s6: lapping, namely conveying the single-layer cotton 13 dried for the first time into a lapping machine for multilayer overlapping lapping to form a multilayer uniform cotton net;
s7: second drying, namely conveying the single-layer cotton 13 which is overlapped and lapped with multiple layers into an oven for second drying, wherein the temperature of the oven is set to be 150-180 ℃, the time is set to be 10-25 seconds, and the low-volume fibers are dissolved and glued with the polyester staple fibers and the bamboo charcoal fibers in the oven at the temperature of 150 ℃ so that the cotton layer is shaped;
s8: rolling, namely rolling the secondarily dried single-layer cotton 13 with multiple layers overlapped and paved through a roll shaft to ensure that the cotton layers are connected more firmly;
s9: cooling, namely cooling the rolled single-layer cotton 13 with the plurality of layers overlapped and lapped to cool and shape the cotton layer;
s10: and (4) rolling, fixing the initial end of the cooled product on a rolling roller 8, rolling by rotating the rolling roller 8, and then packaging.
Because the bamboo carbon fiber, the argy wormwood leaf essential oil or the sophora alopecuroide essential oil are added into the non-collodion cotton 9, the non-collodion cotton 9 can be soft and smooth, warm, moisture-absorbing, breathable, bacteriostatic and antibacterial, and can prevent the skin of infants or pregnant women from being allergic and eczema in the use process, so that the non-collodion cotton 9 can play a good role in antibiosis and health care for users, the tensile property of the non-collodion cotton 9 mixed with the bamboo carbon fiber can be improved, and the structural strength of the non-collodion cotton 9 is further improved.
The working principle is as follows: when in use, 70-40% of polyester staple fibers, 20-40% of low-melting-point fibers and 10-20% of bamboo charcoal fibers are respectively taken and mixed in a stirring manner according to a proportion, so that different fibers are uniformly mixed, the mixed raw materials are conveyed into an opener for uniform opening, the raw materials are conveyed into a cotton box after opening is completed, then the cotton box is conveyed to the next procedure through a cotton conveying fan, the opened raw materials are fed into a carding machine for carding, the fed raw material amount is controlled according to the weight requirements of different products, the single-layer cotton 13 formed by carding is conveyed onto a conveyor belt, the liquid mixed with the argy wormwood leaf essential oil or the sophora alopecuroides essential oil is sprayed and wetted by a nozzle, the mixture stays for 15-30 minutes, so that the bamboo charcoal fibers absorb the liquid, the single-layer cotton 13 after liquid spraying is conveyed into an oven for primary baking, the temperature of the oven is set to be 80-100 ℃, setting the time to be 3-5 minutes, drying the moisture in the single-layer cotton 13, drying and fixing the argyi leaf essential oil or the sophora alopecuroides essential oil in the bamboo charcoal fiber, conveying the single-layer cotton 13 dried for the first time into a lapping machine, overlapping and lapping the multiple layers to form a multilayer uniform cotton net, conveying the single-layer cotton 13 overlapped and lapped for the multiple layers into an oven for secondary baking, setting the temperature of the oven to be 150-180 ℃, setting the time to be 10-25 seconds, dissolving low-volume fiber in the oven at 150 ℃, gluing the polyester staple fiber and the bamboo charcoal fiber, shaping the cotton layer, rolling the single-layer cotton 13 overlapped and lapped for the second time through a roller shaft to ensure that the cotton layer is connected more firmly, cooling the single-layer cotton 13 overlapped and lapped for the multiple layers after rolling, cooling and shaping the cotton layer, fixing the initial end of the cooled product on a winding roller 8, rotating the winding roller 8, and (5) rolling and then packaging.
