Description

Waterproof and windproof elastic fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fabric preparation, and relates to an elastic fabric with waterproof and windproof performances and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With more and more new technologies and new processes applied to the field of garment materials, many garment materials with special functionality have appeared. The development of the functional garment fabric is based on raw materials, the functional garment fabric is endowed with new performance, the fashion requirements of people on nature, comfort, beauty and health are met, common functions comprise moisture absorption, quick drying, ultraviolet resistance, antibiosis, antistatic property, radiation resistance, flame retardance, warmth retention, wind resistance, water resistance and the like, and the functional garment fabric is closely combined with the elasticity and the like of the fabric in wearing comfort when being developed.
Elastic fabrics with waterproof and windproof performances are often made into outdoor jacket, and the waterproof and windproof performances are usually realized by applying a coating with a special structure through physical or chemical means, so that the fabrics are not easy to be wetted by water, and the waterproof coating prepared by organic silicon or organic fluorine is usually used in chemical means and is coated on the surfaces of the fabrics, but the organic silicon and the organic fluorine have many defects, such as high toxicity, difficult degradation, poor hydrophobicity, high cost, single function and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a waterproof and windproof elastic fabric and a preparation method thereof.
The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the waterproof and windproof performance of the fabric is that a coating with a special structure is applied by physical or chemical means, so that the fabric is not easily wetted by water, and the waterproof coating prepared by organic silicon or organic fluorine is commonly used in chemical means and is coated on the surface of the fabric, but the organic silicon and the organic fluorine have many defects, such as high toxicity, difficult degradation, poor hydrophobicity, high cost and single function.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
the waterproof and windproof elastic fabric comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
30-40 parts of polyester fiber, 10-15 parts of spandex elastic fiber, 4-6 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber, 5-10 parts of cotton fiber and 50-70 parts of modified emulsion;
the waterproof and windproof elastic fabric is prepared by the following steps:
step A1, weaving treatment: polyester fibers and spandex elastic fibers are made into warp yarns through a twisting process of 5-7 turns/cm, bamboo charcoal fibers and cotton fibers are made into weft yarns through a twisting process of 5-7 turns/cm, and the weft yarns are woven into elastic fabric blanks on a weaving machine by adopting a twill weave method of warp and weft interweaving;
step a2, dye-uptake treatment: b, adding the blank of the elastic fabric prepared in the step A1 into a dye vat, adding a dye, soaking and dyeing for 40-60min at the temperature of 98-110 ℃, then putting the elastic fabric into the dye vat without the dye, rinsing for 2-3 times, and drying to obtain a fabric semi-finished product a;
step A3, soaping: soaping the fabric semi-finished product a prepared in the step A2 by using a soaping agent, then performing hot washing and cold washing until the dye is washed to be loose, performing color fixation treatment, and then performing drying and shaping treatment by using a shaping machine to obtain a fabric semi-finished product b;
step A4, modification treatment: and D, performing after-finishing on the fabric semi-finished product b prepared in the step A3 by using a padding method by using the modified emulsion, putting the fabric semi-finished product b into an oven after the after-finishing is completed, drying the fabric semi-finished product b for 30-40 minutes at 80-100 ℃, taking out the fabric semi-finished product b, washing the fabric semi-finished product b for 2-3 times by using deionized water, and naturally drying the fabric to obtain the elastic fabric with the waterproof and windproof performances.
Further, the dosage of the soaping agent in the step A3 is 15-20 times of the mass of the fabric semi-finished product a, and the soaping agent is a detergent and a chelating dispersant in a mass ratio of 2-3: 1, the content of a detergent is 3-5g/L, the content of a chelating dispersant is 2-3g/L, the soaping temperature is 85-90 ℃, and the heat preservation time is 30-40 minutes.
Further, the padding method in the step A4 is that the bath ratio is 1:20, the soaking temperature is 25 ℃, the soaking time is 2-3 minutes, and the roller pressure is 0.2 MPa.
Further, the modified emulsion is prepared by the following steps:
step S1, adding tetrabutyl titanate and absolute ethyl alcohol into a beaker, uniformly stirring the tetrabutyl titanate and the absolute ethyl alcohol to serve as precursors, sequentially adding the absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water into the flask, dropwise adding a hydrochloric acid solution to adjust the pH value to 4-5.5 to prepare a medium solution, dropwise adding the precursors into the medium solution within 1 hour, and stirring the solution at the speed of 230 plus 250rpm and the temperature of 25-30 ℃ for 10-16 hours to prepare a mixed solution a;
step S2, dropwise adding vinyl triethoxy silicon into the mixed solution a prepared in the step S1, stirring at the speed of 250-55 rpm for 20-30 minutes, controlling the temperature to be 45-55 ℃, stirring for 6-7 hours, and then dropwise adding a hydrochloric acid solution to adjust the pH value to 6-7 to prepare a mixed solution b;
and S3, adding amino silicone oil and the mixed solution b prepared in the step S2 into a three-neck flask, adding isopropanol, stirring and mixing uniformly at the speed of 250-270rpm, heating to 80-85 ℃ in a constant-temperature oil bath, adding chloroplatinic acid, reacting for 2-3 hours at constant temperature, and removing the isopropanol by reduced pressure and air suction to obtain the modified emulsion.
Further, the dosage ratio of the tetrabutyl titanate and the absolute ethyl alcohol in the step S1 is 17-20 g: 10-13g of prepared precursor, wherein the dosage ratio of absolute ethyl alcohol to deionized water in the medium solution is 6-7 g: 8-10g, and the mass fraction of the hydrochloric acid solution is 37%.
Further, the mass ratio of the mixed solution a and vinyl triethoxy silicon in the step S2 is 10:1, and the mass fraction of the hydrochloric acid solution is 37%.
