-3 is communicated with the lower end surface of the oil control metering valve 14; the upper end face of the oil control metering valve 14 is provided with two control holes 14-1, the control holes 14-1 are through holes, the control holes 14-1 axially penetrate the oil control metering valve 14, the control holes 14-1 cut the oil control conical surface 14-2, the two control holes 14-1 are symmetrical in position, and the oil inlet metering holes 14-3 are arranged in the area between the two control holes 14-1; an inwards concave operation cavity 14-4 is arranged in the middle of the lower end face of the oil control metering valve 14, and the operation hole 14-1 is covered by the cross section of the operation cavity 14-4; the operating cavity 14-4 is isolated from the oil inlet metering hole 14-3; the side wall of the operating cavity 14-4 is communicated with the outer wall of the oil control and metering valve 14 through an air discharge passage 14-5; the air leakage passage 14-5 and the oil inlet metering hole 14-3 are arranged in a staggered mode, and the air leakage passage 14-5 and the control hole 14-1 are arranged in a staggered mode;
