The working principle is that when the well is put in, the connection sequence of the tool is sequentially a roller rotary shaper, a hydraulic push cylinder, an anchor and a pressure relief switch from bottom to top, the tool is put into the well in sequence, the upper end of the pressure relief switch is connected with an oil pipe or a drill rod and is put into a sleeve diameter reducing position all the time, water is injected into the ground for pressurization, the hydraulic push cylinder converts the hydraulic pressure on the ground into axial mechanical thrust, then the roller rotary shaper is pushed by the hydraulic push cylinder to move downwards, the roller rotary shaper converts the thrust into radial expansion force, a roller at the head of the roller rotary shaper moves in a roller rotary manner and extrudes and expands the sleeve at the diameter reducing position outwards to enable the sleeve to generate plasticity and outwards deform and recover, when the hydraulic push cylinder reaches the maximum working stroke, the hydraulic push cylinder stops working, the pipe column is lifted up and down from the ground to release the pressure, one-time operation is completed, if the pipe column is still subjected to pressure relief, the operation procedure is repeated, if the shaping can not be realized, pulling out the tubular column, replacing the small-size shaper for step-by-step shaping, repeating the operation, and pulling out the tubular column and the tool after casing deformation repair; before the device goes into a well, the device is cleaned, a water tank cover 54 is opened to fill water into the water tank roller 53, the device is placed in a hole in the middle of a cleaning main body 51 in an aligned mode, the motor 52 works, the output end of the motor 52 drives the water tank roller 53 to rotate, a hole groove formed in the water tank roller 53 is communicated with the flexible plate 57, under the influence of centrifugal force, water in the water tank roller 53 flows into the flexible plate 57, small holes are formed in the side wall of the flexible plate 57, the fine hairbrush 58 is wetted through the small holes, the surface of equipment is cleaned through the fine hairbrush 58, the surface of the equipment can be cleaned, and dust and impurities are prevented from entering the well; the output end of the motor 52 drives the water tank roller 53 to rotate, the water tank roller 53 drives the connecting shaft 59 to rotate, meanwhile, the connecting shaft 59 drives the rolling shaft 591 to rotate, the water absorption cotton 592 on the side wall of the rolling shaft 591 dilutes the water on the surface of the equipment, and the water on the surface of the equipment can be diluted completely through the water plugging mechanism and the water absorption cotton 592; when the water tank roller 53 rotates, the second elastic pull rope 64 extends under the action of the centrifugal force of the elastic ball 65, the elastic ball 65 leaves the side wall of the rubber pad 67, the water in the water tank roller 53 flows into the flexible plate 57, when the water tank roller 53 stops rotating, the second elastic pull rope 64 retracts to drive the elastic ball 65 to extrude the side wall of the rubber pad 67, and the water in the water tank roller 53 can be controlled to pass through under the influence of the centrifugal force; when the water tank roller 53 rotates, the elastic pull rope 62 is stretched, the baffle 61 is extruded by water, the guide pipe 55 is opened by rotating the rotating shaft 6, water flows out of the side wall of the baffle 61, when the water tank roller 53 stops rotating, the elastic pull rope 62 retracts to drive the baffle 61 to reset, water is blocked, and the water inside the water tank roller 53 can be enhanced and controlled to pass.

the pressure relief switch structure (1) comprises a first upper coupling (11), a core rod rubber ring (12), a core rod (13), a sealing ring gland (14), a middle sleeve (17), a lower sleeve (18), a sliding channel pipe (19) and a first lower joint (191); the core rod rubber ring (12) is fixedly connected inside the first upper coupling (11); the core rod (13) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the first upper coupling (11); the sealing ring gland (14) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the core rod (13); an upper sleeve (15) is sleeved on the side wall of the sealing ring gland (14); a first sealing ring (16) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the core rod (13); the middle sleeve (17) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the core rod (13); the lower sleeve (18) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the core rod (13); the slide way pipe (19) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the core rod (13); the first lower joint (191) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the core rod (13); the first lower joint (191) is plugged with the end part of the anchor structure (2).

The casing hydraulic reshaping device according to claim 1, wherein: the anchor structure (2) comprises an anchor body (21), a bolt (22), a pressure plate (23), an anchor piston (24), a spring (25) and a rubber ring (26); the anchor body (21) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the first lower joint (191); the anchor piston (24) is slidably connected to the side wall of the anchor body (21); the pressure plate (23) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the pressure relief switch structure (1); the bolt (22) is in threaded connection with the side wall of the anchor main body (21) and penetrates through the pressing plate (23); the spring (25) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the pressure plate (23); the rubber ring (26) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the anchor piston (24); the bottom end of the anchor main body (21) is inserted into the hydraulic cylinder pushing structure (3).

The casing hydraulic reshaping device according to claim 2, wherein: the hydraulic cylinder pushing structure (3) comprises a second upper coupling (31), a cylinder pushing rubber ring (32), an upper piston (33), an upper cylinder (34), an upper piston rod (35), a righting ring (36), a second sealing ring (37), a cylinder barrel joint (38), a lower piston (39), a lower piston rod (391), a cylinder barrel lower joint (392) and a second lower joint (393); the second upper coupling (31) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the anchor main body (21); the cylinder pushing rubber ring (32) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the second upper coupling (31); the upper piston (33) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the second upper coupling (31); the upper cylinder barrel (34) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the upper piston (33); the upper piston rod (35) is connected to the side wall of the pressure plate (23) in a sliding manner; the righting ring (36) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the upper piston rod (35); the second sealing ring (37) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the upper piston rod (35); the cylinder barrel joint (38) is fixedly connected with the side wall of the upper piston rod (35); the lower piston (39) is connected with the side wall of the upper piston rod (35) in a sliding manner; the lower piston rod (391) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the lower piston (39); the cylinder barrel lower joint (392) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the lower piston rod (391); the second lower joint (393) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the lower piston rod (391); the bottom end of the second lower joint (393) is spliced with the shaper structure (4).

The casing hydraulic truing device of claim 3 wherein: the shaper structure (4) comprises a shaper body (41), a roller (42) and a nose cone (43); the shaper body (41) is connected to the side wall of the second lower joint (393) in a sliding mode; the roller (42) is rotatably connected to the side wall of the shaper body (41); the nose cone (43) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the shaper body (41).

The casing hydraulic truing device of claim 4 wherein: the side wall of the shaper structure (4) is provided with a cleaning unit; the cleaning unit comprises supporting legs (5), a cleaning main body (51), a motor (52), a water tank roller (53), a water tank cover (54), a flow guide pipe (55), a water storage box (56), a flexible plate (57) and a fine hair brush (58); the supporting legs (5) are arranged on the side wall of the shaper structure (4); the cleaning main body (51) is fixedly connected to the end part of the supporting leg (5); the motor (52) is fixedly connected inside the cleaning main body (51); the water tank roller (53) is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor (52); the water tank cover (54) is arranged on the side wall of the water tank roller (53); the guide pipe (55) is fixedly connected inside the water tank roller (53); the water storage box (56) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the draft tube (55); the flexible plate (57) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the water tank roller (53); the fine brush (58) is fixedly connected to the side wall of the flexible plate (57).
